Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

My place is good for couples, families (with kids), big groups, and furry friends (pets) and it's only 500m from the lake Lipno and 250m from the nearest ski-lift @ Lipno ski-areal.

The house has two apartments and this one is located on the first floor, it consists of a large living-dining room with terrace, lake view, kitchen, 3 bedrooms, bathroom and separate toilet.
