Nice, quiet apartment that matches the description. Various, good shopping as well as butchers, restaurants and hairdressers right around the corner. Beach within walking distance (public and beach rental), short way to the ferry, about 15 minutes to Venice (St. Mark's Square). Nice, quiet environment, nice neighbors and residents; for younger people there are good offers in the evening in the area where you can have a drink. In the garden you can make yourself comfortable, against mosquitoes it is recommended to use the smoke coils and anti-mosquito spray. The apartment is equipped with everything you need for a vacation. Very pleasant check-in and the apartment is well prepared, so you can start your vacation directly.

I can not say how great this stay was for our family. Location was perfect for our ability to catch up with family, however is a super location for people looking at a quieter authentic Italian experience. You are an hour to Venice and Trieste, 15 minutes to the beach and an hour away from some amazing hiking areas. Having a car is ideal but train and bus station is 10 minute walk. Would not stay anywhere else when back in the region.

Nerella made a wonderfull welcome. The garden is very relaxing during spring. It was really easy to go venice from there. I forgot something in the venue. Nerella sent it back to me in France the following day !

We were exhibiting at The Venice Glass week and stayed here for a week. It is close to venice (30min) but locatiob is peaceful and quiet. Supermarkets and shopping centre is close, also Treviso City is worth visiting. House owners are very welcoming, we had a very nice stay and next time when we are visiting Venice we are definitely coming again! Highly recommend this beautiful home.

Francesca's villa was absolutely perfect. We had a wonderful week with our extended family of 10, four children age of 5-9 included. Francesca was friendly and always ready and willing to give advice and even let us spend some extra hours at the villa on the final day due to our late flight time. The place is huge and has a kind of charm that we notice ouserselves to miss still few weeks after getting back to our own homes. Villa had all the accomodities to make lunches and suppers for bigger entourages. The villa's garden and the surrounding nature was beautiful. We did not have car but felt that it was easy to get to the Padova's center and railway station (from which you can connect Vicenza (recommend!), Verona, Venetsia etc really easily and cheaply) easily by bus after 5-15 minutes of walk to 3 different bus stop options. The closest grocery store, or few of them, are 15-20 minutes walk away from the villa. I would very much recommend this place. Grazie moltissime Francesca!

A charming heritage villa with a remarkable history! Our family really appreciated the pool which was a short walk from the apartment. The kitchen was well stocked and the beds were very comfortable! Thank you again to Jacobo and his family for having us!

Tania Villa was even better than the pictures showed. The villa had plenty of space both inside and out. The location was secluded and with the pool and tennis courts/football pitch, offered plenty of things to do. The host was responsive and accommodated our needs, including being flexible with our check-in requirements. Thanks for a great stay!

Very easy check in and check out! The property is located in a very quiet street and is especially great if you want to leave your car on the property and just walk to the beach , which is merely 4 minutes away. The apartment is very simple but quite well equipped and clean. Lovely little garden to enjoy a morning coffee or afternoon tea. (Lots of mosquitos in the evening therefore not recommended during that time of the day). The car can be parked on the property. Which made it very comfortable. All in all we had a lovely time and definitely would return again!

The stay was very nice. There is plenty of space for accommodation. It should be clear that the house is not brand new & of course already has some signs of wear and tear. Some towels should be replaced. Still, it's a nice house. We also particularly liked the roof terrace hot tub to cool off. The house is very close to Park Hemingway. Ideal for dog owners and families with kids. Basically, the location of the house is very good from our point of view. The beach is a 10-15 minute walk away. But also various restaurants and other excursion locations are well & often quickly accessible from the accommodation. There is also a Lidl nearby. The hostess Teresa is very friendly & received us easily & uncomplicatedly. She was always easily & quickly accessible & also answered our inquiries quickly & reliably. Thank you so much for this. We were very pleased & recommend this place!

It was super nice, we had two great weeks. The house is very clean and well equipped, the pool is great. Laura was very friendly and always easily accessible. All in all highly recommended.

This apartment was just perfect! It was extremely clean and well maintained, which immediately left a positive impression. The surroundings were quiet and pleasant, ideal for relaxing. All the necessary amenities were provided, including bicycles, which gave us a lot of pleasure. Especially child-friendly, with lots of play opportunities nearby. The only downside was the beds, which were a little uncomfortable. Nevertheless, a great place for a family vacation – we will be happy to come back!

A very nice house, in 5 minutes you are at the beach and the pool area was also very nice and clean. The shopping facilities were also nearby. Fully equipped apartment, cleaning supplies were sufficiently available. Everything was very nice and appealing.

Daniela already had great reviews, but the stay at "Cà Giuggiola" went above and beyond! The house is spacious, very quiet, equipped with every comfort and perfect for a relaxing vacation. For those who want to get away without having the pressure of having to do a hundred thousand activities even on vacation, this place is the right one. All this is made even more unique by Daniela's kindness, helpfulness, friendliness and smile, always ready to make guests feel at ease. The pizzeria she runs is also highly recommended, along with her beautiful family, equally kind and cordial. Nearby there are many nice and uncrowded places, above all the beautiful Treviso and Valdobbiadene with its hills full of rows of vines ready to become Prosecco. The Piave also has its own natural and historical charm. Highly recommended everything!

Perfect place for a family with small children - well fenced garden, no unnecessary decoration that can be broken, close to the beach very low traffic street and a supermarket that can be reached very quickly on foot.

We had a fantastic week. For families just great - we are a 6-person extended family ;) Super pool , great surroundings. Lots of things to do, whether it's a toddler or teenager. The house is a little older but totally fine. Only minor difficulties with the electrical system ( the dishwasher shoots the FI at regular intervals ;)) Great service ... all in all, we will be happy to come back! We had bikes with us - can also be borrowed great. Be sure to reserve golf car in advance !
