Family-friendly holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

We added 2 extra days to our stay!! The view is beautiful and the beds are comfortable. We liked the low fully enclosed balcony and how it was higher off the ground for a ground floor unit. Possibly 2 feet high. Would work nice for those with young children for safety. We kept the windows open to allow airflow with no AC and felt safe due to the patio being enclosed as well. Some of the other ground floor units are walk out patios and I would not have liked that. Jeannine gifted a bottle of wine and left some great suggestions that we appreciated. The condo has everything you need with many extras in the pantry and front closet. I was pleasantly surprised. It took a few days to spot a whale, but the included binoculars and telescope in the condo was very helpful when we finally did. Pro tip, watch for all the tour boats to gather in one area, it means something has been spotted. Great tide pooling at Fogarty beach(2 miles up the road)during low tide even without a negative low tide

Very nice place to stay. Used hot tub on upper floor, wonderful view, somewhat of a hike, if any problems with walking, but we managed even with bad knees. Would definitely stay again. Great location.

It is a wonderful place. So comfortable and fully stocked with everything you need to cook and hangout for a long weekend. We started with a group of old friends and enjoyed our time hanging out on the deck and cooking together. We drove to the beach only 20 minutes away. After they left we had a lovely time just relaxing in the hot tub, sitting outside and enjoying the beautiful weather we had. Though I must say even if it had been raining the outside porch is well covered and you could still enjoy being out there. Everyone was very pleased with the beds, super comfortable. There were plenty of linens and even outdoor towels, as well as seperate towels for the pets. (Though we did not have any with us) If I had any comment if would be, we were slightly disappointed that their was no leaf for the dining room table with eight of us and one in a wheelchair it was a tight squeeze, but we made it work! Again, not an issue, just a suggestion! All in all one of my favorite stays.

We had a fantastic stay at this beachfront home. The pics don’t do it justice. The home is comfortable with plenty of room for many people to spread out or hang together. The windows offer expansive view quiet the outdoor area can’t be beat. I wasn’t quite sure about the soaking tubs but they ended up being everyone’s fave feature! 12/10 … would stay here again!

If you’re looking for a peaceful getaway to Newport, check this place out! We were in town from Bend while working on a remodel of a local restaurant, and this place had everything we needed during our stay. The view of Yaquina Bay from the condo is awesome, and the guys even had a hot tub to relax in after work!! All-in-all, I would recommend this place to anyone. Thank you Lauri and Daniel.

Such a perfect and peaceful retreat on the Oregon coast! Northon was incredibly proactive, sending us a ton of local recommendations for hikes, restaurants, and things to do. We loved our time here!

This place has a spectacular view! Everything was clean and the kitchen was well stocked! The hottub overlooking the ocean was just what my mom needed to unwind! we absolutely loved this place and would definitely stay again!

Was very peaceful and so beautiful! The surroundings and frogs, views, everything was just so peaceful and welcoming! One of my favorites.

Our stay was problem free. The house was roomy, clean and located perfectly for a variety of day trips. The beach was beautiful and a matter of steps out the door. We ate breakfast and dinner every day in the house. The kitchen was well equipped. Nothing was lacking in any regard. Loved it, and we are thankful that we had this experience as part of our vacation.

It was great to stay at Cathi's house! Beautiful views over the ocean - and the sea fog. Very personal space, which I always look for in an Airbnb. Lot's of books, great kitchen, good shower. We used the house as a base to explore the Oregon coast, but It would be great also for a beach vacation with smaller kids. I forgot my suit and Cathi gracefully send it to me in the mail. Thank you Cathi.

the Chalet was absolutely incredible! the Dude's Abode is in the perfect location compared to the other chalets in the group, as it's at the end of the parking lot & directly facing the ocean. the host provided a huge packet of recommendations in the surrounding towns, and had everything you could ever need inside the unit! this was the perfect spot for myself & my best friend to reunite and have quality time, and the direct access to the beach was everything. can't wait to come back!!

Wonderful place near enough to the beach to walk. Super easy check in and check out. The only small inconvenience is the cover for the hot tub doesn’t have a place to sit once you take it off, making balancing it a little awkward.

This house was amazing! We really enjoyed the backyard with our dogs. The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay with family. Kitchen is huge and perfect for cooking meals together. The location is perfect and walkable to various beach access to the calm and less populated bay. We also walked to the wetlands trail with our stroller. Some parts of the trail are not stroller friendly but we made it work. The beds were clean and comfortable, it does get a little cold at night but the two fireplaces made it cozy. The laundry room was equipped with everything and we utilized that to wash some clothes that got dirty at the beach. We will definitely be back with more family as the house is large enough to accommodate more than we traveled with this time. Sue is very responsive and helpful. For a nearby dinner I highly recommend the rusty truck. House felt toddler friendly with pack n play and baby gates available.

Loved the view and vibe of the cottage. We only had a short time in Newport but loved the time we had there. Enjoying the deck, watching the sunset wiuld be hard to beat. So beautiful!

This place did not disappoint and was most definitely a steal! If you forget your reading material, don't you fret. Not only are there games to keep you entertained but Shawn, a lesser known writer, has provided you with a great light read. I would not pass on reviewing the property handbook, you would be missing out. If you have a question, I can just about guarantee the answer is in the book. *Oregon doesn't trust you and make sure the doors are closed, if you know, you know* Plenty of deer friends and a wonderfully relaxing space. Quiet and cozy bringing the outdoors in with the double sliding doors on either side of the home. Any chance you remember the make and model of those doors? Great for sitting on the porch and practicing for the retired life, the forest was vibrant with greens and lush foliage creating a little cocoon away from home that I am sure is equally beautiful during the other seasons, the soothing lull of the water just outside for the perfect get away. perfect little weekend stay spot! The beach access was amazing, pool was really warm and clean they even have different size life jackets that was super helpful since we forgot our daughters! there was beach toys in our room to use, really convenient place to stay!!

This place was beautiful with a great view. Hot tub in front of the ocean was perfect.

Great view of the ocean with a nice trail down to the beach. Condo was spacious and well-kept, with friendly staff. Pool/Spa have been torn down and new buildings are under construction.

Our trip was amazing and very relaxing. Our kids enjoyed the pool every day and we spent a lot of time walking the beach looking for shells. My husband and I loved the view and we spent every night listening to the waves. We loved that the kitchen was well equipped making it easy to enjoy home cooked meals. Honestly, this was an ideal trip and we would be happy to return!

Perfect place to visit with a family as you have everything you need in your room for an easy vacation with kids (kitchen, laundry, more then one bathroom, site has nice walking path and basketball court, and the 3 pools are a huge plus). We absolutely loved staying here and would do it again. The view was beautiful especially at sunset with the hot tub, close to restaurants, and the beach access is right by your unit. It was super clean and very well equipped, especially the kitchen! Had everything we needed including spices. Definitely recommend to anybody wanting a private space that feels like home.

The Unit we stayed in was much nicer than the pictures suggest. More spacious than expected with an awesome ocean view. The complex also has three separate pools each with adjoining hot tubs. One of the pools and hot tubs is fully indoors. There are also multiple indoor recreation spaces. Great for kids.

Beautiful views from the window, great beds and plenty of extras! My only concern was alot of slamming doors through out the night. Im not sure how the owner could of controlled that
