The space is beautiful, the interior is tastefully decorated, the outside with its pool is great, located close to everything.

Spectacular stay, immersed in the Gallura countryside, in the garden of the house tall oak trees, shady, and a beautiful swimming pool to cool off in the absence of a nearby beach. We had the very pleasant company of two kittens, polite and affectionate, and as night fell, a curious but discreet land hedgehog visited us. Very fresh house inside, a pleasant surprise for the summer that is beginning. Unexpected comfort in a country house: the dishwasher! It saved us from tedious post-dinner chores. Comfortable beds, a large bathroom with a washing machine, and a spacious and bright dining room. And surprise... free wifi! We thank Antonio for the pleasant weekend and we will be back!

The room had all the amenities mentioned in the ad. They let us out an hour later than requested! It was the space we needed!

We loved Villa Ivy and how easy it was to check in. Antonella was waiting to welcome us on arrival, sharing ideas for best beaches and restaurants. We enjoyed walking to the nearest beach and walking into Palau for dinner and the ferry across to the island - well worth a trip. The supermarket is also really close.

Perfect location, we had a great stay , sunset view from the apartment is breathtaking, so many beautiful bars and restaurants near the place , cute swimming pool , authentic place , Claudio and his family are very friendly and welcoming ♥️ they recommended us the best beaches and nice villages. Dario's home is amazing and he's a fantastic host. The space was clean, well-equipped, and larger than expected. And Dario even helped us with recommendations and reservations. The pool is wonderful and heating it is worth the the extra fees. We hope to return to beautiful Sardinia and stay in this remote and very special place again some day.

Giovanna and Alessio were very available. The house is rustic and rather dark but the outside catches up to it☺️. The view is crazy. As soon as we had a problem or a question the answer arrived instantly. Alessio picked us up from the port (useful because without it we would have had a hard time finding the house). We would recommend this house in a remote area but quick access to the port anyway (car required)

Marta and Andrea were lovely warm and welcoming hosts. We loved meeting them and were treated to some amazing home cooked Italian meals, joining in with the family and we were made to feel right at home. They were very amusing hosts with some awesome stories and we had a wonderful time. The place is absolutely magical and has a ton of character. We can't wait to return to visit them again! Bungalow furnished with love, including a beautiful front garden to relax in. It had everything you need for a beach vacation (we could also use beach towels and a parasol for free). Ideal with children, as the playground is right next to the bungalow. Ideal starting point for beautiful beaches and excursions (many also within walking distance). We will be happy to come back.

Enrico was a lovely host. He said to always ask him for beach recommendations so he could recommend something based on the direction of the wind and he never missed! He was also very helpful with any other sort of local recommendations for restaurants or other things to do, and unerringly friendly. He lives above the guest house, but it's very private. The location is absolutely stunning, the pool is even better than the picture, the garden is absolutely teeming with life. We were there in May, so it was full of flowers, butterflies, dragonflies, and frogs in the pool. We were also visited daily by the two dogs who live on the property. We had a wonderful time. An incredibly beautiful jewel just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating hostess. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small attentions complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We visited in low season so the whole area was really quiet, Giorgio and Elizabetta were great to communicate with for the few times we needed to chat as the house was perfect. We were met and given a lovely tour on checkin when Elizabetta explained everything, the apartment is very clean and we would certainly be back! The terrace is bigger than it looks in the pictures, enjoying sun late into the evening! Our dog loved it too as and the whole terrace is secure. Thanks again for the lovely holiday!

We had a wonderful two-week stay at Annagiulia’s apartment. From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded expectations. The apartment is spacious, spotless, and beautifully decorated. It’s very well equipped — from dish soap and detergent to coffee capsules, playing cards, chess, and a great book collection. We were greeted with delicious Sardinian sweets, and check-in/out was seamless, thanks to the detailed instructions.
Annagiulia was a fantastic host — helpful, responsive, and full of great recommendations for restaurants and beaches. Halfway through our stay, the apartment was cleaned and we received fresh sheets and towels, which was a lovely touch.
The location is perfect: a short drive to stunning beaches, shops, and great restaurants. There’s even a nice pool just steps away. One of our favorite features was the terrace — with breathtaking views. We spent many peaceful days relaxing in the garden.
We couldn’t have asked for a better stay and would love to return!

Frederica was very friendly and helpful during the stay. The space was very nice and had all the necessary conditions. It would only add a little more dish in case it was necessary to have a meal.

Our stay at the flat was amazing. We booked just a few days before arrival, but everything went smoothly. The hosts were proactive and easy to communicate with. The place itself was stunning — with a breathtaking view and two beautiful beaches just a short walk away. We couldn’t have asked for a better spot to relax and enjoy the area. Highly recommended!

Fiorella is a great and super friendly and warm hostess. Even though she didn't speak English, you could communicate with her well. At check-in, her friend Laura greeted us, who speaks great English and also gave us great recommendations in the area. The location of the apartment is really great and right on the beach. A parking space is available right outside the front door. There is a supermarket nearby. What could possibly be modernized is the bed frame and the mattress. The freezer compartment door had to be replaced because the handle was broken. The shower hose should also be checked, as water splashes out of the wall there. Otherwise, everything was great and we had everything we needed for a nice stay. Thank you Fiorella for the wonderful time we had with you. We will be happy to come back.

Quiet and pleasant cottage, in the heart of nature. The garden around is perfectly set up to make the most of the magnificent views of the surrounding mountains and unforgettable sunsets. The interior is simple but had everything you needed to live and cook for several days. The bathroom is a little far from the cottage but very accessible and with a well-lit path at night. We spent dreamy days in this magical place, thank you for your warm welcome!

Perfect location for my family consisting of me, my partner and our 2-year-old daughter. The house is very nice, new and equipped with all the comforts, in a quiet area, very well maintained, a stone's throw from the beach of Laconia (crossing the road we were on the seafront) and a few minutes' drive from a series of wonderful beaches (tanca manna, barca bruciata, le piscine). Marina and Monica were very kind, leaving us a gift on arrival and giving us cookies on departure. I hope to come back.

We absolutely loved our stay! Tranquil home set in a residential neighborhood overlooking the beautiful conca verde inlet. Short easy walk to the water for a quick dip. 5 minutes walk down the road to cafe and snack bar, plus a beachfront bar and boat rental during the high season. The house had everything we needed for a comfortable stay: cookware, beach towels, umbrella, sun chairs, and more. The rooftop and outdoor patio overlooking the water was by far our favorite part! Highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing stay in Sardinia. Host communication was prompt and helpful the entire time.

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts.
