Cozy, cheap, older summer house near Løkken

The summerhouse at Lønstrup was built in 1986, it is a well-maintained and cozy summerhouse, tastefully decorated and located on a large, southwest sloping nature plot. The grounds are surrounded by large trees that provide good shelter for the west wind and create many play opportunities for children. The summerhouse is located in the middle of the magnificent nature by the North Sea. A small path leads from the house over the dune to the North Sea, a walk of about 10 minutes, where you will find some of Denmark's most beautiful bathing beaches.

Cozy beachfront cottage

Cozy cottage located right in the middle of the dune landscape in the scenic Kettrup Bjerge only 200 meters from the beach. The house is of an older date and was renovated inside in 2020 and contains a new kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, stove/oven, refrigerator and microwave, dining room, living room with wood stove, three bedrooms and a bathroom. The house has a large terrace raised above the terrain, as well as a covered terrace. The property has its own dune where there is a "hidden" bench from which you can enjoy sea views/sunset.

Relax with the whole family in this serene space. Where nature and the forest animals are just outside the windows, and the North Sea only 2 km away with a bike path. The cottage is located behind tall trees and still close to everything that summer in North Jutland has to offer. There is food for squirrels and birds in the shed, which can be filled in the feeding houses. Fårup summerland is just 4 km from here, and about 30 minutes drive to Denmark's 4th largest city Aalborg, where the experience opportunities are diverse.

The sea lodge

The cottage, which is located in the 1st row by the North Sea north of Lønstrup, is extremely well appointed with views of the sea on 3 sides of the house. There is about 40 sqm. of terrace around the house, where there is plenty of opportunity to find shelter. There is about 900 meters to Lønstrup Town on a path along the water and fantastic beaches within a few minutes' walk. Lønstrup is known as Little Skagen because of its many galleries and atmosphere. There are good shopping opportunities and a café environment.

As a tenant with us, you will be staying in a newly built annex. The annex is located on a natural plot in the woods with the golf course as the nearest neighbor and close to Aalborg, 15 minutes to the city bus. Whether it's a city vacation, golf, mountain biking, road cycling, you have plenty of opportunities to meet your needs here with us. We are happy to help you with good advice if you ask. The house has several large terraces to soak up the sun no matter the time of the day and the best beach in all of Denmark is only five minutes walk away.
