Our stay was wonderful! The house is beautiful, cozy and very well equipped, with spacious and comfortable rooms. The view is simply incredible - waking up there was a gift! The host was extremely attentive and even greeted us with a courtesy on arrival, a gesture that made all the difference. We loved the wine! The only point is that the house is a little far from the center, but nothing that would hinder the experience. As a suggestion, perhaps signs on the way could help those arriving for the first time, but the host was available by phone the whole time and guided us perfectly. We would definitely come back! It was an excellent experience.

Exceptional house. Beautiful, comfortable, quiet and spacious. Access is a bit tedious, but nothing too much. It has a great view of the sunset. The internet works perfectly. I had some difficulties in contacting the owner of the house, only. It takes time to respond, without adequate information on the kitchen utensils that the house has and without feedback during the stay. If I needed to contact you in a possible emergency, I don't know if I would have. Other than that, as I had no unforeseen events, the period I stayed was very good.

Super cozy place and close to the center. We were unable to take advantage of the open area of the land due to bad weather. Sabrina was super polite, attentive and especially quick to solve the problem we had with a burnt shower. Super Recommended!

I stayed at the cottage in June and I have nothing but praise! 💚 The cottage is exactly as advertised, very well equipped, with super fragrant and comfortable bed linen and towels, as well as brand new and extremely tasteful furniture and utensils. You can see the affection in every detail! The chalet is simply charming, the view is wonderful and the energy of the place is indescribable, perfect for recharging and forgetting the rush of everyday life. Barbara was an amazing host! Super attentive, she answered all my questions quickly and even recommended great restaurants in the area. It was a delicious experience, I want to go back as soon as possible! I recommend with my eyes closed.

Alex's house is even better than in the photos! Very new, well decorated, clean and with everything you need for a comfortable stay. It is close to the center of Ibitipoca, just a few minutes' walk away. Alex was very kind, easy to communicate with and made both the arrival and departure flexible. We recommend it and will be back!

Super nice, quiet and safe place (coded lock and facial recognition at the entrance door. Despite being within a set of apartment buildings, it is on the roof of one of them and has a well-insulated barbecue area, even without a roof! There are 80 meters very well distributed on 2 floors, satisfactory rooms and beds, kitchen equipped with attached laundry area, washing machine and utensils, all very new, clean, preserved and ready to use! Hostess always attentive to needs and solving any issue very quickly, easy to communicate with and super helpful too! We liked it very much, we recommend it without any restrictions or complaints and we thank you for all the care that dear Lia had with us! It was our first experience with Airbnb and we left super satisfied!
