Joe and Fiona were very friendly. The place was warm and cosy and nicely furnished. Super veranda to sit out, with lovely views. Excellent WiFi. We felt very welcome. Thank you for a great visit.

Spotlessly clean, very comfortable & spacious accommodation. Friendly host. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Mine was just a flying visit so cannot comment on all the amenities but would happily return and recommend to others.

Wonderful stay! The apartment was clean and comfortable, with excellent public transport connections nearby. The host was very responsive and quickly resolved issues that came up.

Stay was worth the price but would've been good to have check in instructions before check in time as had to message support to get a response

Studio was clean and spacious and quiet, with everything needed re kitchen equipment, hairdryer, etc. Easy to access via locksafe at the front door. Andy and Juvy communicated well with instructions by message/email. The studio was 15 mins walk from the train station and 10 mins walk from my conference venue, so very convenient. And Tesco Express a few doors down for essentials.

Our first time to Skegness has to be one of the most memorable stays in England so far our accommodation had a feel like we are at home it was spotless clean ,we loved the layout ,the contemporary furniture & the way the accommodation was dressed felt very warm. Our night stay was very comfortable the beds very comfortable & being in the city centre it was nice & quiet in the evening. Our host Michelle communicated very well with all the instructions running up to our stay. Loved the welcome touch on the door & the little treats. I would highly recommend The Duke Suite at The Rooftops. For another future stay. Many thanks Raj.

Couldn't recommend this more, it was exactly what we were hoping for! The whole place was tastefully appointed, spotless, organised and spacious - and with a lovely view of the city to boot. I've never used the keyless entry method utilised here before, but it was seamless and quite impressive! Big recommend for anyone looking for a stay in the city.

This is a wonderful apartment, cosy and warm with great facilities and a delightful location overlooking the village green (above a boutique clothes shop). We were met in person by our host who showed us to the dedicated parking space at the back of the building. Thoroughly recommended!

The furniture, especially the bed is all very comfortable and the bathrooms and kitchen are top notch. I never experienced too many pillows or towels in an Airbnb until now! You are a responsive and friendly host. Your location was perfect for our weekend at the National Water Sports Centre and would be even better for visiting sports (football / cricket) fans. It is a short bus/taxi ride into town which is helpful as although there is an excellent supermarket very close by, there are no walkable restaurant options. We really had a lovely time and would definitely recommend this property for a quiet weekend away or any visiting sports enthusiasts. Thank you Naomi

What an absolute gem this little place was. We had been travelling for a few hours and Margaret Anne’s place was a stop over for the evening. It was exact what we needed! The place was absolutely gorgeous in every way. Beautiful decor, high end finishes, comfy bed and so many thoughtful touches. There was a little kitchen corner with milk, water, snacks and breakfast cereals. A lot of work and effort has gone into making this a really special place. Also, the bath was probably the best bath I have ever had! It was huge and such a relaxing experience. Absolutely loved staying here and would thoroughly recommend to anyone. I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb, it was clean, comfortable, and perfectly located right in the city centre. It was a joy to come back to such a welcoming and well-kept space each day. The host’s communication was brilliant throughout, making everything smooth and stress-free. Highly recommended!

Excellent host and excellent place to stay for my wife, one year old and I. Rebekah even made sure there was a stair gate put up before we arrived! She also offered her cot for us to use. Very warm welcome on the day. The place was pristine and just lovely. We had a really comfortable stay.

Joanne was very welcoming and made our short stay feel like we was at home. She meet all our needs and I am glad I found this place. Will definitely be coming back for quick gateway. In the future I would advise investing in a hot tub. That would have just been perfect.

The apartment is very new, clean, well equipped and perfect for anyone visiting family in the area. Very private for sharers with two bathrooms off the bedrooms. Lovely river views and very quiet for a good nights sleep. The coffee machine with lots of pods was a lovely touch. Christopher was incredibly responsive and helpful in addressing any questions quickly. Thank you for hosting us, would absolutely stay again.

It was great time .The hot tub was clean and bubbly .The whole place was warm and fun .Best place for relaxation and staycation .The host was very helpful and responsive.Though we came late she stayed there and gave a quick orientation and even made the tub for us loved it🥰

Ruth’s airbnb was a lovely stay, we went for one night, the place we stayed was very clean and tidy and we particularly enjoyed the hot tub with nice relaxing views in the garden, would definitely recommend!

Great place to stay. Lovely surroundings, friendly working farm, my kids loved seeing the piglets and feeding them. A walk into Lincoln in just over an hour, through the fields, brilliant. We had a wonderful experience, everything was WOW! From the quirky lift to the FAB art, superbly spacious bed, the coolest shower. We rented for a small gathering to celebrate my daughter’s 40th. She thought it an incredible space. Chic, very cool and comfortable. It really had everything we needed. We’re now looking for an excuse to go again! Thanks Rafaelle and team for helping to make my daughters birthday one to remember!

honestly amazing! originally staying in Nottingham as had training at the beginning of the week, but due to personal issues didn't want to stay in the area any longer than needed, wanted something quiet, peaceful and to fully relax. Had come across this little gem and I'm so glad I did! It was exactly what I needed! hidden away in the middle of nowhere, to fully unwind and detach from work and life. Was out everyday - everything is within an easy drive, but coming back every evening was a blessing. I love how there are no TV's! Sitting outside throughout the evening and nights is beautiful 💚🌳 AND the sheep! They are brilliant, once they see you walking to your hut they come running and barring soooo cute! Honestly if your wanting to get away and detach from stress and worries this is the place to go!! Inside is also decorated to such a high standard, and all the little touches are beautiful!

Wow! Gil and Philip have created a magical experience that went far beyond our expectations. The lit log wood burner on our arrival was very welcome, the animals very friendly and the added extra treats really excelled. We loved our stay and would highly recommend, whether with children, friends, or as a romantic break.
