We stayed in Oak Cottage at Elms Farm Cottages and couldn’t have been happier with our choice. Carol was a fantastic host - very communicative, flexible and helpful and the cottage was perfect - very comfortable and with excellent amenities - all the small things taken care of. We would highly recommend staying here and would love to come back one day.

We had a fantastic weekend at this beautiful house! The entire place was spotlessly clean and really well maintained. The peaceful surroundings made it the perfect escape from the city, and we especially loved spending time in the stunning glass room — it was such a relaxing spot with great views. The hot tub was a definite highlight and added a touch of luxury to our stay. Everything was exactly as described, if not better. Highly recommend!

A fantastic stay at the Saddle House. We had everything we needed plus more! Just what we wanted, peaceful, quiet and time away from home. Luxury hot-tub with a spacious garden for the dog and children to burn energy. Saddle house has so much to offer, we didn't leave the cottage. There Is garden games, board games, books, dvds. We had some well needed family time. We will be back!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. Super helpful and friendly host. Great hot tub with privacy, accommodation had everything needed for a great stay. Would highly recommend and happily stay again. Thanks Fen Farm

Beautiful house in stunning surroundings. very quiet and peaceful. We walked to Annabelles Cafe which was about a 25/30minute rural walk and very much worth it when we got there, great food and drinks in the sunshine were had! The house had everything we needed and was very clean. We paid a little extra for a later checkout and were glad we did so that we could enjoy breakfast once more in this gorgeous place. The hot tub was a great added extra and we made great use of it while we were there.

We were looking for a private quiet relaxing weekend and across the hidden gem that ticked all the boxes.Jayne and Stuart were really welcoming and on hand if we needed anything.Highly recommend the dairy barn was immaculate and the hot tub was amazing not to mention the Inn on the green which was located at the bottom of the drive.If you are looking for a quiet getaway then this place comes 100% recommended with first class hosts Darren and Hazel from Sheffield.

A group of us had a wonderful stay at the house. Abi the host was always quick to respond and super helpful. The accommodation was beautiful and peaceful with lots of space for everyone to relax for the weekend.

This was our second year staying at the cottage. Like last time it was a wonderful holiday and we were sad to go. That Cottage feels like a second home to all of us. And we will be coming again next year. The property is beautiful and cosy. The surrounding area makes you feel so relaxed within nature. In the mornings we were able to see a barn owl on the garden fence. If you want somewhere to relax and unwind in the country I cannot recommend The Cottage enough.

We stayed at Maxine’s place for six days due to work, and it truly felt like home. Our dog Domi also loved it and felt completely safe and at ease. The house absolutely exceeded our expectations, it’s so well-stocked that we didn’t even need to go grocery for the first few days! There are plenty of restaurants, supermarkets, and parks within walking distance, and parking was super convenient. Maxine also recommended an amazing Thai restaurant — unfortunately, we couldn’t get a table because we didn’t book in advance, but that just gives us another reason to come back! Highly recommend to everyone :)

Absolutely perfect for us whilst we worked nearby at Belvoir Castle. Being from quiet Cornwall, we were worried about it's proximity to the A46. But we heard nothing. So peaceful. Very well equipped with all sorts of utensils and cookware. 10 minute drive to Bingham with Aldi, Lidl and Little Waitrose. Comfy and warm, so glad we chose to stay here!

We had a lovely time staying on the boat. Sharon was really helpful from start to finish. Everything was set up for our stay and we had a great time. This trip was myself, my brother, and my Dad, so two of us used the bedrooms and one of us slept on the sofa bed in the living room. There were ample blankets, cushions, and pillows for all three beds. The amount of space on the boat was great for us. I think three single people was the right amount for the boat, or four people if they were both couples. We entertained ourselves with food and drink on the picnic bench above the deck, and watching TV below deck. There was a strong WiFi signal and the streaming services on TV worked fine. Being on the Trent meant it was easy to go for a walk. We must have covered 8 miles on Saturday, along the River and into a couple of villages. All in all, we had a great time and would love to stay again on the future.

Wonderful caravan, felt very large more like a chalet! Beautifully clean and with everything you need! Lovely to have children's toys and DVDs, my 2yr old & 1yr old were very happy here, loved exploring the gardens and finding the chickens. Gutted we didnt get round to trying the bread & eggs! Next time! Will definitely book again. Was a lovely stay and Claire is a great host & really down to earth & easy to talk to! Thanks for a great last minute stay close to the beach x

A great quirky cottage in a lovely small village local to the tourist attractions in the area. It's a shame the pub is no longer trading but there is a great Italian eatery in the village with a garden outdoor bar, leading down to the river; super when the sun shines!

Everything about our stay was perfect. Communication with Paula was brilliant and we really appreciated her message asking how we were getting on during our stay. Everything we could have needed was provided. The cottage was so clean and comfortable and the outside area was beautiful. The location was lovely with great cycling routes nearby and we visited Mablethorpe Beach which was a short drive away. I cannot fault anything and would highly recommend staying here. We had a wonderful time and we will absolutely be visiting again!

A charming, comfortable gypsy caravan in a beautiful campground with a lovely ambience. Lots of lovely places to visit in the area. Everyone was very friendly and we enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this caravan and the little oaks campground as a whole.

We had a wonderful week away at Tattershall in 1 of Nigel’s lovely 3 bed caravans. The van was clean and Hot Tub was ready to go! We had daily air shows from the RAF which was amazing! Although we didn’t purchase the additional Entertainment Pass, Nigel was amazing at sharing some local attractions & we had a fantastic time. The weather was stunning, the caravan was lovely, park was wonderful & Nigel was very helpful & informative- Thank you Nigel.

Bedrooms were fairly spacious with the two doubles having nice views too. Bathroom was lovely but didn’t have a lock on the door. Kitchen was easy to use but could do with a little more kitting out. Television isn’t smart and there is no wifi so would recommend taking a console. The pool outside is nice and clean, some beach chairs and inflatables to enjoy. There are also nice picnic tables outside to have a meal at. The place is adjoining to another apartment so it is a bit more lacking in privacy than expected. The host Marii is absolutely lovely, she was very welcoming and helpful, and went above and beyond.

We had a wonderful time even though weather wasnt great Lodge was perfect everything you need perfect location on site will definitely be booking again

Was lovely and clean although odd bits like under beds and walls had a few marks but nothing that would put me off staying there again. Really comfy and clean beds I have a 2 year old and she usually wakes up in the night to get in my bed but while we stayed here she stayed in her own room all night as I think the bed was comfier than hers at home 🤣 brilliant location as really quite but abit of a walk for little ones, and the hot tub was really clean and brilliant touch!

Excellent host and a quite lovely stay at Helen's place. It looks even better in real life than it does on the pictures! It's really homely and modern. Everything was just top notch from the view on the patio to the hot tub. This is my 3rd time visiting Tattershall Lakes and this is my favourite accommodation I’ve stayed in. Dominos delivered straight to the front door too, so that was a very nice treat Thanks again ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Really beautiful lodge and extremely spacious. We shared as three couples and for the price was excellent value. Host was responsive and answered all our questions. The only downside was check-in wasn’t until 4pm it had been cleaned as the cleaners were leaving as we arrive just after 12 noon, but we had to leave everything in the car as we had a function to go to so didn’t unpack till we came home later on that evening.
