This Airbnb exceeded every expectation! The property was beautiful, spotless, and incredibly well-maintained. The pool was a highlight—clean, peaceful, and the perfect spot to relax every day. The host was friendly, responsive, and made sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Edina was extremely responsive (within minutes) when we had questions, also very accommodating when we wanted to extend our stay. The house is pristine, beautiful and spacious. The backyard with the pool very private and inviting! Definitely would come back the next time in Sarasota!

We had a fabulous stay! The location is perfect. The condo was spotless and nicely decorated. We had absolutely everything we needed. The private beach was clean and not crowded. Chairs were readily available. The location is great. There was an unexpected issue when we first arrived, but Amy was incredibly responsive and supportive, checking in regularly to make sure we were okay and comfortable. Her excellent communication and customer service was exceptional. Once everything was settled, we were able to fully enjoy the space and the beautiful surroundings. Can't wait to go back. We would definitely recommend booking this property.

Beautiful home in Venice! Perfect for families, the kids loved the pool. The house was clean, and organized. We loved the location and felt safe. Would definitely stay again. If you stay here make the drive to Sarasota & eat at WALTS! We went 3x! The best seafood around 🐡🐟🐠

Great location. 10 min to the beach. The house was clean and had all the amenities we could need. Fully stocked kitchen, towels, toiletries. They even had beach toys for my daughter . The pool was clean and there were plenty of floats and pool toys. I would definitely recommend this house. We would absolutely stay here again on our next visit.

Everything about this place and our host was top notch! Short walk to a stunning beach, shopping and restaurants. Decor was beautiful, felt private outside and by the pool, very clean and Jen was an amazing host; quick to respond and recommend the best places to visit. I highly recommend renting from Jen. We are already looking forward to staying here next year.

Our family recently enjoyed staying at The Coastal on Hyde. The home was immaculate and the furniture and decor were both comfortable and beautiful. The pool was probably our favorite feature! Also, it was great to have beach chairs, coolers, and beach umbrellas provided. Our hosts checked in with us several times to make sure our needs were being met. We wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again-it’s a wonderful property!

This was, by far, the best Airbnb I’ve ever stayed at. It was clean, well stocked, comfortably decorated, and so convenient. Additionally, Andy does a handful of very personal touches … fresh flowers, coffee for the week, candy and snacks, a few condiments, spices and cooking oils, and a chilled bottle of wine … all things that most hosts just don’t bother with … but, truly made me feel welcome, from the moment I walked in. We also appreciated the fully stocked kitchen, including a whisk, good knives, vegetable peeler, sandwich baggies … etc! We went to beautiful local beaches everyday … and then enjoyed the pool and hot tub in the evenings. It truly was an amazing week … and I’m already looking forward to a return visit. Matt's place was fantastic. Super clean, very well organized and decorated. Everything worked and worked well. The pool was super refreshing. I would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was so easy and enjoyable! Dior’s place is so cute and very clean. We were able to walk to multiple shops, bars, and restaurants. It was so nice to have our private beach access right down the sidewalk, and right beside the pool! We were also so glad that she was able to accommodate us on such short notice. Everything was perfect! This will definitely be our go-to place to stay when we visit Siesta!

This was, by far, my best experience at an Airbnb in all the years I’ve used the app! The house is beautiful— spacious yet cozy and filled with so many thoughtful details. You will want for nothing here: books, games, bug spray, citronella candles, towels (including wash cloths!), shampoo and body lotion for all skin and hair types, portable lights and speakers for outdoor use, and a smart TV on a cart which can be rolled anywhere in the house! I didn’t watch TV much, as I spent most of my free time in the luscious front yard enjoying bird watching and staring at the trees. The house is located a short distance to a lot of things, including a sweet little park/lake nearby. Nancy is a kind and generous host, respectful of privacy but also happy to chat, connect and make sure you have everything you need. I’m sad to leave this place, if there hadn’t been another reservation afterwards, I most certainly would have extended my stay! This is a wonderful, safe, and deeply restorative home.

myself with my Partner Paula, daughter Sammy and her boyfriend Tom stayed at Jonathan's wonderful house for 2 weeks, starting May 25th 2025. We were all delighted with the house and fully equipped with all our needs. We made use of the communal pool and found those that lived in the community very helpful and friendly. We made use of the Breeze bus that was great for going to the village. I made contact with Jonathan a few times regarding minor things and he responded very quickly.

We had the most perfect stay at Aubrey’s! We loved everything about it! Great location, so comfortable and nice, close to great restaurants and close to beach as well. The design features of the house and everything in it is very well curated and a house you want to spend time in and enjoy the beauty. The beach chairs and umbrella were perfect for the beach. We highly recommend Aubrey’s place and will definitely stay here when we come back! Melissa and John

We had a wonderful stay at this property. We were in town for our son's sporting event for several days. It was exactly as described and more. It was clean and comfortable and there were so many "extras" that we do not usually experience in other rental properties. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils, cooking supples, spices, coffee, and more (better than any rental we've stayed in). There is not one negative thing I can say about this place or the host. Honorata was extremely responsive and helpful and allowed us to check in early, which we greatly appreciated as we needed to drop our luggage and go to an event. The location was great, a short drive to the beach, stores, etc. and the neighborhood was quiet and felt safe. We would highly recommend this property and hope to stay there again next time we are in the area. Thank you Honorata and Conrad for a lovely stay!

We had the best stay in Sarasota and didn’t want our trip to end! The house was beautiful and in a great location, close to shops, restaurants and not too far from the beach! Michael’s place was very accommodating and has all the amenities. Michael was very responsive and helpful. Loved having access to all the beach chairs and towels. We will for sure be back!!

Our family decided to go to Anna Maria Island to celebrate my oldest graduating high school. It was by far the best, most relaxing vacation we’ve had. Everything about the location, atmosphere, walking distance to the beach, and especially the home was perfect! Ashley was a great host, kind a responsive, and provided the exact replica of the picture perfect home you see listed. Thank you for this much needed slice of paradise. We will definitely be back!

“Better than the Ritz” MAGICAL sunrises that are visible from just about anywhere on the property. Enjoyed peaceful evenings by the glistening water that surrounds. Enjoyed chatting with my 2 teenagers at the dining table on the screened in porch. My 14 year old son loved that he could fish all day and night. (Bait shop was only a 5 min drive) All 3 beds were luxuriously comfortable. Loved that each bedroom had its own bathroom tucked into it with luxury showers and tastefully simplistic design. The cottage is built with AUTHENTIC wood (cedar i think?) that adds to the feeling of being grounded in nature. Nice pool steps from the back door. Sunsets on the beach are an easy walk across the street. The “Our Place” toaster oven/air fryer works great. Cooking with a view is much more enjoyable! Wish I could live here and would love to return asap. Thank you Jack for your hospitality!!!

This house was definetly more that we expected! Beautiful place! We were obsessed with the distribution of the house, so many spaces 😍 And the house is more than equipped, has everything than we needed and more! Has all the beach stuff for the kids and adults! The pool is amazing! Thanks for all the pool toys for the kids 😃 they had a lot of fun. Is near to siesta beach wich is a huge beatiful beach! Thanks for everything ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

When I saw this new listing, I hesitated—no reviews and almost too-perfect photos. But the owners quickly answered my questions, were responsive, and I’m so glad we booked. The home is exactly as pictured: spotless, spacious, beautifully designed. The pool area is a dream—plenty of space for our group of 11 (with 4 kids), with waterfall features, a sauna, and even a sandy play area. The movie room and golf simulator were a hit too! Beds are comfy, rooms are big and inviting, Wi-Fi is great. Peaceful, safe neighborhood with tons of privacy. Carter and Naomi were responsive and kind to any concerns we had, and took care of everything. Amazing hosts. This home is a gem.

We had an amazing time at Happy Home. The pool and screened in patio were highlights for our family. The backyard was a little oasis. We appreciated how organized the house was with labels on lighting, kitchen draws, and cabinets. The binder with house reminders and local recommendations was helpful. The kitchen is well stocked with spices and pots, pans, dishes. The dedicated office space was helpful since my husband was working remotely. I also loved all the original artwork and beautiful lighting. Happy Home is walking distance to a few local restaurants and a super cute cafe/used book store, Shelf Indulgence. The little beach in the bay is a super close walk and made going to watch the sunset and see boats easy and relaxing. We would definitely recommend and would stay again.

Believe the positive reviews! We had a wonderful six night stay at this New Townhome located close to UTC with plenty of restaurants and shopping very close by. Nathan Benderson Park, Beaches, gyms & downtown Sarasota Bayfront Park & Marina Jack all within a 25min or less drive. Ed was extremely responsive & would answer any questions right away. They provided beach chairs, a cooler, beach towels and even an umbrella which was a definite plus. The home was extremely clean and we all felt very much at home. The beds were extremely comfortable and bed linens felt like higher quality & all beds had plenty of pillows. The neighborhood was very quiet with access to a nice community pool which was very close to the unit. My husband and I and our three adult daughters stayed here very comfortably and had plenty of privacy. I would highly recommend this property and host!

I will definitely go back and stay here again when in Sarasota. The new beautiful modern pool and hot tub area is amazing was so tranquil and well thought out with high end lounging/seating for 10+. I spent most of my free hours around the pool area when at the house. WIFI was great when needing to work. The location was an easy drive to the local restaurants and quaint downtown area 5-10 min., to the closer beaches 15 -30 min., was bicycle/walkable for me (I am 65 y/o). I was in town for a conference and also saw alot of people on nearby small/clean little open air trolley-like buses getting around downtown (might want to check those out). I felt safe and walked/explored to the downtown hotel area (~ 40 min.). So close to the convenient Sarasota/Bradenton airport (~20 )! The hosts were so responsive and genuinely caring, they anticipated my needs before I asked by offering suggestions and options, so worth the stay! Thank you to the hosts!
