Lovely apartment with spectacular view. Friendly and responsive host. Especially liked the extra little things, like additional towels for swimming, and extra adapters for charging devices. Would be happy to come back.

Amazing stay, perfect location! Clean and bright place. The hosts were very friendly and informative, replied almost straight away if I had any questions. The views are lovely overlooking the lake, very peaceful sitting outside in the mornings.

From the moment I arrived, I was entranced by the breathtaking views of the crystal-clear lake surrounded by majestic mountains and charming villages. The accommodations were top-notch, offering comfort and luxury in equal measure. My room had large windows that framed stunning lake views, allowing me to wake up to nature's beauty each morning. The staff were exceptionally welcoming, providing attentive service that made me feel right at home. Their local recommendations for dining and activities were spot on, ensuring I experienced the best of what the area has to offer. Exploring the quaint towns of Bellagio and Varenna was a highlight of my trip. The cobblestone streets, vibrant flowers, and delectable gelato created a perfect backdrop for leisurely strolls. Alice has given us clear instructions. We had app contact in advance and that was nice. Super friendly and kind! Easy to find where we needed to be. Apartment is as described, simple and beautiful place on balcony. Extra tea towels, towels and dish cloths to take away is useful for yourself. Beautiful surroundings, place and views are really fantastic! Highly recommended.

Their home was absolutely wonderful!! Even better than described :) we explored much of lake como and Lierna and this town seems like one of the best, with a great home at a good price. There was plenty to do and easy access to the mountains and lake. Everything you could want. 100% coming back here once we return to lake como!!

Your place is perfect! When looking out the windows we felt like it was an infinity view, gorgeous. The apartment is better than the pictures and all the nice touches - water, champagne, slippers, snacks were unexpected and so nice! We also loved the speaker and having blackout curtains. I’d highly recommend this apartment for any friends and hope to come back!

I’m from Germany and spent my birthday here as part of a pre-wedding getaway and it was honestly the best birthday of my life. The apartment was clean, cozy, and even bigger than in the photos. The view from the apartment was absolutely breathtaking, peaceful, romantic, and just what we needed. The host was incredibly kind and welcoming. She picked us up from our train stop, walked with us to the apartment, and showed us everything we needed. That level of care made us feel so at home from the very beginning. If you’re looking for a calm, beautiful place to relax and enjoy nature, this is the perfect spot. We’d love to come back!

The apartment is clean and spacious for 2 people. It has all the basic needs for the kitchen and has an excellent balcony and beautiful view. The place is quiet and you have your own parking lot. Despite the fact that I had a late arrival flight, Giulia was very responsive and supportive giving me all the instructions needed to ensure a smooth check in. She is always available to support by all means. I felt welcomed and I enjoyed the experience. I definitely recommend this place and it is a great value for money.

We had a lovely stay together with our dog. A large apartment with beautiful views and a quiet location. Cinzia and Giorgio are super sweet and involved hosts. You would always want to meet them. We got a lot of information about the area. The private parking space in the parking garage was very nice . A real home from home! This is a great flat, suitable for groups of friends, couples & families. Mrs. Franca was warm and thoughtful, offering transport to and from the local train station and providing a clean, comfortable apartment. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Although we noted a high bathroom mirror and the lack of a drying rack, these were minor issues. Fantastic communication from Chiara throughout the process and her help was appreciated. We also thank Mrs. Franca’s nephew for translating upon our arrival to the apartment. In terms of the location, Lierna was a convenient base for exploring Lake Como and we even travelled to Milan, relatively easily, although some trains weren't running for most of our stay. We would recommend guests have access to some form of transport as the location has very steep roads. We highly recommend Casa Fiore.

We stayed in Lierna for just over two weeks and felt very comfortable. The apartment is well equipped, all neighbors very friendly, we almost didn't want to go home. The apartment is equipped with everything you need and that of good quality, namely orderly cooking and dining utensils. The bed is wide and we found the quality very pleasant, that is, of course, a subjective opinion. The apartment is bright and friendly and offers everything you need. The communication with Claudia was always very friendly and fast. We think it's good that the house is on the second row and it is very quiet. From Lierna you can do a lot, the train station can be reached in 10 minutes on foot, you can get the tickets in the nice cafe "Sisters" We loved staying in this apartment and can 100% recommend it. Easily the best Air BnB experience I have ever had. Rosa Katherine is tremendously kind and a true super-host. My wife and I eloped in Bellagio during our time here and Rosa made sure we had all of the necessary accommodations. The place is peaceful and luxurious with breathtaking views better than the pictures. You will definitely want a vehicle - we rented a Vespa from Roberto at Varenna Vespa Rent. It was simple and allowed us to wisp in and out of all the little lake towns and ride into the mountains a bit. The bed is super comfortable and the AC worked great, we had very high temps one day and it kept up fantastically. On top of being an incredible host - Rosa Katherine was genuinely eager to make sure that we were always taken care of with a deep level of hospitality.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Debora’s apartment! The place itself was very spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. The balcony was the highlight and we enjoyed dining al fresco each evening enjoying the views of the lake! We hired a rental car so it was easy to get around, however if you are on foot then be mindful of all the hills! Debora was very responsive and friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. Would definitely recommend!

This family stay went extremely well; we enjoyed Luca's accommodation, which perfectly matched the description. The charm asset: the spa and the jacuzzi with a breathtaking view of the lake 😍 A big thank you to the co-hosts Andrea and Carla for their kindness and responsiveness in the exchanges before, during and after our stay. I would recommend it in a second!

Silvia’s place is perfect for a stay in Como. The location couldn’t be better — it’s walking distance to the train station, the pier, and the bus stop to Menaggio and Bellagio. The apartment is super spacious, really clean, has a super comfy bed, and is fully equipped with everything you need. The washing machine was definitely a big plus. Silvia is incredibly kind and helpful from the very beginning. We totally recommend it — book it without a second thought!

Super helpful and clear communication. The Airbnb is exactly as shown, beautiful view from the balcony. Location is secluded however and hard to reach places unless you have hired a car. So just a tip for future visitors- hire a car :)

Best accommodation in our entire Italy trip. The place was tastefully decorated and Dana obviously took pride in hosting! Her hospitality went above and beyond and the place was very comfortable. Quiet and great place, the apartment was as described in the advertisement. We were 6 adults who had a great week in the apartment with great views. We rented bikes from @Bike it! Bellagio, very good service here too. Nice to cycle to experience new places, the ferry from Bellagio went to both sides of the lake and was easily accessible 😊

The place was just as described: good location, clean and very, very spacious. We did our research before reserving Lisa's apartment, so we knew the place was walking distance to some events we had to attend that weekend. Lisa was extremely helpful, patient with us (we changed arrival time last minute) and flexible. The bathrooms were modern and clean, and so was the kitchen. Very spacious and with really high ceilings. It all went very smooth during our stay. A great asset to Airbnb.

I would give this place ten stars if I could! The view is amazing. The place was just like the pictures and it was nice to have a little kitchenette. Gianluca was so kind and a great host! Definitely would recommend!

Absolutely incredible place. We didn’t want to leave the apartment! The view is probably the best we have ever seen. Mattie and Els are great, the flat was clean. We cooked a couple nights and sat out on the balcony enjoying the view. There’s lots of information which will help. We were able to walk down to the town using their advice through a footpath and also the free bus service is extremely helpful, especially when you’ve had a couple bottles of wine! Would definitely recommend. Thank you Mattie and Els!
