Charming Guest Room in 1907 Cottage on Russian Hill

Begin a relaxing morning out on the porch, then head to the local international market and delis. This fully-equipped suite features a comfy 4-poster bed, kitchenette, and charming dining area. It's all the comforts of home with a 20th-century vibe. Annie’s Cottage offers charming accommodations within walking distance of Fisherman’s Wharf, Union Square, China Town, North Beach and other San Francisco favorites. Our unique San Francisco lodging on Russian Hill is convenient to many interesting shops and boutiques nearby. The historic San Francisco cable car system is only a short 1/2 block away. The accommodation is very private with a separate entrance and private deck. Since we are behind another building there is very little street noise. It is like being in the country in the middle of San Francisco. There is a queen bed and also a sofa bed but it is an additional cost. Three people, 2 beds add $15 per night, two people 2 beds add $7.50 per night. I live on the property so I am usually available by phone or text. At this time there is no personal interaction The home is located in an eclectic neighborhood with residents of all ages. It is 1/2 block to the cable car and 2.5 blocks from the popular Polk Street, which offers an array of ethnic restaurants and shops. It is within walking distance to North Beach and China Town. The vibrant Financial District is also close by. The cable car line, going to Fishermans Wharf and Union Square is 1/2 block away, Buses going all directions are 2 1/2 blocks away.

My partner and I had a very nice restful stay! Our room and the shared spaces were clean and organized. The other guests were also nice and respectful. Our bedroom walls were thin, so you can hear quite a bit if guests are passing through the halls. But, it wasn’t a problem once people were in their rooms as we couldn’t hear much else. 10/10 would recommend

Nice place for all the main necessities, only down side is construction starts immediately at like 6:30 ish so not great for light sleepers. Easy to access and someone there at the front at all times. Great they watched my bag day of departure. Good overall spot, pretty much exact for getting to everything even though everything is a mile aaay.

Perfect location for an overnight for a concert at the Masonic. Easy parking at a city garage around the corner and very pleasant hotel-like check in and out at the front desk. Very convenient location on Nob Hill, and cable car access to downtown. Would definitely stay again.

Could not have been happier with the place! We didnt know the city, so we were nervous of picking a place in a bad area. This is a FANTASTIC area on the same corner as a couple high-end hotels. It's located at the top of the hill, so your legs will get a workout, but that's probably the case no matter where you stay in SF. Super clean and well stocked! Trader Joe's is a few blocks away for people that like to eat some meals at My son loved sleeping in the super unique downstairs room (it's a tight spiral staircase, but super cool!!!). Very glad we found this place!

This Airbnb was such an amazing deal especially considering the location and Angella’s hospitality! She was so communicative and understanding and helpful. And the place is in a great location, very clean, and slightly bigger than I thought!
