Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Little Egg Harbor

Heather’s place was a pleasure to stay in. It was clean, open, and all the furniture was very comfortable! Wawa and Walmart are very close to the location making last minute trips accessible and convenient. Heather was extremely quick with replying to my questions and made the check in and check out process easy, and simple (and I appreciate that so so much!) my family and I hope to return on another family vacation soon, as we did enjoy our stay (for the first time away from our home in 10-15 years as a family)!! Great host and really beautiful place. We were off-season so did not take advantage of water play but house had all the toys for kids and adults to use.

We had the most wonderful stay at a beautiful house on Mallard Island, and I can’t recommend it enough! The property was immaculate, with everything we could need for a comfortable stay. The basic necessities were well thought out, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The views were truly breathtaking. Every morning, we woke up to incredible sights of the marsh and bay, and the sunsets were even more spectacular—definitely something to look forward to every day. The location is also a big plus; it’s within walking distance to Old Causeway, which has one of the best happy hours in NJ imo (from 3-6pm), making it the perfect spot to unwind after a day of beaching or bay activites. The hosts were exceptional—kind, accommodating, and so easy to communicate with. They were flexible with our arrival time and even allowed us to check out a bit later than the posted time, which was much appreciated. We could have used a few more towels, but next time we'll bring a few. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Stay

We absolutely loved our stay. The hosts made our visit extra special by surprising my daughter with birthday goodies upon our arrival. We felt right at home from the moment we walked in which isn’t always so easy when traveling with young children. The home was calm, bright, and perfectly set out on the water. We could sit on the deck and relax knowing the property was completely fenced in. We enjoyed everything about the home and are looking forward to booking again in the future. I’ve already recommended this home to others based on our stay.

My family and I had such an amazing experience in this gorgeous LBI home. There was plenty of room for us and the space was really clean. My nephews aged 4 and 6 were always entertained in the backyard! It is the perfect place for little ones to safely explore and play. You can tell it is a family/child friendly rental- but I can also envision my friends and I renting here and having another great experience! Our host Michael and his staff are the exact kind of hosts I hope to have when renting. They truly trusted us and let us enjoy our stay! When we had questions they responded quickly. The house is modern, seems to be brand new, super clean and clutter free. Anyone can feel at home here- I know my family definitely did! This was my best experience staying at an airbnb and I look forward to renting again! Thank you to Michael and Cabrina!

Our stay at Tuckerton Bay Paradise was relaxing, peaceful, and comfortable. From grandparents, adult children, grandkids, to grandpup, there was something for all. The home is well organized and beautifully decorated. The garage is stocked with water toys. The back yard and dock area kept up us well entertained. The best airbnb thus far for me! Adrianna's home was beautiful and peaceful. We enjoyed a great girls' weekend there cooking, chatting, and using it as a home base to explore. Great outdoor seating areas and even some wild life sightings.

We really enjoyed our stay. Lots of fishing and canoeing. Would highly recommend and will definitely return. Dongmei was an excellent host. The neighbors were nice and helpful. We will definitely return.

We enjoyed our stay at Bill's place. the space was clean and comfortable. We came down to do Christmas stuff in Cape May and Ocean City and Bill even put up a mini tree for us. So thoughtful! We will definitely stay again.

Sue is an amazing host! We had a wonderful time at her place over Memorial Day weekend. We had 3 adults and 2 dogs and it fit our needs perfectly. Having a fenced in yard for the dogs was a must! The apartment is steps from the beach and the bay—and walking distance to the amazing Brigantine market on Saturdays. Highly recommend and hope to return soon.

I love Deborah's place. this is the third time I have stayed here. It is the perfect gem for your beach adventure. One block to the bay, 3 to the beach. It is perfect. The place is always clean and has snacks!! Already book for next year

Such a beautiful place with lots of accommodations. I really enjoyed the rooftop access and view of downtown. Breathtaking! It's is a good fit for you if you are able-bodied since the place has a lot of stairs. Luckily, we are and were able to throughly enjoy our stay.

Place was great! Street parking was sparse even though we had passes. When we got back Saturday afternoon around 430 there was no parking. I actually had to park at the end of the street closest to the boardwalk where the x’d out yellow box is and thankfully got no ticket. The street is only wide enough for one car so if someone is coming out when you’re pulling in there is no place to go and someone needs to back all the way up until someone parks and can let the other person by. Overall it was a nice place. Not much to do in AC unless you gamble and eat but we spent the day in wildwood to kill time until our dinner at Hell’s Kitchen in caesers casino.

He was great with communication. very easy instructions and sent a few times just in case The only con was only one tv in the apartment none any any of the bedrooms

Andrew was one of the most proactive communicative hosts we've had! He was very helpful, always responded quickly. We had a different property that fell through last minute and Andrew helped us reserve last-minute with clear instructions and easy booking. The property itself is very thoughtfully organized, clean, and the street is quiet. We will be back!

Mary's place is a great, no-frills spot to stay on the north side of LBI. Awesome location in a beautiful setting. The studio is basic but cozy and comfortable. Would definitely stay there again.

Absolutely LOVED staying at Kyle's suite! Super comfortable, clean, fresh linens and towels available to us! Also very peaceful and quiet. We slept great! Kyle was very responsive and flexible! He's a fantastic host! I hope to be able to stay at his suite again in the future!

This was our first time in AC staying at a non Casino Hotel, which was amazing, we had plenty of room, could cook, and could easily walk to each Casino, would choose this place again and will definitely stay in this same place!! Exceeded my expectations for sure!

Andrew is a Fabulous Host! He has thought of things beyond what someone may need. His home is well Loved and cared for. We had an Amazing,peaceful,refreshing and very comfortable stay here. you could not ask for a more friendly, walkable neighborhood and just steps away from a very beautiful beach. Take a drive up Ocean St , till the end of the road. There is a very interesting spot to smell the fresh ocean breeze and just sit and relax 😍. Andrew's home is a true Gem!

This was our first time to Brigantine. It was great being two blocks from the beach. Restaurants next-door and across the street were very convenient and delicious. It was a relaxing environment and more than enough space for the 2 of us. We would definitely love to return!

The view of the ocean was beautiful. It was right on the boardwalk. It was also in walking distance to a lot of the other casino, resorts, and activities on the boardwalk Great Stay! ☺️

Great experience the house, the location, the locals, the proximity to AC. The house is very nice and organized. It was clean and very welcoming. Loved the coffee bar. So nice to come in late and have a cup of joe (almost) ready in the morning was priceless. I would definitely come back.

Truly one of the best places i’ve stayed at! super comfy!! me and my friends had a blast even just hanging out in the room. felt like home. 10/10 highly recommend if your planning a short trip w close friends this is ur spot!
