Heather’s place was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, open, and all the furniture was very comfortable! Wawa and Walmart are very close to the location making last minute trips accessible and convenient. Heather was extremely quick with replying to my questions and made the check in and check out process easy, and simple (and I appreciate that so so much!) my family and I hope to return on another family vacation soon, as we did enjoy our stay (for the first time away from our home in 10-15 years as a family)!! Thank you again Heather!

This house and vacation exceeded all of our expectations. We have been renting in LBI for the past 23 years and this by far was the most fantastic house. Marcee is a wonderful hostess! She and John are friendly, thoughtful, helpful. The house was immaculate and had everything a renter could ask for. We watched beautiful sunrises, sunsets, and fireworks from the rooftop deck, had wonderful dinners in the backyard under the pergola, and sat by the firepit. A block from the beach and on a bay block, location was fantastic. We made wonderful memories riding bikes, kayaking, and rested so comfortably in the home. We look forward to many more vacations at this beautiful property.

We were very happy with the house. We were given specific instructions on how to get in and it was very easy. There was a welcome gift and card which was unexpected and a nice surprise. There was a book that had instructions and recommendations. Very helpful. The house was very clean which is always my number one concern. It was nicely decorated and it wasn't cluttered. We brought a lot of supplies with us but we didn't need them all because more items were stocked than we expected. The communication with Steven and Kim was great and they went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Kim called us on the day of our reservation to make sure that they had enough bag tags since the previous guests had taken some of them with them when they left. It was so considerate to call and check with us. We were very happy with the accommodations and would definitely go back again. Thank you for the great visit and the wonderful service!

The hosts were lovely people, who are more than accommodating with any potential issues or questions. They are friendly, understanding, and patient. They provided a lovely home, perfect for a getaway not too far from the water. The home was welcoming and complete with anything one could need during their stay. The location was very close to the city, while maintaining a private, quiet, comfortable, and safe environment. There were no disruptions, and there was strong communication. Overall, a place worth staying!

Christopher was a wonderful host and extremely responsive and helpful! As well as informative regarding things to do during our stay!! The home was beautiful and very accommodating for our group. The whole home was very clean and had plenty of helpful amenities!!

The Bungalow was perfect for our stay in Point Pleasant. We LOVED the location. Very close proximity to great seafood restaurants, fun bars and a quick walk to the beach and boardwalk. Kitty, the host, was great! She was super responsive to all our questions and very helpful with our booking. She made the overall experience super easy.

Martha’s place was amazing! Our family had a great stay and felt right at home. Location was amazing, just 5 minutes from the beach and right on the water, we had a blast fishing off our dock and utilizing the crab traps provided. Would stay here again.

The house is well designed to accommodate 12 people. We celebrated thanksgiving together here and it was perfect to all be in one area of the house to enjoy dinner, games, and conversation. The balcony has ocean view and the beach is right there. It’s a wonderful house with a very responsive and friendly host. We all had a marvelous time and felt right at home.

A group of friends and I stayed in one of Kishore’s units in Seaside Heights to celebrate my 26th birthday with some good old fashion boardwalk fun. This location was conveniently located for just that! It was exactly as pictured on Airbnb and very spacious. We especially enjoyed the pool and sun room. Kishore and his son Anish were very pleasant in all of our correspondence and went out of their way to ensure we enjoyed our stay. We would love to stay at another one of their units!

I had the best time. It was a perfect location and so peaceful during the winter months. A few blocks and you’re on the beach. Highly suggest! Can’t wait to visit again!

Juliann was a delightful host! She was very responsive and accommodating to all of our requests. This was a multi generational get away for my family and we had everything we needed. This home is a great hangout spot on the not so beach friendly days. Our group ranged from 3- 80 years old and everyone was well entertained. The proximity to the beach and all beach amenities provided through the rental, made it easy to come down for a whole week with fewer things. We hope to stay here again next year!! Another great visit to Brigantine! Course time renting here, would definitely come back!

Super convenient location if you're going to LBI National Golf & Resort (5-10 minute drive). We visited in April and most of the downtown restaurants and shops were still closed. It looked like most were reopening around Memorial Day which is standard. The home layout was a bit confusing but the boys LOVED the foosball table. Easy self check-in with an electronic pinpad lock on the door. The bathrooms seemed to have heated floors (!!) but we couldn't figure out how to get it to work. The shower pressure was fine, not the best, and they provided shampoo & conditioner, but not body wash (had multiple small hand soap bars tho). The area felt safe and the home was surrounded by manmade lagoons. There's a patio out back which was nice to hangout on and I think there were also kayaks if you wanted to go out on the water. Great, affordable option if you're looking to be in Little Egg Harbor!

Absolutely fantastic spot !! immaculately clean so many fun things to do. We loved the little town of Tucker town.- That’s five minutes away. We were also able to get in and out of Atlantic City quickly, but not have to stay in the hubbub. Had the weather been better we would’ve been out on the kayaks and enjoying the yard but unfortunately the weather was yucky. The views are so beautiful.

This stay was just what we needed, peaceful, beautiful weather. Victoria communicated very well, given that it was off season offered late checkout since no one else was checking in. Only issue was that despite putting the correct address into Google Maps, it took us to the wrong spot. Switched to Apple Maps and got there no problem.

Vaseem is a very kind and responsive host. All of her instructions were very clear and helpful. The condo is very clean with great amenities and a beautiful view of the ocean from the master bedroom and living area. It’s also a great location close to many good restaurants and shops. We had a great time and would love to stay in Vaseem’s condo anytime we take a trip to LBI.

The house was perfect for the five of us and our dog. The weather didn’t cooperate, but if it had, we would have been out in the bay on the kayaks! As it was, we used the bikes, and took advantage of the location to visit the nearby national wildlife refuge. The private seating area and pier across the street on the bay were lovely, and we would have used the beautiful fire pit if the wind had died down. The kitchen was great, and well supplied. Marie was very responsive and helpful—great host! We were new to LBI and the Jersey shore in general, so it was a new experience having to bring our own bedding (which we opted for versus paying extra for a linen service), but apparently that’s standard at most places. All in all it was a great stay!

We had a fantastic weekend. The house was perfect to comfortably accommodate the 10 of us, five families of long-time friends, for our annual reunion. The house is ocean front on the famous boardwalk, a location hard to beat. Yet, it is set back from the hustle and bustle of the boardwalk giving plenty of privacy. The house was very clean with all the amenities. The architecture allows for a perfect ocean views and sunrise watching. Three balconies with breathtaking views of the Atlantic coast and wide beach. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds comfortable. The outdoor shed was equipped with plenty of beach chairs for all of us, umbrellas, and a cart to lug them to the beach; all of these were new/in a very good shape. We lucked in with the mid-October weather to take full advantage of the beach and its proximity to the house. The host, Jason (and his agents) have been terrific. Very responsive before and during the stay. All in all, a perfect setting and great hospitality!

Jose's home was lovely and exactly as described. All the rooms were neat and clean, which is a big deal for me. We were in town for a family wedding. The house was secluded yet very close to our venue. It was all quite wonderful and Jose is a great host. Highly recommend.
