Beautiful place, loved the pool with lots of Sun loungers. Table tennis table, pool and swing helped to keep the kids entertained. The place was spotlessly clean and attention paid to details. Nice and quiet. We had the pool to ourselves most of the time. As others have mentioned, there are a lot of cats! There is a smell of cat poo by the loungers in the grass, but if you stay at the loungers by the pool you can avoid it. There isn’t a lounge and the kitchen is a small area - but it was fine for cooking basic things and was very well equipped. The private veranda was lovely, however we were there in august and it was quite hot until later in the evening. If you don’t mind heat you will be fine. Superb place and I recommend!

Florence was an amazing host and her home is spectacular. My family and I had the best time . It is centrally located on the island to drive where ever you want to go. My 2 year old son was with us and there were all sorts of toys for him and things to explore. She even helped us book activities on the island and was always available to help. Grazie Mille Florence!!

Very nice house, very nice garden; in my opinion the kitchen is only suitable for preparing small snacks, but there are plenty of opportunities to eat well.

It was a fantastic experience to stay at Casa dei Prati in Lacona. The flat was quite simple, but exactly what we were looking for. There was a beautiful view of the garden from the porch. The place is very quiet and we felt really relaxed. I would deeply recommend the place. Francesco was very friendly and received us so.

The accommodation is very nice with a great garden to linger in. Alessandra was very friendly and helpful and always easy to reach. The building with the accommodations is located in the middle of a beautiful campsite, but you don't notice much of it. 1 min on foot there is a great café and the beach can be reached via a footpath of about 5-10 min. As a suggestion for improvement, I would note that spices, oil, vinegar, dish towel and sponge were missing in the kitchen. I would actually expect this in a fully equipped kitchen. Otherwise, the kitchen was well equipped (dishes, pans, etc.).

Rachele and her husband were very helpful and accommodating. Rachele has equipped us whenever necessary with local restaurant recommendations, beach tips and children's toys. The place is ideal to bridge the midday heat in the shade under the tree.

Our stay at Concetta's apartment was absolutely wonderful! The location is truly perfect, nestled quietly on a beautiful hiking path in the hills between Porto Azzurro and Portoferraio. We loved the tranquility and easy access to nature. The apartment itself was spotless and charming, with a well-equipped kitchen that made cooking a breeze, and excellent Wi-Fi. Just a heads-up that towels and bed sheets are an extra cost, but this was a minor detail. The terrace and garden are definitely the highlight – we spent hours enjoying the incredible views of the hills and the sparkling bay. What really made our trip special, though, were Concetta and her son, who were incredibly warm and welcoming hosts. They truly went above and beyond to make us feel at home. Our dog also had a fantastic time and became fast friends with their lovely dog, Mocca! We were even surprised with delicious fresh veggies and herbs from Concetta's garden! Highly recommend for a relaxing and memorable Elba getaway!

Anna Maria and her husband welcomed us to their little corner of paradise. A very nice place with a panoramic view from above towards the cliff and the sea. Pratesi is about 8 km from Marciana Alta and 14 km from Marciana Marina. You feel good and breathe good air. The sheets and towels were not included in the service but were delivered to us by the host. Recommended for those who want to stay in a quiet place.

Fantastic! We were in the apartment with 3 small children. The outdoor area offers plenty of space and a clear demarcation. The interiors are also perfect for families. The equipment of the kitchen is optimal. The location is great - close to the sea. Safe path. A quiet place with lots of activity opportunities right outside the door.

The accommodation is simple but perfect. Giuliana and the whole family plus dog were very kind and warm. Communication before booking and especially on site was always nice and fast. The driveway is not easy and you cannot quickly walk into the village - but that is not necessary, because you have excellent wine, oil, jam, honey and vegetables virtually "at home". We read all the reviews prior to our booking and they all describe the place perfectly. The location is just perfect and we had a wonderful time! Best sunsets ever, wild beach on walking distance, peace and tranquility.. what else do you need?

Pretty stone house, beautifully decorated and well equipped. The environment is peaceful with great views. Shops, restaurants, beaches are a 15mn drive away. We had a pleasant stay. We recommend it.

The accommodation is inside a small town that is very well maintained and restored respecting the original structures, the people are very friendly. The house is comfortable, very clean and fresh. It also has a large window from which you can enjoy a splendid view of the sea, because San Piero in Campo is on a hill.

We very much enjoyed our stay in Patresi! The flat has everything you need plus an amazing view. Sebastiano, our host, was very friendly and helpful whenever we needed him. We can definitely recommend it.

We spent two weeks in the house while our friends with two small children (1.5 and 5) stayed in the house next door. The property is fantastic, the garden and the view of the sea marvellous - a little paradise. There are plenty of cosy spots and numerous sun loungers. In autumn (October) the hours of sunshine are shorter, partly because the house is on the north side of the island. However, the mornings were sunny and warm and I could imagine that in the summer months you would be very happy about the many nice shady spots. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you need to cook simple things. there is also plenty of storage space for groceries or personal items. The bathroom is spacious and very nice. Everything was very clean and the flat is lovingly and cosily furnished. We would book again in a heartbeat and hope it's not the last time we stay there.

Beautiful house in the hills. Absolut privat place with a clean and modern house. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything to start in the holiday's. The large terasse is covered and perfect for a beautiful evening. With bike or car you can reach the city in 2 minutes. The marina has a variety of restaurants and bars directly at the sea.

We had a really wonderful stay at Petra’s house. Everything was as described, clean and super beautiful. The communication was proactive and very friendly. We really enjoyed our stay and hopefully will be back :)

Marta and her husband are true loves. We had a car breakdown and our vehicle remained immobilized on the island. They drove us shopping, brought us back to the boat. They were very helpful with the garage. Very accommodating. Regarding the listing, it is as described. It is pleasant, well-equipped. The view is splendid. Access to the freshwater swimming pool, sea and sea are very easy. Thank you so much for everything. We will be back again.

Filippo's accommodation was as described…Beautiful view, sometimes even dolphins visible from the terrace! Since our stay took place at the end of May, it was very quiet, the pool facilities and restaurants were still closed, but Filippo had already informed us and we enjoyed the quiet of the pre-season/nature! The accommodation was clean and everything was at our disposal. The way to the sea is easily accessible on foot in 5 minutes.... A beautiful beach awaits you!!! A car is definitely an advantage to explore Elba, as the accommodation is rather remote, but that did not bother us as it is located in a beautiful natural area. The accommodation is also well suited for dogs, and the beach is great for dogs! We had a wonderful time and can only recommend this accommodation!!!

The apartment is nicely located, overlooking the sea! There are also several pools in the complex, but they are only accessible from June 1st, was no problem...we went to the sea. The kitchen is equipped with the essentials, you can prepare small meals well.

I've spent 10 days of relax with my family, we had great time, the place is very quiet and relaxing. Very clean and tidy. Air conditioned helped us in the hottest days. It's very convenient to the sea, although we spent our days of holiday by the pool. Highly recommended!!!

We had a wonderful time at Villa Bacci! The house and especially the phenomenal view are unique. A place where you can switch off and spend time with friends and family. The pool makes the house even more amazing. We will be happy to come back.
