Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lo Pagán

We live in the area and needed a place to stay temporarily. We are glad we chose this apartment as it was clean, modern, bright and airy. The pool is literally just a few metres with well maintained areas and very peaceful. You will need a car to venture further to beaches etc but everything is on site. Easy check in/check out with a very friendly and helpful Max. We would recommend to family and friends.

We spent 2 nights at Moisés' casa rural and were lucky to be the only occupants to enjoy the property. Tastefully decorated home, peaceful surroundings, great swimming pool, large enclosed and secured area for our dog to enjoy. Moisés was the perfect host and made himself available to deal with any issue. This is a place we would love to come back. Highly recommended.

I don't give it 10 stars, because there aren't. If it was a number note it would be an 11 out of 10. Antonio is a very friendly host, attentive, always aware that we are well and go to dream places. The apartment is located in a private development, with two pools and jacuzzi in each of them, very well maintained gardens and a quiet neighborhood community. I highly recommend staying in any apartment in Antonio. Thank you so much for everything from the three of us, Antonio.

Great stay, perfect hosts, perfect communication. We highly recommend the house, it is very well-equipped. On the other hand, you need a car.

Everything is perfect: very nice apartment with all the amenities, excellent attention from the owner, perfect location in a beautiful development close to the golf course of La Roda and shopping centers, restaurants, leisure areas and beaches. Totally recommended. If you have to put a hit it is that the showerhead in the main bathroom is quite bad. Otherwise, totally recommended.

Fantastic luxurious apartment in a great location. Only a few steps from beach walk and the Cabo Roig strip, yet extremely peaceful. Stunning grounds and pool view. Great communication from the start. Would highly recommend this apartment for couples and family alike!

The stay was just perfect! The place was the same as in the photos – super clean, stylishly furnished and lovingly prepared down to the last detail. The hosts were incredibly warm, helpful, and always available if any questions came up. The location was also great: quiet, but still central, so you could reach everything quickly. I felt very comfortable from the first minute and would definitely like to come back. Absolutely recommended!

Super cool mate keep up the cracking job! We were staying with 3 children and 4 adults and there was many amenities and they were as good as the pictures said. Lovely spaciousness the kitchen was very well equipped lots of cutlery and other stuff. In addition there were lots of towels and the pool is very nice and pleasant. The outdoor space is also good and we were located in an area near lots of shops and near the cultural Centre of the city we also recommend the restaurant just near it called Nankin We would definitely visit again!

This is a beautiful apartment - exactly like the photos. Very clean & brushes, vaccum, mop etc available if needed. There is a lot of space and storage. Just accross the road from Zenia boulevard. Short 15 min walk to the beach. Lovely, clean and quiet communal pool area - very quiet - never busy. There was great communication from Olga - she is a fantastic host. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be returning to stay again

We had a perfect stay. Salvador was flexible on our arrival time, welcomed us and showed us the basics and was always very responsive to our communications, before and after our arrival.

We stayed for only a night but enjoyed it greatly. We were a group of 9 people mid 20s. All was very well laid out nice and cool for June, the pool was lovely. To put one minor point against the place would be the upstairs bathroom as its almost completely open plan, so it does limit a bit but with good communication theres no bother and we had no issue. Mari Carmen was very lovely and welcoming, we couldnt thank her enough for the warm welcome we received.

We were very surprised by the apartment. Beautiful views and very quiet. It exceeds expectations. But the best part was Paco. He treated us very kindly and explained everything we asked him, and he even gave us a great list of places to go and things to do. It's nice to be able to say that I'll be back because we were really comfortable. We would fall short saying everything, because I assure you that going here is well worth it. A big hug and thank you very much.

This apartment was a true oasis during my move. I needed to stay a few days in a quiet place and this place really exceeded my expectations. The location is unbeatable, a stone's throw from the beach, and the tranquility of the urbanization allowed me to relax in a time of high stress next to my b***h, an 8-year-old Golden Retriever. The development is very safe, with private parking and was happy to sleep at night. No parties or noise from neighbors. The flat is beautiful, very well decorated, with great views of the sea, super clean and equipped with everything necessary for a perfect stay. Communication with José Carlos and Marta was excellent, always attentive and willing to help. I recommend this place 100%!

Very communitive host, lovely clean, well style apartment, we arrived at night so the nearest open supermarket was 20 mins walk , during the day there are nearer ones. The apartment was lovely well styled and clean, great to have a tv so when the nights are chillier you can relax and watch a movie. The location to the beach and bars was great. We used the pool area and took the sunbeds down we really enjoyed swimming in the pool. the terrace in the morning is perfect for breakfast and sunbathing. We had a great stay and wouldn't hesitate in recommending this apartment.

One of the best ABB’s we have stayed in the only thing would be to remove the pallets from the outer courtyard but that is being petty. Great place

We had a fantastic 11 day stay. Mark and Emma were great to deal with. We had no issues at all and did not need to contact them during our stay, however before our stay both got back to us very quickly with what we were looking for. The apartment was exactly as expected, the only issue we faced was the pool as we found it very deep for our children (1 & 6) and the kids pool is very small but this was only a personal issue! It is about a 10 minute walk to the strip and maybe 15-20 to the beach and 15 minute walk to La Zenia Boulevard. We throughly enjoyed our stay.

Everything went smoothly. The cost of entry and cleaning could be visible from the total price. Now they are mentioned separately in the additional information that is easily overlooked when comparing many listings. the additional price was $150 for me.

We had a wonderful stay at Monica & John’s. The villa was beautiful, clean & private. There was a beautiful private pool which was spotless. The location was great, everywhere we wanted to go was within a short drive. Monica & John were very friendly and they responded straight away if we had a question. Would definitely stay there again.

We stayed a month and loved every minute of it. The Home has everything and even more than we expected. Literally everything you could possibly need. The sea view from the balcony was amazing. We had coffee every morning there. Great place for couples and family. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen clean and comfortable. TV had Netflix and Prime video and other channels available. The WiFi never failed. It’s a 3 minute walk to neighborhood restaurants, bus stop, pharmacy, bars, and a 24/7 convenience market. The best place so far. Definitely recommend. The beach is less than a 5 minute walk. There are restaurants and a boardwalk nearby too. The city center is a 5 minute drive by car. Many restaurants and shops there as well. I just can’t say enough. Alberto was absolutely amazing and responses quickly. Thank you so much for allowing us the pleasure. We hope to come back.
