Holiday rentals with a patio in Litoral Sul

The stay was great, it is very close to the beach of Amor and I managed to do everything on foot. The airbnb itself is perfect, it has everything you need

the flat is great, very cozy, the bed is amazing, the hydro works great, everything went well. The only problems we had were with a leak that occurred because of the rain on the day and with the large amount of insects (because of the locality having a nearby forest), but it was also great. If you don't have this bug problem, the place is amazing! it would go again, for sure.

Wonderful condominium with excellent pools. Lots of privacy and security in a huge area. Super well located just a few minutes away from downtown and the beaches. The apartment is very comfortable and practical. I highly recommend

André's place is simply perfect. Correspondia in everything in the listing. Local clean, organized, with all the amenities a flat needs. Definitely the best accommodation I've ever stayed in Pipa, perhaps the best accommodation I've ever stayed in my life. Not to mention that Andre is an excellent host, he was willing to help us with any doubts we had, and to arrange everything so that our listing would be as quiet as possible.

I loved it all, great host! The house is according to the ad, all equipped and organized, wonderful swimming pool in the condominium. And best of all is the location, close to the center where there are several restaurants, close to the supermarket, cafes, beach, access to everything in a practical way. Conômino silent and accepts pets!!!

Great location, close to the beach and close to the center. We did everything on foot. The only question is that due to the proximity of the center, it has music until dawn. Even so, I recommend it.

Pipa is too amazing! Ricardo's house is close to the beach of love, the centrinho and the chapadão. We didn't take the car once, we did everything on foot. Since we already knew pipa, we stayed in the region that we liked the most. The condominium is great, we feel super safe.

Great place, follow the instructions to get there, I ended up getting lost by not following. The palace of the arts is a gate painting, watch out for that. Marília was great at the reception, and gave great tips, remembering that it is close to Bay of the Dolphins, and the closest tourist proximity is clearly the chapadão, being the closest place. Pipa is a quiet place, the apartment is clean, has air conditioning, great for couples, with a great bathroom. That said, the place is great, Pipa is quiet, there were no difficulties so much in safety, comfort, access to the beaches or choice of restaurants, and the place that Marília offers is perfect. Whoever has a projector to complete the night is great, and the only need is toiletries (soap, shampoo, brush and paste), the rest is offered.

Great stay, attentive host and wonderful accommodation. I recommend it.

Beautiful location within a super safe condominium, stylish and cozy interior of the house, maintains a half-light proposal in the house creating a beautiful environment but I would prefer more natural light to enter during the day. The pool and outdoor area, such as the barbecue, are really nice, they were both relaxing. Good, clean rooms, good and comfortable beds. The location is good, but going to the beach with children without a car is a little more complicated, but that's a problem with PIPA and not the house in particular. Overall, it was a great stay, I would definitely come back

Everything was perfect!

Great stay! The house is cozy, well-equipped, exactly as shown in the photos. Air-conditioned rooms and a swimming pool with a barbecue area, perfect for a post-beach in this heat. The main center of Pipa is a 15-minute walk away, and there are restaurants and bars along the way. Praia do Amor is 10 minutes away. Everything is accessible, bakery/markets/convenience stores 5 minutes away. Renato is super good, accessible and helpful. Pipa is always wonderful, and I highly recommend this accommodation!

Missinho is a great host! Approachable, always available and genuinely interested in providing a good experience to me and my family. The house is spacious and the condominium is safe and ample. Although the house is located only 15 min walking to the city centre, due to the hot weather (31 degrees almost everyday) we ended up using taxi everyday to get to any location in Pipa.

The house has a style that resembles a chalet, simple and humble, but it has perfectly met our expectations. Although there is no garage, it is possible to park right in front of the house, in a quiet and no-go street. As tourists, we found it curious at first, but soon we realized that the place is safe and nobody touches anything. Pleasant space with a gourmet area and a small pool, ideal for relaxing. There are three cottages in the style of chalet on the same ground, but even with other people staying, it was all very quiet and quiet. For the amount we paid, we think it was very worth it and we indicated the hosting! The location is a little away from the center of Pipa to go on foot, but by car takes less than 5min. Finally, the host was extremely polite and helpful, helped us a lot during the stay. We recommend it!

We loved the apartment! We made a quick pass through Pipa on the way back from the holiday and Isabela's affection by leaving a ‘Feliz 4 years’ (we were celebrating dating anniversary) for us, warmed our hearts. We would definitely return

The stay at Stela's place was very comfortable. The photos and description are just as they are. Stela was always quick to respond. The place is very comfortable. It has plenty of cooking utensils. Lavarropas. You don't need anything to enjoy a beautiful and peaceful stay. I recommend it 100%. The condominium is very beautiful too and the location is very good as it is a 10 minute walk from the center and the beaches you can walk. Everything was perfect!!

Easy check-in, the host answered all my questions, gave me very useful and well-explained information (including videos on how to get there). The apartment where we stayed is beautiful, inside an extremely beautiful condominium, well wooded and with a sensational swimming pool. Great location, you can enjoy all the excitement of downtown Pipa (which is 900m away) and still relax with all comfort and tranquility. There were 7 of us and the house accommodated us very comfortably. I recommend the experience!

The accommodation of Iasmin is very nice! The space is very nice, comfortable beds and pillows, air conditioning working well, balcony very beautiful and full of plants that give good ambiance and privacy. It is a few minutes walking from Praia do Amor and the best bar in the city (Taipa). The internet was good, both for work and for watching streaming (and there's a huge smart TV there). The presentation of the beds and the set of towels and soaps was also very beautiful. The hostess was also always very kind and ready to help us with our questions.
