The apartment is perfectly located in the good part of the city center, being well served by bakeries, supermarkets and all kinds of commerce. Even though it's on a busy avenue, it's super quiet. The shower worked very well in the cold of JF, there were extra towels and the mattress was very comfortable. Ederson is an exceptional host! He gave clear directions, tips about the city (I've lived there and they're really good) and always responded quickly and kindly. I will definitely stay there again!

I recommend it to everyone who is looking not only for a beautiful place to stay, but a complete experience — with an excellent, attentive and kind host, who makes all the difference. The building is huge, but surprisingly quiet and organized. The doormen and staff are polite, helpful and charismatic - they take care of the environment with sympathy and professionalism. The garage is great and the app used at the entrance makes everything very practical and independent. I will return more often to the city that formed me academically, whether to study, visit friends or simply be in this place that, more and more, I feel like home. Great stay in Juiz de Fora! I really liked the apartment! It is very clean, spacious (especially for one person) and well equipped, with everything I needed during my stay. The location is excellent, in a central area of Juiz de Fora, but it is worth mentioning that, for those who are not in a car, the hills can be a typical challenge of the city. One point to note is that the building is older and has stairs, which can be an inconvenience for those with mobility difficulties, something that was not entirely clear in the listing. Overall, it was a very positive experience, and I would recommend the stay for those looking for comfort and a good location!

Super nice, quiet and safe place (coded lock and facial recognition at the entrance door. Despite being within a set of apartment buildings, it is on the roof of one of them and has a well-insulated barbecue area, even without a roof! There are 80 meters very well distributed on 2 floors, satisfactory rooms and beds, kitchen equipped with attached laundry area, washing machine and utensils, all very new, clean, preserved and ready to use! Hostess always attentive to needs and solving any issue very quickly, easy to communicate with and super helpful too! We liked it very much, we recommend it without any restrictions or complaints and we thank you for all the care that dear Lia had with us! It was our first experience with Airbnb and we left super satisfied!
