The apartment is located in a typical fishermen's house completely renovated that overlooks Lake Como next to one of the most renowned beaches, Riva Bianca. From the house you can enjoy a splendid view. The house does not face the road directly so as not to disturb the peace and relaxation. In front there is a garden with a vegetable garden, a beautiful lawn and direct access to the lake promenade. My place is good for couples, families and furry friends (pets).

Nicholas was a wonderful host. The apartment is beautiful and he was very accommodating for all of our needs. He even provided us a breakfast in his restaurant! The place is unrivaled with air conditioning on both floors. Very close to the main street with easy access to ferry and train station. We had a wonderful experience and would go back in a heartbeat.

We booked Ugo's home for one reason.... the view. It did not disappoint. We drank our morning coffees and ate our meals on the balcony. We actually went to a restaurant with an amazing view, but after we left, we stated we should have just cooked and ate outside the house since it is so private. Ugo provided coffee, which was highly appreciated! We bought the wrong coffee at store. The fruit platter was amazing and ate at every meal. Oh, I made orange juice and was delicious! We were given directions to free parking in bellagio. Plus, we got a flat tire and Ugo helped direct is where to repair it. Overall, go for the view amd don't leave the house! Unless you want to walk to town to get coffee, fresh meats, and gelato but go directly back!

We stayed 3 nights and loved it. Lots of information about shops, bars and restaurants nearby. Also a lot of information about hiking in the area and about ferries. Super friendly and helpful. For a fair price, she likes to play taxi to and from a station or airport nearby. They really helped us out because there was a strike of the trains when we wanted to leave. Excellent dining tip: Il Crotto di Lierna we'd love to come back!

This was the perfect accommodation for our stay at lake como! The flat was very clean and extremely cute, the view from the balcony is breathtaking! The lake is just a 1 minute walk away, you could reach the centre of Lierna and all the restaurants, shops easily by foot. The beach was a 10 minute walk away. We parked our car on a public parking lot at the train station, what is a 4 minute walk away and an extra 10 € per day, but that was totally fine. Plus the communication with Filippo worked great, he answered questions within a couple of minutes and gave us recommendations about the area (restaurants and what to do). He even brought us an extra fan, as we were 3 people and slept in two different rooms. Would absolutely recommend staying at this place and this cute village. Hopefully we‘ll come back soon! 😍

A real home from home! This is a great flat, suitable for groups of friends, couples & families. Mrs. Franca was warm and thoughtful, offering transport to and from the local train station and providing a clean, comfortable apartment. Both the bed and sofa bed were very comfortable. Although we noted a high bathroom mirror and the lack of a drying rack, these were minor issues. Fantastic communication from Chiara throughout the process and her help was appreciated. We also thank Mrs. Franca’s nephew for translating upon our arrival to the apartment. In terms of the location, Lierna was a convenient base for exploring Lake Como and we even travelled to Milan, relatively easily, although some trains weren't running for most of our stay. We would recommend guests have access to some form of transport as the location has very steep roads. We highly recommend Casa Fiore.
