House holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

Stayed at the Strand for a mid-week get together with a college room mate, and had such a wonderful time hanging out and relaxing. I had to do some virtual work appointments which was easy as there were 2 different desks to work from. The location was great, and the house was perfect! Better than we expected, so comfy and homey, and very clean! Beds were super comfortable and the neighborhood was very quiet with the ocean in the background. All of the needed information was received ahead of time as promised and communication was easy. We would definitely stay here again in a heart beat!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood, great for going on walks. Beach access was great, just be cautious - lots of stairs to get down. If you drive a larger vehicle, the parking situation could get a little tight. Overall, a fantastic place to stay.

Our stay at Matthew’s was lovely. Olivia beach is a great area and we had a great time hiking God’s thumb!

We had a great time here. Lovely home; beautifully furnished and decorated. Hot tub was lovely. Be prepared to get your steps in! Check out procedure was reasonable and easy.

We loved our stay at this cozy little place! As a parent of two small children who had stayed in a lot of Airbnbs over the years, this is the most well stocked place we have ever stayed. My kids loved it and are asking to go back already. We had a couple hiccups during check in but Brandon and his team were responsive and quickly helped us solve the problems. We would love to come stay again. Oh, and the beds are comfy. Which you can’t say for all Airbnbs. ;) IYKYK

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

This house and neighborhood are so cute. By far one of the best places on the Oregon coast. The house is exactly as described and pictured. Very well maintained. It’s rare to find a place that has beach access, a hot tub, and a community pool (seasonal). Can’t recommend it enough.

Cozy and comfortable cottage! We enjoyed our one-nighter, and wished we could have stayed longer. The bed was very comfortable, but a little difficult to get into for older folks with limited mobility.

We had the best time and are already planning our next visit!

I stayed at Cindy’s place for a last minute trip and I am so greatly it was available because it is in an excellent location. The house was very clean and had all the listed amenities. Cindy was an excellent host and accommodated my last minute request. I will definitely book again.

This place had everything we needed & more! Stainless steel cookware, bbq, & gas stove! Felt right at home but from the beach. The beds were all very comfortable. It had a space for everyone to have their own space. It was very clean! Lots of shower towels & beach towels! Sand toys with a kite that we had a blast flying at the beach! Kids books, pack n play, some toys. We’ve stayed in depo bay so many times we definitely will be back specifically for this place! A+ review!!

We had a great time at this location. Perfect ocean views out the large windows. This house had everything you could need for a coast vacation and more. Hot tub was clean and stayed at a warm temperature. Fully stocked kitchen and lots of games. One added bonus was the fact that, even though it had a ton of natural light, it did have one room that we could make incredibly dark for our newborn to take his naps in! Great for new parents on a first visit to the coast!

What a wonderful gem! Maggie’s place exceeded our expectations. Very cute and functional. Walkable to the beach. Very kid friendly with beach toys, a wagon and books. Fenced in backyard was perfect for my dogs. Made it very easy to feel right at home. Maggie was very friendly, genuine and proactive. Would highly recommend!

A perfect stay on the Oregon coast! Joni’s place is a great little classic Oregon coast home right on the beach with easy beach access! The views are 100x better than the pictures. The kitchen is well stocked and the beds were comfy. A great stay, would recommend! Thank you!

Our stay at Stay Nauti & Salty was amazing. Perfect size for my mom, sister, and I. The home was beautiful, dog friendly, and in a great location close to the beach and local amenities. I would stay here again!

We recently stayed at this stylish small home near the beach, and overall, it was a charming getaway. The design and decor were modern and thoughtfully put together, making it a cozy and aesthetically pleasing space. The location was great—just a short walk to the beach, though it is a bit of a hike with quite a few stairs, so keep that in mind if mobility is a concern. While we enjoyed our stay, there were a couple of things to note. The home was quite cold, with the gas fireplace serving as the primary heat source, which took some time to warm up the space. Additionally, there was a noticeable dampness in the air and a musty smell, which may be due to the coastal environment and season we visited. That being said, the host was communicative, and the place had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a stylish beach retreat and don’t mind the walk or the chill, this could be a great spot!

We loved our stay here, the home was incredible and the views were gorgeous. Everything was spotless and maintained well. We all felt as though we had stepped into a Nancy Meyers movie!

Thanks to Paul and his cozy cliffside home, our stay in Lincoln City was so peaceful and stress-free. Everything we needed was provided for us, and if we had any questions, Paul was quick to answer. Waking up to that view was incredible. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay. It was a very spontaneous trip (booked and arrived at location same day and late at night) and we could not feel luckier. It was the exact getaway we needed. The hosts were wonderful and flexible, nothing but good things to say. We will be back!

This was the perfect home for our family holiday. The setting is absolutely beautiful and very private. The beach was a short walk down the road and we spent lots of time on the deck looking at the ocean while enjoying the fire pit and hot tub. Jenni was very responsive to questions/requests during our stay and a wonderful host! We will definitely return.

I can’t recommend this house enough! From top to bottom, it is gorgeous, tastefully furnished, with top of the line amenities. Every room was well-stocked. In particular, the beds and pillows were heaven, and the towels felt like a luxury spa. Our family loved the stocked game room and the outside Adirondack chairs with fire pit. The view and sunset were unreal! It’s a quick drive to the stunning beaches and great restaurants and shops. But, honestly, we barely wanted to leave the house. It was pristine, comfortable, and there wasn’t one thing we were lacking. There was even a welcome set-up and charming touches from the moment we arrived. The owner was immediately responsive to any questions and was great to work with. I wish we would’ve stayed longer, and think this property is worth every penny. Thanks so much for the wonderful stay!

This is such a great house right on the beach and on a dead end so very little traffic! The house has literally everything you can think of needing from extra pull mattresses in the closet to seasoning in the cabinet. Nico was a great host, very communicative and kind, super easy to get in the house. The custom bunk bed was amazing! Such a cool design with the king bed on the bottom. I definitely recommend this place to others and will be coming back for sure! Thank you Nico and team for a wonderful stay on the beach!
