The newly built wooden house is decorated in a modern style and has a pleasant atmosphere. Big windows allow the sun rays inside, which creates cozy warm feelings. Guests are welcome to use the spacious garden, terrace with grill and free parking space in front of the house. The great location allows easy access to Aquapark Tatralandia (1km) and the city centre of Liptovsky Mikulas. Various activities like skiing, hiking and cycling can be enjoyed in the surroundings.

Kitchen equipment includes an electric double plate, a microwave, a fridge, a fast kettle, and a set of kitchen dining utensils. The apartment has a terrace and guests have a barbecue.
