We absolutely loved staying at Alessandra’s place during our time in Sardinia. She was a wonderful and proactive host. In particular, her local recommendations were amazing - we enjoyed some of the best meals of our life! The location is hard to beat and we also loved relaxing on the terrace enjoying the sun. We would 100% stay here again.

The accommodation was exactly as described – super clean, modern and excellently equipped. Michela was very friendly and always responded quickly to messages. Overall, a great stay – highly recommended!

An incredibly beautiful jewel just outside. The decor was tasteful and of high quality. Ghislaine is a very warm and accommodating hostess. Despite the language barrier, we were able to coordinate well via the translation app. The outdoor area, the garden and the pool are fantastically beautiful. Ghislaine's small attentions complete the picture perfectly. We will be happy to come back!

We are already here for the 2nd time immediately felt at home. Everything is decorated with a lot of love, so you can also spend a nice time indoors. The beach is just under the window of the property, very idyllic and quiet. The small town of Palau is within walking distance and also the island of Maddalena is easily accessible from there by ferry and worth a visit! We have already booked for next year:-)

An absolute feel-good place - thanks to Valentina and Wolfgang! The two are incredibly warm and attentive. You feel welcome from the first moment. The apartment is spacious, super clean and well equipped. The lovingly designed outdoor area with pool, cozy loungers, Weber grill and herb garden was a highlight – we were allowed to help ourselves at any time. The many great tips from the two were particularly valuable - hidden beaches, beautiful restaurants and real insider tips that made our holiday special. You can see in every detail how much love they put into designing this place. We felt completely comfortable! Thank you for everything!!

Lovely apartment with everything you need for a comfortable stay in Sardinia. We went at end of September 2024. Chose not to rent a car and walked everyday to explore Porto Cervo, Porto Qualtu, Capo Ferro and Baja Sardinia. This is out of season and many bars were already closed or closed by Sept 30th. The supermarkets in Porto Cervo also closed but we could walk 40 mins to a large shop in Baja Sardinia quite easily. Fortunately plenty of amazing restaurants stay open until 1 or 2 weeks into October and we never needed to book in advance. It’s a lovely 5 - 45 minute walk to 8 different restaurants. The flat is in a beautiful area with great views, peaceful community, a convenient pretty shared pool, and great beach a short walk away. There is a new hotel being built nearby which will easily continue into early 2025. The flat is well sound proofed so you don’t really notice it (but they do start promptly at 7am). Loved our stay in Sardinia, great villa especially after booking fairly last minute. Host was great, sent loads of good recommendations. Location is quite remote with not loads around so would recommend a car.

We really liked the apartment, the bed is very comfortable and the apartment is impeccable, the view is impressive and it's really worth it. It has all the amenities you need, including a parasol to go to the beach, something that saved us. 🫶🏻 The information they gave us was very good. There were not many stairs, which is appreciated in Italy after so much walking with a suitcase, and parking next to the entrance, which is very safe. It is close to the port, which is perfect for tours, close to the center and 4 minutes from the supermarket by car. We really had a very nice and pleasant stay. I'd come back anyway.

Had a brilliant stay! The place was modern, clean and fully equipped with everything you would need. It was right next to a small beach and a few others within walking distance. The main town and nightlife were about 20 mins away by walking, but didn’t feel long due to the beautiful surroundings. Would definitely come back!

The place was clean, quiet, peaceful. It’s a bit difficult to find. The road that leads to the apartment is very bumpy, and you’re not sure if you’re on the right road. But it’s a wonderful place.Andrea and Anna are wonderful hosts. They answered my text timely and always to the point, thank you Highly recommended to anyone who’s looking forward peace, quiet and relaxations. We’re enjoyed very much ❤️❤️

We had a great stay at Marco's place, Poltu Quatu is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect base for exploring all the gorgeous beaches in the area. The flat looked even better than on the pictures, the only thing we would note, which others have pointed out as well, was the small shower but we didn't mind it. It was super convenient to have great restaurants on our doorstep. Communication with Marco was excellent and we appreciated that he allowed us to have an early check in when Easyjet changed our flight time. Finding free parking would probably be a bit tricky in high season but we managed to find a spot everyday. Overall, highly recommended!

We had a great time in this great apartment. The view is fantastic. This cannot reflect pictures. Absolute panoramic view. Beds are very comfortable, the apartment is clean and nicely decorated. Right in front of the house it is possible to make great excursions with the boats or rent one yourself. We did both. Simply gorgeous. To the city no 10 Minutes walk. The recommendation to go to zi anto was mega! Views and food amazing! The small beach there is also pretty. We will definitely be back! Are enthusiastic about La Maddalena and the beautiful apartment. We stayed there for four nights. Could have stayed longer!

We stayed at Andrea's for 9 nights. What to say. It is perfect as you wish. Very easy communication, we were able to check in much earlier, as we had already landed at 8:00 am and it is only 13 minutes from the airport. Everything is as described, very clean and well prepared. You can reach very beautiful beaches within 15-30 minutes. Everything else you need is in the immediate vicinity. We felt at home from day one. Simply perfect. We will be happy to come back and can only recommend it. Thank you for everything.

We really liked the apartment, very central and with everything available. It allowed us to enjoy the village of Maddalena to the fullest. The air conditioning system worked very well (very important). The complete and essential decor, pots and dishes in abundance, spacious and functionally furnished bedrooms. The terrace is very large with partial views of the port (but which for us was not important) with a large table and chairs to eat outdoors. It overlooks a street with moderate traffic. There is no parking but we were able to use the free public parking almost always, with a walk back through the country always very pleasant. Alternatively, paid parking for 1 euro per hour. Communication with the owners was great and fast, we received all the answers to our questions of ordinary administration. I also recommend sailing trips!

Nice place fully stocked with amenities for a comfortable stay with responsive helpful host in a nice walkable location in Palau.

Quiet location, yet within walking distance of beautiful beaches, the harbor and various restaurants. lovely terrace where you can sit privately with beautiful flowers and a large living room. In the living room, there is also a folding bed that is in good condition. Furthermore, a large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen. There is always a parking space available. There is a Despar within walking distance, less than 10 minutes' walk. highly recommended!

We arrived a little late around 10pm, Patrizia and her husband were very welcoming, they even offered to take us to a restaurant because we hadn't eaten really nice of them. The apartment was very clean, nothing to say. I recommend it.

Third time in Sardinia and this was our favorite stay yet! An oasis

It's been a wonderful place. Everything has been thought of to make the stay nice and enjoyable. It's the little things that count.

The host was super helpful throughout the stay giving advice on what to visit and how to get around. The house is very nice and well-kept and with everything you need for your vacation. The town is not on the sea but you can easily reach it with a 10-minute drive, it is also in a location that makes it easy to visit different cities by moving a little. In general, highly recommended as accommodation if you want to take a vacation in these areas
