The 300 sq ft two-story floor plan is truly one of a kind. The separate downstairs offers a cozy sitting room with a TV, comfy chairs, a desk, and a kitchenette. The upstairs includes a private outside hot water shower located on a secluded deck. Inside the bedroom a queen-size bed, sink with vanity, room with a toilet.

Unplug and relax while enjoying the quiet beauty of the country on 3 acres of fenced, gated property. Keurig, Mid-sized fridge w/Freezer, BBQ & Microwave. Our 450sf Cozy Cabin is unattached from our main home and has it's own parking and entrance.

Secluded Ranch Tiny Home

Nestled in the hills of San Miguel and surrounded by oak trees, this tiny home is located on the Hogeland Family Ranch. It is tucked away in its own private corner of the 300+ acre ranch. This 400 sq ft, open floor plan tiny house is completely off-grid. It uses solar electricity and propane for heat. It is dog friendly (please no cats), and horse boarding is available. Hiking and trail rides are also available. If you like wine tasting, we are located very near the local wine trails.
