The place is as described in a posting. The apartment is very clean. It is near the beach and a grocery store is near by.

Beautiful and spacious apartment within a minute walking distance of the beach and shops and restaurants. With a private parking space 50 meters away. The two beach beds (including !!) complete it. Carlotta is a thoughtful host who communicates well and responds very quickly. In short: recommended.

A very comfortable place to stay. We utilised the garden and it was great to have that space. Beds were very comfortable. Maybe extra pillows and wine glasses would be a nice addition. Also more detailed instructions regarding heating, bins would be useful. That said, no complaints at all. We had a great stay.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

We felt right at home upon arrival, everything was very clean and tidy and our little dog also had enough space. The balconies offer a wonderful view of the sea or the harbor. There are great restaurants around the accommodation and on the other side of the harbor you can walk along the promenade and stop at bars and cafes. There are also plenty of dog-friendly beaches and people. We would book the accommodation again at any time and definitely recommend it!

Stayed here for 5 days during the Imola Grand Prix F1. We had a lovely stay! Really enjoyed it! Place was really clean and spacious and had all the amenities. Really well catered for and helpful for my baby and toddler. Giacomina was amazing and very helpful and responsive and answered quickly and made the whole experience quick and easy! Location is great ! The beach was beautiful and we managed to have a few days enjoying some quiet time off season on the beach and the play areas are amazing for kids! Would definitely stay again! The host responded quickly to questions we had about transportation, etc. Unfortunately, the accident happened during our trip and we needed to visit the hospital. The host gave us advice about hospitals, how to get there and was genuinely caring. Thank you for the loan of your apartment, we had great days on the beach in Sottomarina, strolled in Chioggia and experienced Venice. Tip: if you are in Sottomarina for several days, we recommend that you rent a bike as a guest to easily get around the area.

We stayed two nights for a beach volleyball tournament. There were 6 of us, the house matches the description and is comfortable with a really nice outdoor terrace. The host was very kind and helpful. Highly recommended.

Beautiful place, nice atmosphere at the pool! Nicoletta and the family are very welcoming and great company. Flat is a little difficult to keep cool in great heat. But the fans provided were very silent and good to be used during the night. However, we spend most of our time outside, at the pool, in the water, and drinking coffee at the bar ;)

There were five of us as a family with 3 teenagers in the beautiful accommodation. We lacked nothing, were received very nicely in the office, we were shown everything and we got a lot of tips. The house is friendly bright and completely sufficient for 5 people. The pool and the sea are reached after a few meters, the private beach is well maintained and equipped with sunbeds and parasol. Restaurants and beach bars (more often with live music in the evening) are close by. Excursions around the Po Delta or Venice are super doable. However, we used the beach most of the time. All in all, it was a very successful holiday that we will be very happy to remember. Grazie!

We had the pleasure of staying in a newly renovated, beautiful and spacious apartment. The apartment is not only very clean, but also extremely comfortably furnished, so you immediately feel at home. Particularly noteworthy is the great location – within walking distance to the beach, which is perfect for beach lovers. The connection to the city and all important facilities is also excellent. The landlady was always easily accessible and very helpful with any questions or concerns, which made the entire stay very pleasant. All in all, I can highly recommend this apartment. It meets all expectations of comfort, cleanliness and a perfect location to the beach!

I was able to rest, and in a minute you're on the beach. They accept the dog, which is very important. On Thursday morning, you can visit the Chioggia market for about ten kilometers away.

We were guests at Tiziana's for a week, the accommodation is perfect with a dog, the sea is just a few minutes' walk away, the area is very nice and there are many great restaurants nearby. Tiziana is a great hostess, was always immediately available and always helpful. I can only recommend everyone to take a break with her and enjoy the area and the accommodation!

Had a great holiday at Villa Mariella! The villas are located in a very nice, private environment, there is a beautiful well maintained garden and a nice, clean swimming pool. The villas are very close to the beach. The beach is for a fee but you get a fixed place with an umbrella and two sunbeds. The beach is also clean and tidy. It is also very nice that you can use the bikes for the holes. The city center is easily accessible by bike but also on foot. The hosts are very nice and polite. Had very nice contact.

Stayed at Mara's place for three days. Lovely location of the house, a couple of minutes to the beaches, a lot of good restaurants around. Very nice, clean apartment, with nice renovation. There was everything you need for life. Mara was a very kind person, helped with our problem. We recommend

I stayed for 6 days in this beautiful apartment. All new. Beautiful location. The terrace overlooking the sea was very popular as it was very cool and ventilated. Fresh apartment with all the amenities. The sea is a 5-minute walk away, where you will find excellent restaurants and a beautiful pedestrian area for long walks. Private parking at the back, closed by a bar. From the parking lot, you can directly reach the apartment with an elevator without having to take a single step. Highly recommended! The Host Roberta is very kind and available for any advice or need! We will definitely be back!

Silvia is a wonderful host. He personally welcomed us, and gave us a small briefing on the various provisions of the house (for example, the days on which they collect the garbage, the keys to be used to open the gate, etc.) The apartment is very nice, and it has a very large balcony/terrace facing the sea (in front of the Globus Beach bathroom). The window overlooking the sea is a sight to behold😍

There were 5 of us (3 children) in the apartment and we felt very comfortable. Everything necessary was available and it was very clean. A 3rd extra bed was even set up in a bedroom so that no one had to sleep on the sofa. The free beach at No. 16 is quite clean and within walking distance. A good selection of shops and restaurants are within walking distance, the nearest large supermarket is about 12 minutes by car. The air conditioning is quite economical at normal temperatures (50 cents per kWh). We had a lovely week there.

Nice apartment in a fantastic location adjacent to the Piazza Kennedy. The host is very responsive but please make sure to ask for the second pair of keys if you’re in a larger group.
