Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

The cottage is located only 500 meters from the North Sea and one of Denmark's best sandy beaches. From the house and the terraces, there is a beautiful sea view. The house is from 1966 and has a preserved charming style. The 48 sqm contains a living room, kitchen, bathroom and 2 bedrooms each with a bed of 140:200. Outside, there are terraces to the east, south and west with a gas grill. In addition, an outdoor bath and a wilderness bath that can be used for a fee. Electricity is charged: DKK 4 per kWh. The money is settled on departure in DKK or euros in cash.

Søbred's summer cottage in Rebild, Hornum lake

The house is located on the shore of Hornum Lake on private land along the lake shore. Possibility of swimming from a private beach and fishing from the lake shore as well as a campfire. There is a bathroom with toilet and sink, and showering takes place under the outdoor shower. Kitchen with 2 hotplates, refrigerator with freezer - but no oven. The lease is from 1 pm to 10 am the following day. There is a heat pump, soap, dishwashing detergent, cleaning supplies, etc. - but remember to bring bed linen😀 and towels, and pets are welcome, just not on the furniture.

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

The apartment is part of a farm, which is located in Attrup with a good view of Limfjorden. The village is also close to the North Sea, Fosdalen, Svinkløv, Hærvejen and the Vejlerne Bird Sanctuary. Short distance to good beaches and Skagen is also an option. Aalborg, Fårup Sommerland and the North Sea are 30-45 minutes away. Double bed and possibility of extra bed for two in the living room. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests. Small cozy house with garden. Room for 4 people and 1 child in a crib. There is a high chair and a weekend bed, if desired. The small house is simply furnished and with a very small bathroom, but with a shower. 200 meters to a lovely child-friendly beach and cozy harbor. 20 km to Skagen and 20 km to Frederikshavn. There are several good eateries, small cozy shops and two supermarkets within walking distance. It is about 500 meters to the train station, which runs Skagen-Ålborg.
