Family-friendly holiday rentals in Llano River

We really enjoyed this place! It's tucked away in peaceful part of town. The room was very nice and it was perfect for our 2 night stay.

This place has been one of the most beautiful and peaceful places we have rented. The baked goods waiting for us were delicious!!! Monica was very sweet and accommodating. Truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely rent again!! Everything was just perfect!!

We had such a great time! I lived in Germany for a short bit many years ago and this sweet cozy house reminded me of the experience. It was fun to look around at all the decor from Germany. It was nice and quiet, and just a short uber ride from town. We loved the surprise German pastries put in our room and appreciated the bottled water that we forgot to bring with us! Thank you for being such a lovely host. We’d totally visit again.

We chose the tiny house for waterfront access. It was just the two of us but could easily host a family. Kitchen is well stocked, BBQ grill available. The resort is on the water, there’s an area to swim and several boat slips that you can fish from. The resort is a clean property all the amenities are in working order. It’s older, could use some updates, but doesn’t detract from the great location or nice staff.

It started out a bit rough with A/C issues, but they were extremely quick to be helpful and make things right. They continued to communicate next steps. Great location, very clean, enough room and would definitely stay there again. The outside area is perfect for this time of year! Everyone had a great time.

Freddy’s condo is beautiful, modern, spacious and very well equipped. This is our second time there and we absolutely loved our visits!! Freddy is a wonderful host and communicator!! We will definitely book our next stay with Freddy!! Aloha, Wayne and Patti

Judith's place is absolutely perfect for your visit to Fredericksburg!! The home was absolutely adorable and exactly as described from the listing! Everything you would need for a comfortable stay and extremely clean! The beds were amazing and we had plenty of space to relax in. The courtyard is so nice to enjoy your morning cup of coffee or wine at night. The location is perfect!! It was less than a 1/2 mile from all the hustle and bustle of downtown, super easy walk!! We loved it and will definitely rent again in the future!

We had a great time at this lake house! We had the whole family (4 adults and 3 small children). The accommodations were great. The kids were able to swim from the dock and we were able to park our tritoon without any issues. We took full advantage of the grill, hot tub, and sauna. We highly recommend if you are looking for a lake getaway.

Our girls’ trip at the Taylor Swift Hideaway was absolutely charming and so adorable! The TS Hideaway was cute and quaint. The attention to detail with the decor was very detailed for Swifty lovers or fans! Everything was clean and well-maintained, making it a delightful home base for our weekend. Kathryn, our hostess went above and beyond, eagerly ensuring our stay was welcoming with thoughtful touches like bracelet making, candy, and several messages to check in on us to ensure we had everything we needed for our stay. Highly recommend this gem for a fun and relaxing getaway! You won’t find another AIrBnB like this one!!

John and Suzanne, Thank you so much for the lovely stay at your 2 bedroom cabin. It was absolutely perfect for our quiet weekend away. We especially appreciated how close it was to Perdenales Falls State Park and that you allow pets – that was a big bonus for us! The room is very cozy. Nice seating to talk. Walking distance to most places we wanted to be. Dog Friendly. Bed was comfy for my bad back, I like softer, plush mattresses. Nice pillows as well. Quiet neighborhood, easy to find and park. Timothy always was great at answering my messages relatively quickly. The restroom has a fan but is not very cool in the summer. We propped the fan Timothy left in the eating area on the bed in front of the ac unit to circulate the cold air and it made a huge difference for us. The bathroom was stocked with great tp, nice towels, bath mat, soap, lotion, and hand soap, shower is a little small for me I’m 5’10 237. You have to use the key to close the front door, the door knob will not latch. The tv had Netflix while we relaxed before bed. It was a great experience. We are grateful we found this place and it was available. My wife and I enjoyed our stay there and would definitely recommend it and would return.

Loved our stay here. The house was well decorated and clean. Beds were very comfortable. The only downside was that it is on a busy street so there was some road noise and backing out of the driveway was a little tricky. But the convenient location more than made up for it. Would definitely stay here again next time we’re in Fredericksburg.

Awesome place for a getaway! Only 10 minutes from downtown Fredericksburg, so it’s far enough to feel like you’re away from town and in your own place, and close enough to be near the excitement when you want it. The house is super cute, well-put together, and the land it’s on is beautiful. All-in-all it’s an amazing place. I’d highly recommend staying here, and the hosts are very friendly!

The house and location were beautiful and exactly what we needed for our time away. The location is secluded, but there was easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. We felt comfortable and at home there.

My mother and I stayed overnight to attend a nearby concert. The place is gorgeous, you really CAN see for miles and miles! The bed was very comfortable. The house was well appointed. Both Kathy and Wayne were very responsive via text, call, and in person. I would definitely recommend and would stay at their property again the next time I'm in Dripping Springs!

This was our second time staying at Last Stand (in a different container home) and it was just as great! The location is close to plenty of wineries and Fredericksburg, and the container is cozy and comfortable. Thanks for another great stay!!

Fantastic location and accommodations. It was convenient to Marble Falls, but secluded enough to feel like an escape. Common areas were not crowded, and others that we encountered were friendly and respectful. The deer are abundant and add to the the tranquility. It was nice to sit on the patio and watch the deer. The condo is well-appointed and Liza is very responsive and helpful. We would definitely return.

My family stayed at Rancho De Vida over Memorial Day weekend and we had an amazing time. We were looking for a ranch that had privacy, plenty of things to do for the whole family and close to the many vineyards in and around Fredericksburg and that’s exactly what we got. The farm house on the ranch is beautiful and the solarium is was a great place for the family to hang out and relax. Mary has done an amazing job decorating every corner of the property. The pool has great views of the ranch and the two longhorns on the property. The new pool was MUCH bigger than it looks in the pictures, we were pleasantly surprised! Overall, not a single bad thing to say about this property, it was exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend it.

Beautiful peaceful place to stay, loved the jacuzzi tub and the bed was very comfortable. The fire pit was a perfect touch for the clear nights to see the full moon and the stars. We loved our stay!! We will definitely be back.

Great get away ! If you are looking for a private and peaceful place to stay, this is it ! Not just that but Cathy and Tim were very helpful and very fast to solve anything we were wondering about. Kids had a blast at the pool and not to mention looking at goats & deers running around the property. This place felt so welcoming we didn’t want to leave. Definitely going back soon ! Words cannot express how wonderful our weekend was at Three Points Ranch. Not only were we immersed in natures beauty but blessed with the most gracious hosts. Sally, Kate, and Lindsey welcomed us with open arms and hearts to make our elopement weekend everything we dreamed of. They were available to and did work with us on everything we asked from the moment of booking to the days we were there. They were there in a moments notice if we needed them and also kept their space from us so we could enjoy peaceful privacy in the beautiful space they created. They offered everything they could to us to make us feel like family staying on site. They even made sure no one drove by during our elopement ceremony! I was blown away by their willingness to work with us on every ask we gave. The thoughtful, gracious presence they were as our hosts made our weekend feel extra special. I truly felt like no other space could hold such a sacred weekend for us the way the Ranch did, thanks to them.
