We enjoyed our 10 day stay in Cervia. Tania's home makes a high quality impression and is basically well-equipped. The location in the quiet residential area is very pleasant. A small pizzeria as well as an ice cream parlor are within 2 minutes walking distance (we always found it very tasty). We particularly liked the bicycles, which we have used daily for shopping or excursions. Tania was an open, helpful and very kind host!

Christiana made us feel extremely welcomed. Had even bought us a wide range of breakfast items at arrival.

Spacious and comfortable place, clean and very well furnished. Ample outdoor, well-equipped, and shaded space. The area is quiet and comfortable to get around on foot or by bike. The host was very kind and attentive. Recommended for families with children.

The place was very nice, who is looking for secrecy with terrace, air conditioning, tv with Netflix, block from the beach... nasty voli this apartment. Parking directly in the garden next to the apartment, no problem always free under the trees. Bali, we're comfortable with the bed gaucu, there's no reason! sleep really! In the kitchen sugar, sul, pepper, coffee with packed cafes, oil...fridge with freezer...in the bathroom crowd with soap, buckle available, bidet. The only thing that surprised us was that the bedding and towels were not included in the price, the price was 15€/person, which we didn't want to give and took blankets and polstare. There was no bar towel or toilet paper (it was barely 1/3 of the original size at the time of check-in, no other one was available). This meant only my peace of mind, I'm writing here just to let future guests know how to feel. It's a great place, the air conditioning cools down the room, the evening beautifully sits on the terrace, next to the main street with shops.

I had a lovely stay in Imola and enjoyed being at Alex's place for a week. Extremely easy communication and very quick response. The place is cleaned spotless and what you see is what you get. I loved the recommendations of the neighbourhood and can definitely recommend having your vacation here 😊

Lovely house with two large decks, a grill and a large outdoor table. The house has everything you need for amazing stay. In hot weather, the air conditioner helps a lot, it is in the kitchen, but cools the whole house. The apartment is next to the sea and close to nice restaurants. "a heavenly place" is located in a very quiet village, surrounded by greenery. The location allows you to reach Rovigo, Ferrara and the surrounding area in twenty minutes. the apartment is nice, well maintained and very clean. My parents spent a week at Silvia's apartment and had a great time. Silvia was very kind and always available. Apartment equipped with every comfort and very close to the beach, with a terrace overlooking the sea. They were able to use the bikes available to visit the area. Great!

Orlando and his wife welcomed me with incredible hospitality that made me feel at home right away! I had a great time and was impressed by the commitment and care of the entire structure with a spectacular pool for the summer and an impeccable room and bathroom in terms of cleanliness and order. Not to mention the super playful dogs... 😁 I'll definitely be back when I get back there!

The Loggia del Grillo is a perfect choice for those seeking tranquility and comfort in Faenza. The location is excellent, a stone's throw from the center, allowing you to explore the city without the need for long journeys. The parking under the house for only €1 is a real advantage, making arrival and departure extremely convenient. The cleanliness of the house is impeccable and the rooms are modern and well-kept, offering a pleasant and comfortable stay. A special applause to Ms. Paola, always available and friendly, who makes check-in a simple and welcoming experience. Staying here is a real pleasure! She welcomed us warmly and sympathetically - you can immediately tell that she is involved with heart. The apartment was spacious, very clean, bright and lovingly furnished. Everything you need was really there - you immediately feel at home. Veronica was always available, very helpful and provided us with great tips that you can only get from locals. For us, it was a completely successful stay. Veronica is a great host and we can absolutely recommend her and her accommodation. We will be happy to come back!

We stayed three weeks from Simona in the Peonia apartment. The enchanting place stands out for its absolute peace, cleanliness, well-kept spaces with indescribable love and dedication. Simona and Valentina are available in every aspect and at the same time know how to be discreet and never intrusive, which I really appreciated. They generously offered us their precious agricultural products and we were able to enjoy outdoor spaces in full freedom and privacy. The apartment is modern, functional and tasteful. The equipped kitchen, the spacious and cool room, the bathroom wonderful. A laundry room complete with a washing machine, clothesline and ice maker is available. Very comfortable parking with automatic gate...And then Simona's dogs are always well-behaved in place. We really loved the location immersed in the countryside, but close to the sea and the comfort of the pool and a quiet environment. Thank you for everything!
