The Artist's House

This wonderful bohemian apartment is nestled in the beautiful countryside of northern Italy. 10 min car ride to Pavia and a 15 min walk through the rice fields, takes you to one of the most beautiful Monasteries in Italy. Milano is a 20 min drive away, by car or by train. The apartment is situated in an old charming farmhouse containing a living room with a dobble bed, a eat-in kitchen and a big bathroom. Access to a big green sunny garden, with lots of possibilities to live outdoor spaces.

The Azalee

From today we are greens, we have activated the photovoltaic panels. Apartment with large rooms on the edge of Ticino Park, in a very quiet area. Parking space at the entrance of the property reserved for guests. The house is surrounded by a fenced garden available for guests. The bike path, which crosses Pavia along the Ticino, passes in front of the house. For safety, for younger guests on the upper floor, a special gate closes the staircase.

Palazzo Agnesi

This recently refurbished apartment is located in an elegant historical building right in the center of Crema old town, approximately 30 minutes drive from Milan and 45 minutes from Cremona, Bergamo, Brescia and Piacenza. Train and bus connections to Milan are also available within walking distance. It's close to cultural and artistic sites as well as a variety of restaurants. It's very luminous, quiet and ideal for business guests. Free wi-fi.

Small stonehouse, great place

A small comfortable, romantic stone house in a tiny private country village dating back to the 13th Century, surrounded by 124 acres of fields and woods. Wonderful views: panoramic terrace with a view of the valley and, on clear days, up to the Alps. Swimming pool. Huge garden. To get to the property you need to drive through about 600 meters dirt road (unpaved). For safety reasons, children less than 12 years old are not admitted.
