Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Londonderry

The house was perfect for us, we needed somewhere that was very local as we were in Derry for our son's 2nd day of wedding celebrations, we could walk everywhere we needed to get to, neighbours were lovely, especially Sasha, the dog on the corner house by the carpark

We enjoyed our stay at Marie’s lovely home. Very clean and well maintained. Beds and bedding were great! Definitely recommend this place.

We enjoyed our stay in Derry. Eileen’s place was super comfortable for our family, and convenient to the sites we wanted to see. We were able to walk everywhere.

Joanne greeted us to walk us through the property and filled us in on local to-do’s. Loved her recommendation for the restaurant, Tank & Skinny’s, in the town of Limavady. Excellent sandwiches/desserts. Very clean and welcoming with tasty goodies (bread,cookies, jam,butter), milk, coffee,and a bottle of wine. The washing machine/drying rack came in handy. Really enjoyed the mini-balcony on the 2nd floor to stargaze. Wow!! What an amazing place set on a rolling countryside road, with high quality construction and finishes. Ask about the cute Austrian sheep up the road, sooooo cute.

Great place with loads of room, free on street Parking, brilliant location.. Cheryl was alway quick to respond.. Would highly recommend

The apartment was comfortable, spacious and in a great location. Colleen was very responsive. She was a great help when we had trouble operating the microwave, texting us the manual, and she helped us sort out our luggage storage issues too. Her place was a great home base for exploring Derry.

Only stayed a few days but it was a great location an Kathleen was great will all the information we needed. Really enjoyed our trip an would stay again

Justin’s house was clean, comfortable, well equipped and located close to the city attractions. There were shops, bars and restaurants close by and on street parking outside the house. Communication was excellent. Would recommend this property and hope to stay there again.

A really wonderful studio to feel good and relax in. The kitchen is very well equipped, everything is clean and tidy. We were allowed to use the bicycles and were able to explore the island very well. Una and Steward are very attentive hosts, always approachable and helpful. Hope we'll come back!

We had a fantastic trip, the apartment was very modern and beautifully decorated. Very clean and well equipped with everything you need. Perfect location, short walk to shops, restaurants and beaches, beautiful sea view from balcony and living area. Would definitely recommend

it was a great stay. very loving. we still got breakfast provided by Rosemary and her dog greeted us warmly and said goodbye. Very quiet location. Ideal for travelers with a vehicle.

The Camus House was 5 stars all around! This place went beyond our expectations. The interior and setting was so cozy, clean, and peaceful. The host went above and beyond with providing fresh breakfast items - so incredibly thoughtful and helpful. A perfect location if you are exploring the causal coast area (car required for this airbnb). Couldn't recommend enough!

We absolutely loved our stay here - it was peaceful, calm and well provided. The view is pleasant and it was such a novelty for us to see sheep grazing just next door. It was a shame we only stayed one night!

The accommodation was well out and very clean. Lovely sea view from the kitchen window. The hosts were friendly helpful and responsive. The area was very interesting to explore, lots of nice walks/ hikes and beaches. It felt peaceful and safe. Added bonuses - we heard the cuckoo on the Inishowen loop head walk, and had a super day in Derry city, which is only 40 mins by bus from Carndonagh.

Fantastic place to stay in Portstewart! We couldn’t believe how close it was to the sea and the amazing view from the window. The apartment itself is excellent, the kitchen is new and has everything you need for cooking. The sofa is comfortable and the smart tv is a great addition. The bed is also soft and the quiet surroundings meant we got a great nights sleep. The bathroom is spotlessly clean and modern. Carole has been an excellent host, keeping in touch and responding quickly to any queries. We would definitely stay here again!

This is the third time I have stayed at Martin’s place. Like the other 2 times, it did not disappoint. The only problem I had was the fact that I had to check out!!! Already looking forward to the next visit.

We had a fantastic stay! Colum gave us a tour of the thatch roof cottage and shared stories and videos of local culture. We walked to the ancient tombs and saw more great views of the area. The space was so comfortable and the bathroom was amazing with a great shower and heated towel rod. The house is beautiful and we wish we could have stayed longer.

Absolutely fantastic place! Spacious, clean, great amenities, and David provides very clear instructions on how to use everything. Also, simply a perfect location in walking distance of lots of great restaurants and bars in Letterkenny. Thank you, David!

What can we say, our stay was so perfect from start to end. Brian and Marion are wonderful hosts, welcoming, friendly, helpful and kind. Muff is a lovely little town and this property is perfectly located for exploring all around this charming area of Ireland. Nothing was too much trouble, the property is so well equipped for everything we could have needed and more. We stayed with our 9 month old baby and she was well catered for too with a travel crib all set up and ready to go. Small touches like fresh milk, biscuits, personal recommendations all to hand on arrival, we couldn’t have wished for more. Ruby their beautiful little dog is so friendly and docile if we could have snuck her home with us we would have. The place is absolutely spotless, beds are comfortable with loads of pillows to choose from, anything you can think of that you might need is already there. Overall this has been a lovely little getaway for our family and made perfect by staying at this beautiful house.

Small but mighty. Wasn't fan of the carpeted stairs, for rainy days, since there isn't a private water resistant area to leave wet shoes, until you get up stairs to the kitchen/living room.

Gorgeous decor. Everything we needed..Everything was within walking distance. Lovely friendly area and people. Best bit was a cup of tea on the balcony looking at the walls all lit up

Spotlessly clean, incredible location, friendly host, just a good comfy wee flat for a few days away. Perfect!

I really enjoyed staying at Ben’s place in Coleraine. The apartment has the finishes of a chic hotel but with a chef’s kitchen and plenty of room to lounge in. Having a dedicated parking spot was a major bonus too. I highly recommend staying there if visiting the Causeway Coast and surrounding area as it is central to most of the sights. Cheers! Ed S.
