Family house completely renovated on 2 levels. Beautiful spaces on more than 1000 m² of land to accommodate up to 12 people without being cramped. The house has a large living room with open kitchen, 6 bedrooms, 2 shower room. Pétanque court and ping pong table. In a quiet subdivision and close to shops ( Leclerc, bakery, pizzeria). Only 10 km from the beach and 8 km from Lake Léon. Designed and equipped for a comfortable stay.
