We had a great stay at the cottage, perfectly suited for our family. The accommodation was clean, well-equipped, and ideally located about fifteen minutes' drive from La Rochelle, making it a perfect starting point for discovering the region and the island of Ré. Special mention for the pool, which the children loved! But above all, a big thank you to the hosts for their warm welcome, their availability and their great kindness. We would definitely recommend this listing!

We had a great holiday at this cottage. Many walks are on foot and the area is beautiful. The equipment of the cottage corresponds to the description, simple and functional. The garden is particularly nice.

Great stay in a great place. The air conditioning was a real plus with the heat when we came. The location to access the old town is ideal. We will definitely come back but rather in September because really a lot of people in August. Sarlat itself is a beautiful city with lots of stuff to do surrounding.

The stay went well, the accommodation is very well located with the beach within walking distance as well as the shopping street. It's easy to park and the neighborhood is quiet. Eating in the veranda is nice. We also appreciated the kindness of the host.

Lovely, private and quiet gîte. It was compact and well laid out. Very comfortable bed. Nice local village with a good shop/boulangerie and beautiful local places to see, especially Vendôme. Perfect for dogs with a quiet footpath right outside the door. Jean-Baptiste was extremely helpful and nice. We hope to come back again.

What a pleasant surprise, better than the photos and comments. Nothing is missing, even your 1st meal is in the refrigerator! You feel really good at the Grange aux livres, there are many nice details that you will discover over the days... Sophie is very welcoming, human and caring. Great welcome! We enjoyed the little touches on our arrival. The cottage is faithful to its description, there is everything you need. A little plus, the pool, which was still cool but pleasant given the heat.

We really enjoyed our stay at Helen's house in Cavagnac. The house is located in a dream hamlet, quiet and romantic. It is comfortably furnished and has beautiful seating areas around the house. We also enjoyed the whirlpool. Helen is super friendly, she welcomes us personally and gladly answers all our questions. We'll be happy to go back!

We had a great time at Annie's place. The accommodation is very clean, pleasant, very well equipped and very well arranged. The small outdoor area is quiet, sheltered from view and fenced (great for our dog who was able to enjoy it!). In addition, the box is a real plus for parking without having to search. Annie is a very friendly host, very accessible and who is concerned with hosting us in the best conditions (thank you again for lending us the crib and high chair!). We had a great weekend. The accommodation is perfect for visiting Orleans on a weekend. Peaceful, perfect for relaxing after a walk in the city. The area for improvement that we can say is the size of the fridge. 😁 A little small, but it's a detail. Accommodation as described, the jacuzzi is really a plus. We loved the provision of slippers and bathrobes, including for children! Jean-Marie was very available and responsive, he was able to adapt to the schedule of our arrival, even if we asked him to move back several times. Being able to come with our pet was very appreciable. We recommend this property!

Pauline was a great host. Welcomed us in person and showed us around the house. The accommodation was spotless and very well equipped. We enjoyed playing table tennis and boules. We took cycle rides to the nearby villages and went wine tasting at local vineyards. We walked round the nearby lake where you could also go kayaking or paddle boarding. The beautiful town of Eymet was only a short walk away. And when the sun came out we lay by the pool

Fanny and Celine’s house is beautiful and situated right on a vineyard. We made a morning coffee and walked through the hillside vineyards with stunning views each day. The 4 bedrooms are spacious with nice pillows and linens. The automatic blinds are great to close at night and then open out to the vineyards in the morning (2 bedrooms). Full en suites in the 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor and another shower and toilet for the rooms on the 3rd floor. Overall, an idyllic place in an idyllic location.

The space was particularly well thought out, neat, and comfortable. We felt very comfortable in this association between ancient stones and contemporary comfort. The games room and spa completed this very pleasant stay.

Magnificent stay at this fabulous and peaceful cottage. Fully equipped, spacious and bright apartment with a very nice view of the Sancy. The common areas and garden are simply great with multiple possible activities that delight children and adults alike. Thanks again to Koen and Véronique for hosting us and friends.
