Brenda’s place was just as listed. Great location, clean, great space to call home for the week. Within walking or short drive to many restaurants and shopping areas. Walk to the beach was easy especially with all the beach supplies in the condo. Brenda was also very responsive when I reached out with clarifying questions.

Great place to stay. Very quiet and serene. Overall a very pleasant experience. There were a few things I would improve upon, but just from my personal experience. None of which greatly took away from an otherwise fantastic place to stay: 1) The check-in process to enter the location is inconvenient (have to scan in driver's license each time) - this has more to do with the association and security than it does the management company / unit. 2) While the communication was very proactive, it was a bit numerous. I had to comb through various emails to find certain information. Perhaps either include the necessary information (parking spot #, keypad code, etc) in every email, or in the initial email and email on the day of check-in. 3) One or two of the things in the email did not match what was in the booklet on the kitchen island (i.e. the parking spot # or where the second fob for entry to the elevator/gym/etc). Contacted PMI and they were appreciative of the feedback.

Tonya is everything you want in a host- professional, prompt responses and excellent service. The apartment was clean and well appointed. We loved being so close to the beach and everything Siesta Key had to offer.

This place was just what we needed for some rest and relaxation. Everything was exactly as listed. Extremely clean and well supplied with towels and all your kitchen needs. The views from our balcony and the sounds of the ocean were priceless. If you’re looking to get away from it all and disconnect, this is the place!! You will not be disappointed.

We had a wonderful stay! The unit was perfect for a two-person/couple vacation. It was a small space, but had everything we needed. A quick and easy 10 minute walk to the beach and 20 minute walk to St. Armands Circle full of great restaurants (Uber easily available also). Bridget was a great host. She was very accommodating, responsive, and friendly. Would recommend this unit to any couple looking for a nice stay in Sarasota.

We stayed at Lana's apartment for five days. Everything was exactly as we expected. We found the apartment spotless and very comfortable. We felt right at home. Lana and Kaitlyn were very attentive and responded quickly to our questions. We definitely recommend this place, and if we return to the area, this will be our place to stay.

Loved our stay here! The condo has everything you think you’ll need- coffee filters, laundry detergent, beach toys/chairs, boogie boards, shampoo/conditioner, beach towels, etc. The home was clean and exactly as the pictures show. The proximity to the beach was what sold us on this location, and there’s restaurants and stores within walking distance. We had a rental car, but there’s also a trolley that takes you from this area to the downtown area a few min away. All of the hosts instructions were very clear and the condo was easy to access. We expected to hear some noise here and there, but it was very quiet and peaceful. We felt so comfortable and happy here! We will absolutely come back!

Fantastic location on quieter area of beach but still walkable to the Village restaurants. Comfortable bed, huge shower. Loved our stay!

David’s home exceeded our expectations and was an excellent choice for our stay. It was conveniently located near all the beaches, restaurants, groceries, and shops, but not in the midst of the bustling city center. David even provided us with a variety of beach essentials and even bikes for our convenience. The home was spotlessly clean and well-stocked with blankets, towels, and cookware and dishes. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning in the future.

This place was fantastic with everything we needed. It was close to everything and a short drive to some of the other local activities. Short walk to multiple beach entrances and a cart, chairs, umbrella, etc. was all available to take to the beach. There’s a local shuttle that takes you all over the island for free and a market around the corner that’s fully stocked with everything you need to cook some meals there. We did the night time LED kayaking and then did the Mangrove Eco Tour with Kayaking SRQ, ask for Kaleb for the mangrove tour, the man knew everything about the area, its history, conservation, and gave some great restaurant and attraction recommendations in the area. Or… just hang out at the beach. We were there during tropical storm Debby and Kathryne communicated with us throughout. Absolute amazing stay… even with a tropical storm! We can’t wait to come back.

Laura was absolutely the best host I have ever had! She was so responsive and attentive. Everything we needed for our stay was provided (even a few extras). The bed was so comfy! The decor was cute and the feel was inviting and warm. Location…..FANTASTIC! Close to so many things; restaurants, shopping, beaches! The area was quiet and felt very safe. We made friends with the locals (Geckos) and a couple neighbors as well. We enjoyed our stay and I can’t wait to book another trip with Laura 😎🦈 By the way..I would have given 10 stars if they were available. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️! There you go!!

Diana’s place is a very comfortable. Very clean, cozy, with a fully equipped kitchen, stove, dishwasher, large refrigerator, washer and dryer. There is a private barbecue area and a reserved parking space. 10 minutes by car to Siesta Beach and 13 minutes to Turtle Beach. We found a beach umbrella and chairs in the apartment’s closet. Also there is a safe in the bedroom which made us feel protected. We are definitely very happy that we stayed at Diana’s place and can recommend it to anyone who wants to come to Sarasota for the holidays.

Highly recommend! Condo is clean, great amenities and location is close to everything. Would definitely stay here again.

Jean & Mike's beach condo on Anna Maria Island was a wonderful get-away for us after a very long winter. We loved the beach decor and all the little things that made us feel welcome and comfortable. It had everything we needed for an awesome beach vacation - chairs, umbrella, towels and a cool beach cart to carry our stuff. The pristine beach was only about 300 steps away. The condo itself had everything we needed. The bed and couches were comfy; the master bath spacious; the kitchen well-equipped. We enjoyed eating on the screened porch that overlooked a small park and being able to walk to nearby stores and restaurants. We loved watching the sunset from "our" beach or at the AMI Beach Cafe down the beach while listening to live music. Jean was a great host. She responded quickly to our questions and had plenty of recommendations on things to do and places to eat. Jean & Mike's place is one of the best AirBnBs we've stayed at and will definitely consider it the next time we visit AMI.

We loved our stay at this condo. Such a great location and close walk to the beach and playground. The condo is clean, airy, comfortable and had everything we needed for our stay. We loved the two balconies. The owner let us burrow a cart to haul the chairs that was also provided for the beach. My son especially loved playing with the boogie boards, also provided. Would definitely stay here again.

my wife and I spent a wonderful week at Connies place , great location to the pool and beach, the unit was SPOTLESS, well equipped with anything you would need , parking spot right outside our door was great , comfy bed, really nice sand chairs for the beach, always got quick answers to any questions ( none problem related) would highly recommend for any couple looking for a perfect getaway, hoping Connie and her family are well

We had a great stay overall. The place is cozy and very clean. There was a small plumbing issue but William was responsive and sent someone over to take a look. By that time we had fixed it but i still appreciated him helping us. The Sea Club 2 itself is still under a lot of construction due to the 2 hurricanes so it was a little loud during the day but we weren't there much so it didnt matter a whole lot! The main road has a lot of loud vehicles but thats no ones fault lol. in any case I would definitely recommend staying at Williams place. it was a great vacation. Siesta key is a gorgeous place!

Extremely proactive and responsive host. Very nice condo which was very clean and had everything we needed. Nice pool, hot tub, and workout facility. Location was close to downtown, restaurants, beaches, golf, and shopping.

Such a beautiful place to stay! Very clean! The kitchen was stocked with all the dishes you will need. The view was amazing!!! The free trolly into the village was so easy. The beach accessories were so nice to use. All we had to do was cross the street and we were on the beach. The pool area was also very nice! Grilling area was nice and clean and a small smoking area so my husband could enjoy a few cigars. Great communication! Thank you! Was a fantastic vacation!

We had a great stay in Siesta Key. The grounds were beautifully kept. Pool right out the back door. Quick walk to one of the most beautiful beaches in the US. Great week, can’t wait to go back.

We had a beautiful week at Martha’s condo!! We loved everything about it- spotlessly clean and well decorated, well stocked with towels, blankets, paper goods, kitchen items, beach gear… everything you could possibly be in need of. The view from the balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the beautiful sunset. The condo building and amenities were wonderful as well. The pool area was never crowded, many loungers, and a perfectly heated pool and hot tub. We found the location to be absolutely perfect- off a main road that takes you to downtown and beaches but tucked away and quiet. You can walk to downtown restaurants and shops and we even walked over the Lido Key bridge one evening to St. Armand’s Circle. Downtown Sarasota, beautiful Lido Key beach and St Armand’s Circle are all a quick 5-7 min car ride away. Martha was an excellent host, checked in on us and was responsive to anything we needed. We would return anytime without hesitation!! Just wonderful! Thankyou Martha!
