Du vil elske min bolig på grund af, at det er et sommerhus med fantastisk beliggenhed for enden af skoven og med vandet som nærmeste nabo få meter fra hoveddøren. Huset ligger for sig selv ved stranden, og her er idyl, fred og ro. Sommerhuset er placeret midt i naturen, og man vil vågne op til bølgeskvulp og dyrelivet helt tæt på. Tehuset er en del af herregården Eskjær Hovedgaard, og ligger derfor i forlængelse af smukke og historiske omgivelser. Se www.eskjaer-hovedgaard.com. Huset er i sig selv enkelt indrettet, men tilgodeser alle dagligdags behov. Min bolig er god til par og velegnet til natur og kulturturisten.

Modern cottage in beautiful nature

Great location close to beach, protected nature, forest and Løkken city. The plot is a 2580m2 natural plot, where the emphasis is on biodiversity with unique planting, which allows privacy and invites for stays in different zones. There are wooden terraces to the south and east – there is also a covered terrace. It is a modern, stylish year-round house for the environmentally conscious, as there is geothermal heating and extra insulation, which significantly reduces electricity consumption and makes the house extremely CO2-friendly. There is underfloor heating everywhere.

Cozy beachfront cottage

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

A very nice cottage with a good atmosphere. Colorful and things chosen with care. The bed is good. There is no shower inside, but only outside, but with hot water in a closed shower section. No TV and internet, but close to the beach, and you can hear the North Sea about 250 meters away. Close to the finest sunsets. Large terrace, part of which is covered. Lots of land. Vores sommerhus er beliggende midt i et fredet naturområde i Kettrup Bjerge. Her kan man finde roen og komme helt ned i gear. Området er egnet til aktiviteter i naturen, og der findes masser af stier til både cykling og vandring. Huset er opført i 1975, og den oprindelige stil er forsøgt bevaret. Her er ingen luksus, men masser af ro og mulighed for nærvær. I køreafstand fra huset ligger både Blokhus og Løkken, som byder på masser af kultur og spisesteder. Hund velkommen, men kun på gulvet 😀

The cottage is located on the West Coast within walking distance to the beach, dune plantation and the cozy beach town Tversted. The house - which is year-round insulated is located on a large 3000 m2 of undisturbed land with views of large protected natural areas. The cottage is fenced - with a large area, and you can therefore let your dog run free. NOTE: From May to August, the tent is open and there is therefore the possibility of 8 overnight guests.
