House Lilo is a traditional stone house in a remote and quiet location, ideal for artists, nature lovers and drop-outs. Two bedrooms on first floor, and a walk-though room which can be used as an office. Heating and warm water provided through a kitchen stove, as well as additional heating through a traditional tile stove. Rooms on the first floor are heated through radiators. Built in kitchen, living and dining room on the ground floor. The attached "Stadl" (barn) contains the firewood.

Great apartment with big terrace

Very nice 1 room apartment in the center of Linz with large terrace with 2 sun loungers, 2 seating furniture + table. Although we are right in the center here, it is amazingly quiet and peaceful. With double bed + folding couch. The two beds are separated with a wall, yet in the same room. Small kitchen that has everything you need. Shower, WC and washing machine high quality! Owner lives in the same building and is always responsive and helpful. Welcome to Linz 🤗

The apartment offers an unforgettable, breathtaking vacation on Lake Traun & in the Salzkammergut area. The fully equipped apartment is located 2 km from Lake Traun in the quietest location on the edge of the forest. In the area, activities such as hiking, swimming, golf, mini golf, cycling tours and much more are possible. Winter activities such as skiing on the Feuerkogel, on the Katrin and also in the Dachstein West region.

Nice log cabin in the middle of nature. Attached is a small playground and campfire area. Full kitchen and large lounge/dining room. Not far from the stream (~ 4 km) for cozy bathing hours. There are many alpine pastures and cycling routes in the surrounding area. There is currently no shower available.
