Das geräumige Ferienhaus (200m², 3 Doppelzimmern, 3 Terrassen) ist umrahmt von Wald und Wiesen und liegt 1,5 km von Ortszentrum Gmunden entfernt. Von allen Räumen genießt man den weiten Blick auf den See und das umliegende Bergpanorama. Direkt vom Haus können Spaziergänge, Wanderungen und Radtouren unternommen werden. Außerdem gibt es unten am See einen kostenlosen Badeplatz mit Tischtennis, Volleyball, Paddelbooten usw (12 Min Fußweg, 1 Min mit Auto). Wir haben Fußbodenheizung bzw -kühlung.

We offer accommodation in villas right on the shore of Lake Lipno. The houses are above standard equipped, each with 3 bedrooms with a total of 6 beds, 2 bathrooms with toilet, a large living room with a fully equipped kitchenette, sofa, fireplace and veranda with barbecue and outdoor furniture. The houses have underfloor heating, 3 TVs, fridge, over coffee maker. Our guests also have a free Jackson fishing kayak and an original Finnish outdoor sauna. We look forward to seeing you.
