Thank you for this quiet little weekend for lovers, the jacuzzi and the pool are a real plus. The garden and outdoor spaces are very pleasant.

We were greeted by Lucille , who spoke perfect English and Monsieur . We were shown all about the house, how to operate the jacuzzi and given excellent recommendations for the area. The booklet was invaluable particularly for village market days. The house is so attractively deco and so comfortable with everything you need to make your stay troubles free and relaxing. As we are from Australia we loved cooking outside on the BBQ. Being supplied with wraps for the jacuzzi was much appreciated as was the jacuzzi after climbing lots of steps visiting the castles. Our hosts all came to farewell us which was a lovely friendly touch. We thank you all for your lovely home and generous spirit of welcome. This is an excellent Perigord base and we strongly recommend it.

We had a great weekend with the family. The accommodation was very clean and well-equipped. We were also able to enjoy the outdoors and amenities (swimming pool, barbecue). In addition, Thaïs was able to answer our questions and made herself available to best meet our needs during the stay.

It couldn't be better. The house is simply fantastically located in the middle of nature. It is so quiet that with the chirping of the birds and the rippling of the small waterfall, it falls asleep and wakes up. The house itself has everything you need and is very nicely furnished. And Anthony is a great host where you can tell that he cares about the well-being of his guests. He welcomed us warmly and explained everything we needed to know - both to the house and the surrounding area. If we come back to the area, be sure to come here!

It's a really peaceful house where you can find everything you need for a pleasant time. The beds are comfortable , the kitchen is very well equipped , books , games , a stove to warm up . The decor is cute . The pool is well heated and large . The garden is beautiful!! Very well maintained and there is an enchanted atmosphere with animals and water points. Our kids loved the little houseboat and my son is more than happy to have been able to fish . Thank you for your hospitality and kindness . We want to come back next time .

We had a pleasant weekend with the family (5 people and 2 children) in Léon's house. Coralie (the host) is very responsive, available and very accommodating during our various exchanges. We were warmly welcomed by Coralie's family and we were able to discuss decoration which we liked a lot. The cottage is spacious, well arranged with pellet stove, necessary even in this season for the evening in the living room. The cottage is located on the edge of the forest where the GR3 passes nearby as well as other hiking trails, nice not to use the car. The interior is tastefully and authentically decorated. The kitchen is well equipped, the bedding is of good quality. The 2 bathrooms are spotless. In addition, wonderful weather, what more could you ask for. There was absolutely nothing missing for a pleasant stay (too short!).

We had a great time at this place! As soon as we arrived, the welcome was warm and friendly. Stanislas was very responsive and available throughout the stay, which made it much easier. The place was spotless, with quality appliances, including a very sophisticated washing machine that was particularly appreciated. The neighborhood is quiet and perfect for hiking lovers. In addition, the area is full of beautiful cities to discover as well as many castles to visit. A perfect destination for a relaxing and enriching stay! I recommend this listing without hesitation. Flower Cottage, and the surrounding gardens, is a little slice of Heaven. Olivier was superbly welcoming and we had the most fantastic stay. This super little rental is understated chic and far exceeded our expectations! Thank you Olivier.

We had a lovely relaxing stay at Amanda’s gite. Very peaceful and pleasant surroundings. Enjoyed daily swims and chilling by the pool. Amanda was the perfect host, very responsive and welcoming. Would definitely recommend if looking for a peaceful and relaxing break .

We had a wonderful weekend in this lovely little house, very well decorated, a very cute private garden, and a beautiful common garden, superbly maintained. Small quiet hamlet, where we can enjoy the calm, and the birdsong. We lacked nothing, we were happy. It is also very pleasant to discuss with Jérémy. We'll be there again☺️.

We had a great time at Moulin de Presly, Virginie welcomed us with great kindness and simplicity. Everything was perfect! We really enjoyed the tranquility of the place - a real break in time, with the ponds and geese adding to the change of scenery - the accommodation is very clean and cozy... Our little boy also greatly appreciated the presence of toys! We will be happy to come back to be able to enjoy the place longer and fully! Thank you so much to Virginia!

We had a great stay in this green bubble. Everything is conducive to rest and relaxation: The cottage, its terrace, the large wooded garden, the view of the valley and the sublime sunset. Nathalie and Olivier are committed to welcoming you, remaining available and, above all, sharing their world with you. They are also very discreet and will preserve your privacy. We loved spending time with the animals on the property: walks and cuddles with the three Riviera, Lasko and Espelette pottoks, Rainbow the beagle, or the chickens that come to chat at breakfast... The accommodation is both isolated and preserved, while being close to many visits, villages, and must-see views. Nathalie, Olivier, thank you again for everything, our stay was a real favorite and we can't wait to come back! 🥰

You really can't beat the location, just steps away from restaurants and shops, on the main road to the chateau. Everything inside was perfect and comfortable, felt like home away from home almost immediately. I was really hoping to spend my days lounging on the gorgeous patio but it's literally the most photographed patio in all of France (constant stream of people going to and from the castle). The local host was fabulous, very attentive and patient with my non-existent French. We were there 11 days and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Highly recommend.

Above all: what a wonderful place! Atmospheric, comfortable and well-equipped gîte. Located in the lee of a characteristic village. Walked a lot and spent time in the pleasant garden because the weather was nice. Alain and Annie are friendly, discreet and have welcome information about the area and restaurants. In short, we had a fantastic time. Will definitely come back. We are far from bored with Blaison, Anjou-Saumur. The gîte of Annie and Alain is a perfect base.
