Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Linz

The three of us with our dog stayed at Michal's house for 3 days and had a great time. The house was clean, modern and in a very good location. We especially liked the beautiful lake nearby, ideal for walks or just to relax. Communication with the host went smoothly. We would book the house again at any time and recommend it.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sabine's place. The house is even more beautiful than in the photos - it is very tasteful and lovingly decorated - we would move in here immediately. It offers a lot of space (there are four of us) and we didn't miss anything. We had breakfast - in the sunshine - in the garden. The house is very quietly located, which we particularly enjoyed. It was very clean! Sabine was flexible with check-in and the communication was great. We got a lot of tips and were very sorry we were only there for a weekend. However, we will be happy to come back :-)

We loved staying at Helmut’s apartment. The space is large, it was quiet, a great environment for walking, yet close by (with a car) to Ottensheim for large supermarkets and a delightful town. Helmut and Daniela were genuinely nice people, who welcomed us from the moment we arrived. My husband and I look forward to returning to Gramastetten, and we recommend Helmut’s apartment to anyone staying in the area.

We have been here for the second time and everything was perfect again. You feel at home, everything you need is there and the view of the garden is beautiful.

Excellent stay at Christina's place. She's very welcoming, picked me up, gave me a tour of the studio. The space is very well used, as all necessities are cleverly packed. Very clean, quiet at night with the windows shut despite being in a busy neighborhood with lots of amenities. I recommend staying at Christina's place in Linz.

Andy is an extremely friendly and helpful host. The room is functionally furnished and has a small kitchen as well as a Nespresso machine with capsules. The bed was very comfortable – I slept superbly. Only small downside: The bathroom is outside the room.

Everything was great again, like the previous times I spent in the accommodation. Always happy to come back.

I highly recommend Philipp and Petra’s apartment. They were extremely helpful and warm hosts. They even helped me with my laundry . It felt like home away from home. The apartment has everything from slippers umbrellas to a variety of teas! I can just go on and on. I highly recommend their place and thank you so much for hosting us.

We had a wonderful time and felt very comfortable in Susanne's beautiful apartment. The accommodation is very nicely furnished and nothing was missing. The view from the balcony and the bedroom is fantastic. Susanne welcomed us in a very friendly and warm way. We highly recommend the accommodation and will definitely come back again.

We stayed for 2 nights with our children in the apartment. The apartment is very clean and well thought out. From high chair, children's dishes, fall-out protection to baking salads, salt pepper oil coffee capsules flour, etc. The host is very friendly and accommodating. We have nothing negative to say. We would come back again and again

We stayed for one night, the place met our expectations, everything as described, the apartment in the attic, but quite spacious (except for the bathtub placed under a large roof slope, which the host informs in the advertisement, the apartment is quite high and comfortable). Clean and tidy, there are even flowers in the apartment 🙂 Great contact with the host, he always responds quickly to messages, and he also shared his parking space with us in the morning. The location is quite pleasant, outside the city center, but you have to climb a little uphill 🙂

We spent a wonderful weekend in this beautiful, spacious and comfortable apartment in the heart of the old town, right by the river. Astrid and Bernd are not just perfect hosts, but lovely people-when we left, there were traffic restrictions due to the city celebration and they helped us get to the train station, so we are especially grateful for that!! We had an amazing stay at Nora & Peter's property recently. The apartment looks even better than the photos and the view is absolutely breathtaking. We have enjoyed our tea in the balcony watching beautiful sunsets. The apartment is very well equipped and very thoughtful designed by the hosts. Everything is exceptionally clean . The kitchen was also very well stocked which was helpful for us to make meals occasionally. We also were in love with this town, loved to walk by the lake. Its so peaceful. In the summers, this lake is filled with water activities, swimming etc. There is a small convenient store 2 min down the road. Nora and Peter were constantly in touch with us and were very helpful from the start to the end. This is one of the best properties we have lived in and Nora & Peter are absolutely the best hosts which made our stay so memorable. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

It was a very enjoyable stay. The flat was clean, well maintained and perfectly equipped (as if I was at home, not in a hotel/accommodation). The place itself is wonderfully quiet. You can just hear the crickets, the birds, the sound of the wind. Perfect to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. There are several interesting attractions in the area for those who like to be active. Definitely recommended!

I felt at home. The apartment is very nicely decorated and is very cozy. Franziska always responded quickly and even helped me with the food. I would give 10 stars too! I stayed there for 2 nights and it was really very nice.

I had an amazing stay at Isabella’s place. The location was great, close to the beautiful park, shops, train station, cathedral and the old town. The apartment itself is like it was described, spacious and sunny. The bed was pretty soft, but this is the way how I like, it so I had the most amazing sleep there! It’s also rather quiet inside despite the location. The apartment is extremely good equipped especially the kitchen, you will find here everything you need. Oh and the views are nice too :) Isabella is a very communicative and responsive host, carrying for her guests. She left some welcoming notes for me at the apartment - that is always appreciated. I recommend!
