Beautiful environment, comfortable accommodation, rooms with air-conditioning working perfectly, sheets, pillows and towels available in each room. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, microwave, pots, plates and cutlery. The only thing that was disappointing was the jacuzzi that didn't work, the bathroom shower that wouldn't stop dripping, the intercom that didn't work and the handrail of the stairs that gives access to the jacuzzi was broken.

Extremely nice place, very clean and comfortable. The condominium is great and the location too, near the center of Pipa, for those who have some kind of reduced mobility, be careful because to get to and from the center there is a good climb. Rogerio is extremely attentive, we loved the space and we recommend it a lot!!!

Everything 100%, everything above the expected, cleaning, location, attention from start to finish, the house is has everything the listing says and more a little, super safe condominium, very attentive host, my children loved the pool, not to mention that for those who have small children can be carefree!

The place is amazing. Without a doubt, when I return to Pipa, I will return to Martin's accommodation. The apartment is even better than in the photos. It is spacious, bright, and very well equipped. The location is unbeatable: close to Praia do Amor, the area is very quiet and a 10-minute walk from the center of Pipa. Special mention for the host Ulf, he was always very attentive and helpful. Excellent stay!!

It was simply amazing! Wonderful place and very close to the centrinho. They can go without fear that it is guaranteed quality.

I do not know where to begin the report of my stay. The house is just perfect. Smell sheets, bath towels, pool towels. The details of the decoration are of a whim, of a zeal that you are even afraid to play rs The kitchenware is beautiful, including some of the kite pieces, manufactured there (I found the store and I went to buy hahaha) Important carry repellent and take care of the monkeys who visit the house in the morning looking for food. The house is in front of a hotel, we even had lunch there one day and we love it. I recommend it! The centrinho is around 1,300 km for a super quiet walk and any taxi ride is 30.00 (tabulated price). Anyway, you would stay here for hours reporting every detail. I will definitely return with my family to enjoy this cute house again. We had a lovely stay in the rain season with Vanessa. It was very quiet for this town and was a little oasis with a private zoo ;-)

We had an amazing experience! The house is perfect, the whole group loved it, and the condominium is wonderful and well located. In addition, Rúbia was super friendly and helpful, always responding quickly and answering all our questions. We will definitely come back!

The house is amazing and very cozy. Everything I'd expected. It has lots of space, it was clean, full of trees, it was great for children and grown-ups. The location is perfect, the house itself is very private and, at the same time, is located at the heart of Pipa. Also, Cecilia and William were very helpful and easy-going, always answering all of my questions and being supportive. Just one thing that could be improved: if the house had an external horizontal freezer. As we had lots of meat, fish and beverages, the refrigerator was not enough, so we had to rely on coolers and had to keep buying ice. But I couldn't recommend the place more, me and my family loved it. I hope I can come back sometime.

I really liked the house, the location and especially the service from Kaliane and Múcia. We will definitely be back to enjoy this amazing place.

Great location, I already knew the region, it's close to everything. Next to the beach, restaurants, snack bars, you do practically everything on foot, within a radius of 1 km you have it all!! About Flat: spacious apt, powerful shower. Pool leisure area very good!! You can see a good part of the beach. In the building itself is possible to have coffee and lunch, there is an option right in front of the condominium.

For those who have access to the village of Pipa without needing to use a car, all accessible by pe, excellent hotel structure, with very good breakfast, with a fair price even for those who are not using the hotel.

We arrived in the house , made the confirmation at the entrance and received identification bracelets. There was parking (uncovered) but with plenty of space the house was clean and tidy . Wi fi works well , great pillows and beds , bathrooms shower with high pressure. Overall the experience was very good, there were mosquitoes, but in the house we then lit the citronella candles available and it improved a lot. Air conditioning in all rooms works well and quiet.

The house is excellent, spacious, well cared for, exceeded expectations. Anthony, a great host, welcomed us very well. I intend to rebook the house again.

Comfort in the rooms: Comfortable beds, dark and air-conditioned rooms. Negative Aspects The lack of clear guidance over the closed door at night caused discomfort. Pool: It could be cleaner; cloudy water and waste have discouraged use. Overall, the stay was great, with service, comfort and cost-effectiveness as highlights. Small adjustments would make the perfect experience!
