Beautiful house to stay at! We all had the best time and felt right at home as soon as we arrived. Heaps of room for the kids to run around and burn their energy. Great place to stay for a family holiday we had 11 of us in the house and we al had our own space and heaps of room to have dinner and watch movies all together.

The house is lovely and very big. Suited us as we all wanted seperate rooms and our own bathrooms so the 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms was great. We did not use the pool or spa so I can’t comment on that. Lively Properties’s were easy to deal with and gave excellent instructions for the property. Would be happy to to use Lively again if we head back for another stay.

We couldn’t be happier with our time at this home. It was beautifully clean, well appointed and had everything you need. The home was so convenient to the shops, a short stroll away. We stayed in April and the surrounds were very quiet and peaceful.

Eric couldn’t have been more accommodating and helpful. Their starter kitchen breakfast was perfect and delicious. The house was spotlessly clean, and the bedding extremely comfortable. We’d flown over from Scotland, so comfort was important. I would highly recommend staying here.

We had a truly memorable stay at this beautiful farmhouse. From the moment we arrived, the owner was incredibly responsive and attentive, regularly checking in to ensure that everything was in order and that we were comfortable. This level of hospitality made us feel very well taken care of throughout our stay. The house itself is stunning—set in a serene farm environment that offers both relaxation and a unique countryside experience. Our children especially enjoyed the opportunity to interact with and feed the farm animals, which added a special and memorable touch to the trip. Inside, the home is tastefully designed with a modern yet warm aesthetic. Every detail has been thoughtfully considered, and the house is extremely well equipped with everything we could possibly need—from kitchen essentials to comfortable furnishings. It felt like a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comfort. This stay exceeded our expectations in every way. We would highly recommend it to families!

We absolutely loved our stay at Bantry Bay. Beautifully decorated, so many special touches, everything worked, the dog felt at home straight away as did we. A wonderful accomodation, looked after so well. Was not expecting to walk in to such a lovely homely atmosphere, but it was the perfect place for us a group to enjoy our weekend and the special mention was to the heater that heated all of our rooms. Which in all honesty was a big surprise but the best one. Ashok was an amazing host and made sure that we had all the instructions to get into the house. Th house was setup beautifully and was given all the necessities. Thank you Ashok for an amazing stay and can’t wait to come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at Janell and Nathan’s house, everything was as expected and the house was beautifully presented - clean, comfortable and with all the creature comforts of home! They were extremely accommodating and great to communicate with. The location was perfect too - only a very short drive to the beach and main shops, including pub, restaurants/cafes and shopping centre. It wouldn’t take long to walk there either. A fabulous stay, we’ll definitely be back!

Paul has a lovely and spacious house that is extremely well priced for the location - close to the town centre as well as many of attractions of the Bellarine Peninsula. Paul was an extremely accommodating and responsive host and we would recommend his place to everyone!

Oliva is such a LOVELY host, we stayed for the Easter Weekend and she left us some hot cross buns and chocolate - how kind! The place is simply the cosiest, I love the sun pouring in through the kitchen and dining room. A beautiful home! I would definitely come back-highly recommend!

David was a wonderful host, and even accomodating for my dog. He was very responsive and a great host. I enjoy staying with my family and it’s a great location there was a park around the corner for my kids.

One of the best accommodation places we have found in our travels! The attention to fine detail ticks every box. There is nothing we wanted for - from details such as paper towels and cling wrap, to ample glasses, great bedding and bathrooms and much more. The location is perfect - close to the CBD (by car or Uber) and the local shops and cafes are great. The facilities in the house couldn't be better. On a cold winters day it was just wonderful to put the heating on when we got home and feel the warmth very quickly.

Very clean, comfortable home. The heating was brilliant, kitchen was well resourced. We stayed with children and found it very comfortable.

This stay was exactly like we thought it would be. We wanted a quiet and peaceful neighbourhood and a lot of beds and room which is exactly what was shown in the online pictures and also experienced in person. We thoroughly enjoyed the open plan living area and the outside area made it so we could enjoy the good weather.

Lovely place, spacious, clean and very comfortable bed. All the amenties you need were catered for, I liked that it was set back from the road and was nice and quite. Also being able to park the car in the garage with the automatic door so you can go straight into the home without getting rained on. Highly recommend to stay here.

The house had everything we needed for two couples. Very clean, comfortable and a relaxing place to stay. Location is pretty good. In a quiet area and only a ten minute walk down to the main shopping area, Very easy to check-in with the door code and a basket of goodies was waiting for us. The weather was cold and wet during our stay but the house warmed up quickly with the heater. We came for the National Celtic Festival over the King's Birthday weekend and thoroughly enjoyed our stay despite the weather.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Mina’s place! From the moment we arrived, everything was spotless, thoughtfully arranged, and incredibly welcoming. Had a great time on the Q Train, visiting local wineries, breakfast at local cafes, dinner at the pub and walking around Queenscliff.
