L'appartamento di Fabiola si trova un condominio nuovo, confortevole e silenzioso. È in centro e la zona offre molti servizi. È vicinissimo alla stazione ferroviaria. La città è molto verde e offre la possibilità di fare delle belle passeggiate sul Tagliamento. L'appartamento è molto pulito, dotato di tutto il necessario per sentirsi come a casa: lavatrice, biancheria, accessori per la cucina e molto altro. È curato in ogni dettaglio. Fabiola ci ha accolti con un gran sorriso e ha avuto per noi dei pensieri molto graditi, ha pensato addirittura ad offrirci frutta e collezione. Ci ha messo a disposizione anche l'uso del box auto, una rarità per questa tipologia di alloggio. Quando torneremo in zona sappiamo già dove alloggiare.

Wir haben für 4 Tage die Unterkunft bewohnt, wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder (6 und 11). Größe hat gut gepasst. Es war eine angenehme Gegend und alles in unmittelbarer Nähe (Supermarkt, Bäcker, Wasserbushaltestelle LIDO und auch zum Strand (wir waren am free beach) war es nicht weit. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Restaurantempfehlungen waren sehr gut! Die Türen zum kleinen Innenhof hatten Fliegengitter, Temperatur war im Mai noch sehr angenehm, Klimaanlage brauchten wir noch nicht. Praktisch fanden wir, dass Handtücher, Duschgel, Seife, Klopapier… vorhanden war.

Tiziana met us in person and showed us the place herself, punctual and very friendly. The house is located perfectly, near the beach, restaurants, supermarkets and there are lots to do in the evenings even for the kids. The balcony terrace is one of the things I love. Spacious and relaxing. We had dinner there and you can see the big ferris wheel and at mornings you can relax on the lounger as the sun shines.

What a fantastic place and really great location. Valeria was fantastic and really welcoming. Would certainly recommend.

Great stay at Christophers place once again. A great location for Jesolo, with dedicated parking. Proactive communication. Really large appartment with everything you need.

This was such a cool place. The location was in a perfect spot. Not too far in and close to a lot of places. We enjoyed the pool table and the jacuzzi was so nice too. Very helpful and nice.

Nezih bir bölgede konumlanmıştı ev. Oldukça temiz ve zevkli döşenmiş bir daire idi. Ekaterina ile konaklama sûresince her an iletişime geçmek mümkün. Son derece naif olmakla birlikte en ince ayrintilara kadar açıklayıci bilgiler verdi bize. Bebeğimiz için bebek karyolasi ve çeşitli oyuncaklar temin etmisti. Gerekli olabilecek tüm mutfak araç gereçleri mevcuttu. Tren istasyonuna 10 dakika yürüyerek ulaşmak mümkün. 2 istasyon sonra Venedik merkezde inebilirsiniz (15 dk) . Ayrıca apartmanimizin hemen karşısındaki ev yemekleri bulabileceğiniz bir süpermarket var. Venedik'e tekrar gidersek başka bir yerde kalmak istemem. Çünkü Ekaterina'nin evi otelden daha konforlu. My family and I had an amazing stay here! There were 6 adults and we had more than enough space. Comfy beds. The location is incredible! Marco was so kind and proactive in making sure we had everything we needed to make our stay fantastic. There are 3 flights of stairs (just wanted to note this for groups who may be traveling with people who cannot navigate stairs easily). Highly recommend staying here!

We stayed very comfortably at Lu’s place as a family of 5 adults. Everything we needed was available for us. The location is excellent, close to the vaporetto stop, grocery store, restaurants and an easy walkable distance from a ton of sights. Lu’s apartment was spotless, spacious and quiet with a lovely view of the canal where gondolas pass by. Hosts are lovely, excellent communicators and very accommodating. Don’t hesitate to book here!

Le seul mot est parfait. Nous avons passé un agréable séjour. L appartement est très bien entretenu et très bien situé. Il y'a des restaurants à deux pas (même pour le petit déjeuner). Les hôtes sont très accueillant et très réactif. Merci beaucoup pour ce séjour

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour ! L’accueil a été parfait, avec un hôte très sympathique, disponible et chaleureux. Le logement est exactement comme sur l’annonce : propre, confortable et très accessible. Les moustiquaires installées à toutes les fenêtres sont un vrai plus, surtout en été. Nous avons également beaucoup apprécié les informations claires et précises fournies sur l’accès à Venise, ce qui nous a permis de bien organiser nos visites. Petit bonus très apprécié : un joli cadeau de bienvenue à notre arrivée ! Nous recommandons vivement cet hébergement.

Es un lugar increíble, tranquilo, privado, romántico, ideal para escapadas en pareja. Super cómodo y completo, incluye muchos detalles de cortesía que hacen la diferencia. El wifi funciona muy bien, el baño amplio y lindo, una decoración veneciana preciosa ♥️. La atención es increíble, nos han guiado con paciencia hasta nuestra llegada, nos han dado recomendaciones diarias para conocer este hermoso lugar, estamos agradecidos y felices Podes sentarse a disfrutar mirando el canal es algo que destaco mucho. The location is ideal for exploring Venice, with easy access to transportation options, just 15 min from Venice. The host was truly great, providing attentive and helpful service throughout our stay. The place was clean, well-maintained, and equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

Apartment in a central area. Very comfortable and spacious with a view of the city. The hosts were nice and available for any questions.

Giulia and Alessandro were amazing hosts from start to finish. The apartment is beautiful and well equipped! My highlight is the host’s communication before, during and even after our visit - I travelled from the UK for the local IRONMAN event , they even sorted me out a taxi from the airport that accommodated my bike suitcase - and accommodated for my awkward flight times so I didn’t need to carry my luggage around for the morning - they even managed to get a video of me finishing the race! The apartment has everything you need for a comfortable stay and is in a great location being only a few hundred metres from the beach and restaurants Thoroughly recommend this place if you are looking to stay in Jesolo! We took our two kids and they loved every minute. There is a large area that is enclosed for them to run around in and they enjoyed the swimming pool. The apartment felt like it had just been built, and the hosts were very helpful and friendly. We also made use of the bicycles with seats on the back for the kids. It took about 5 mins to cycle to the beach with them, lots of fun. Thank you so much for having us. We'll be back soon.

Sehr sauber, tolle Anlage mit Pool. 5 min Fußweg zum Meer und Restaurants. Bequeme Betten, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.

Wir können die Unterkunft bedenkenlos empfehlen! Angefangen von der super Kommunikation über eine wirklich außergewöhnliche Wohnung mit allem drum und dran bis hin zu einem sehr reibungslosen Ablauf der gesamten Buchung. Auf Wünsche wurde sofort reagiert und so hatte Andrea u.a. extra noch einen Hochstuhl besorgt. Top Service und alles wie beschrieben. Wir waren sicher nicht das letzte Mal hier und haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen.

Ho soggiornato con la mia famiglia in questo casa molto bella, accogliente, pulita e con mobili e accessori di ultima generazione (Tv 65 pollici, WiFi, etc). La casa era anche più grande di quanto si poteva auspicare dalle foto. Due grandi bagni con ampia doccia. Una grande camera matrimoniale con comodo materasso e biancheria calda morbida e pulita. Una cameretta con due ampi letti e comodi spazi, un comodo disimpegno. La cucina è il soggiorno molto funzionali. Un ampio divano dove potersi rilassare con tutta la famiglia. Insomma, ben oltre le aspettative. L’host ha sempre risposto prontamente alle necessità ed è stato estremamente cordiale. È una soluzione che consiglio vivamente per gli ampi spazi, la vicinanza al mare, la piscina (che considerato il mese non abbiamo potuto utilizzare), il parcheggio a pochi passi. Mi auguro di poter tornare presto! Grazie ancora!
