Cottage holiday rentals in Lincoln Beach

Wonderful stay at this home. It was perfect and cozy for a gathering of friends. The home was accommodating and we felt right at home as soon as we checked in. Not to mention just a stones throw away from the beach.

This house was very cute and clean. The beds were comfy and the room set up was perfect for our group. The location was 2ish block from beach access with stairs and a (steep) ramp. A great place to stay!

The grandson never stopped going and there was always more to do. He loved the foosball table and the loft sleeping area and the hot tub was a family favorite after a chilly morning agate hunting. He didn’t even discover the beach bag of toys till our last day. From family games to comfy surroundings and plenty of room not to get in each others way, it was a good choice for us. We thoroughly enjoyed the visit.

Perfect spot for my husband and I. Very cute home. Loved that it’s on a private street, so you feel like you’re on a little hidden getaway at the top of the hill but still close to all fun things in Newport! You can walk to coffee and a mini mart right down the road! Hope to book again!

My daughters and I spent a weekend celebrating Mother’s Day and a birthday. We had not been to this beach area for many years and thoroughly enjoyed reminiscing. The house and location was beautiful, quiet and restful. We did note that the house sleeps 8 and while the kitchen supplies and dining area was very adequate, there were only 5 places to sit in the living room. It was cozy and comfortable for the three of us and we were making plans as we left, on when to return. (In packing to leave, it’s a habit to check under beds and dressers for the errant sock or ??? and found that those areas had not been vacuumed or swept in quite some time. To balance that disappointment out, one daughter was concerned she left an item and Lisa was very kind to search the house for us.)

The house was completely if not better than the the photos, the location very beautiful and private. I was there on my own and chose Lisas house because of the location, a place to get away from it all. I have some mobility issues so never went upstairs, but there are 2 comfy bedrooms and a bathroom downstairs, and just a few steps to the front door from the parking area. The hot tub was relatively easy to get into and out of even for an ancient person.

Our stay at Breakers End was wonderful from start to finish! The location couldn’t be better, and every detail was thoughtfully designed and well-appointed. The description was spot on, and Hillary went above and beyond with her communication. She even helped return an item we accidentally left behind. My kids want to go back so they can play in the big private yard and the lofted alcove again! I can’t recommend this place, and its fantastic host, highly enough.

Overall really enjoyed our stay. Quick access to the beach, great amenities for a family (we had 3 kids plus a baby.) They did have a sound machine and two fans with white noise settings which helped with the closeness to outdoor noises on the road. I wish I'd brought our travel black out curtains, baby was up before 5am every morning because she wasn't used to it being so bright so early- but it's an easy fix. Little shops and grocery within walking distance or a very short drive. Kids toys, high chair, and baby gate made things a lot easier with little ones.

Wonderful little place, but plenty of room for 4 and a dog. We even got visited by a family of deer (two fawns). I didn’t see the book of instructions for what we needed to do before we check out, so we ended up leaving a few pans that were to hot to clean (bacon grease).

A fantastic stay for a trip to the coast! More secluded location, but still minutes from the beach made for a very peaceful stay. Wonderful spot for a stay with kids ir dogs. Note that there is actually MORE space than is shown in the listing.

Quiet neighborhood with lots of space to spread out but also space to be together and hang out.

Jamie was so kind and responsive! Dana across the street went above and beyond with helping us out when we tripped a breaker and was always so friendly. It was a nice stay in a quiet neighborhood and walkable to outlets/restaurants/laundromat. We are very thankful for our stay and would definitely stay again!

Jennifer & Mike were so pleasant - warm welcome- very helpful to tired travelers. Their place is a quaintly, skillfully remodeled vintage motel. We loved it & highly recommend!

Very cute and cozy! Arcade game was a throwback. Very neat and organized! Very short walk to the beach! Will choose this place again when planning a trip to the area!

We absolutely loved this cottage! A perfect location close enough to the ocean you could hear it but tucked away out of the wind overlooking an estuary. The kids loved hearing all the frogs at night. The cottage was even better than the pictures cute, cozy ocean cottage vibe and plenty of room. It was everything we hoped for and more!

We had a wonderful stay in Newport! The home was full of charm and in a perfect location—just a short walk to the bayfront, where we could hear the sea lions. The large windows facing the bay made the space feel open and peaceful, and we especially loved relaxing by the fireplace in the evenings. We’d definitely stay here again!

The beach house was perfectly located on Newport Beach and had everything our travel group could have wished for. Clean, well-equipped with a great little garden, where an evening fire can be lit! April was easy to reach and communication was quick and easy. We would definitely come back!

My partner and I enjoyed a beautifully relaxing anniversary here at this charming house by the beach. We loved the character of the design like the pirate decor and ocean themes throughout the home. Everything felt very comfy and cozy!

It was perfect for 4 of us. Cute cottage and easy parking. Comfortable bed in main level bedroom. The upstairs had a worn sleeper sofa mattress so next time we’ll bring an air bed. The upstairs also serves as the living room. Great view from the balcony. The back patio was cute and private.

The house offered a lot and was perfect for our large group. The cottage was disappointing; most of the lights didn’t work in one of the bedrooms, the trash can handle was broken and just set back up to appear one piece, beds were not as nice as in the main house, etc. Overall, it was a great property to host children and adults, but the price was high given the lack of care of in a few details. I would stay again at a lower rate.

Justin was good at communicating with us and we really enjoyed our stay. It was easy to walk into town and the house was clean and comfortable.

Great location and extremely cozy home, and we have WONDERFUL stay here! Susan gives us a very warm welcome and we have almost everything here including yummy breakfast and white wine, the bay view is amazing even its rainy outside, one of the best bnb I've ever stayed!
