If you want to feel like you are on your own private Royal getaway and enjoy close and easy car access to Venice, Padua, Verona and all the quaint little villages, like Aqua Petraca near Monselice, or if you simply want to enjoy a dip in the private spa waters, or natural thermal springs, this is the place to relax, so look no more. Just wonderful. Fabio is a warm and chill host, the house is huge and clean. We felt comfortable and had shops, the beach and a nice neighborhood right next to us. Close to Rimini as well if you come by car (big garage). I have nothing other to say other than perfect! Thank you again Fabio for everything :) <3

We had a wonderful time staying in Cristina’s loft. The garden, lovingly cared for by Giuseppe, is absolutely beautiful and was a true highlight of our stay. The surroundings are well worth exploring — full of charm and cultural treasures. Most mornings we started the day with a run through the peaceful landscape, followed by a refreshing swim in the pool. There is so much to see and do in the area, both in nature and in terms of culture. We can wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for a special and relaxing stay.

We had a very joyful stay, host was friendly from the moment we arrived till the moment we left. Loved all the animals and the beautiful scenery. Breakfast was very tasty and fresh. Communication was very easy and we felt right at home.

This was our fourth time at the Cristallo Rimini and we're already looking forward to the fifth one. Great place, convieniently located near the beach, you get the best of both worlds: the privacy and cosiness of a full 2-story appartement (with 3 balconies!) and all the services of a Luxury hotel! What can you ask for more? They have a great family owned (breakfast and dinner) and operated restaurant on premises with daily changing menus for dinner. You almost feel in the family. Thank you for everything!

We spent four wonderful days in Nicola’s house as a group of four and absolutely loved it. The house was exactly as shown in the pictures – clean, comfortable, and very well equipped, with two fully stocked kitchens and plenty of space for everyone. The rooftop terrace was a highlight – perfect for morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening. Although we didn’t meet Nicola in person, communication was excellent throughout. He responded very quickly to all messages, and both check-in and check-out were smooth and flexible, which we really appreciated. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting the area. Thank you, Nicola!

The owners showed incredible availability, as well as a kindness that is not always found. They were also very patient and helpful with unforeseen events and organizational changes communicated at short notice. We found the house comfortable, clean and welcoming. We were provided with services and amenities of all kinds (full fridge, lots of food for breakfast), and we were also accompanied from the station to the house and from the house to the station. I thank them again very much and I will definitely return to them on any other occasion when I need to sleep near Bologna. Thank you

Beatrice is a very friendly and helpful host. The area and location of the apartment is great. Beach is within walking distance and restaurants are around the corner. We had a great time and it is definitely recommended. We would definitely come back here.

You can stay in a historic house full of character, located in the most beautiful part of Rimini—right in the heart of life. Surrounded by wonderful restaurants, you can enjoy the vibrant atmosphere just outside your door, with two chairs at the entrance while your child sleeps peacefully inside. You won’t miss a moment of life. I highly recommend it to everyone.

We only stayed one night but had a great experience. It’s a quiet residential neighborhood. Andrea was helpful as was his neighbor.

A dream, to stay right across from the Venetian Lagoon and just down the street from beach access. The studio is perfect. The shower was great. I was so happy to have a washing machine. I had to Google how to use it, lol, but it was easy once I understood it. The bed was very comfortable and warm. The kitchen had everything you needed, including a big bottle of water in the refrigerator. Davide’s parents were so very kind to me. I appreciated their warm welcome and goodbye. The walls are thin, but it wasn’t unsettling or constant noise.

We had a great time! The house is welcoming and true to description. The garden is beautiful, perfect for relaxing and letting the kids play - our girls had a lot of fun. The area is quiet but comfortable, with great restaurants nearby and easily accessible by car. Filippo was always very kind and accurate in his communications, and the person who welcomed us was also helpful and friendly. Part of the house was a little damp, but nothing problematic, considering the Po Delta area. We had cool days and the heating, although not programmable, worked well; in the bathroom there is a heater that did its duty. In general, a very pleasant stay: I would go back without hesitation. Absolutely recommended!

we stayed here for a small relaxing vacation with our dog Kora, Francesco and Pamide were immediately very kind and friendly even with our dog!! Always ready to respond to our every need during our stay, also in giving us directions on places to visit and in providing us with directions to great bars and restaurants in the area. The house was clean, with a nice large terrace, and equipped with every comfort!Very close to the sea and all the facilities we needed! We practically never used the car! What to say... they made us feel at home!! Thank you!!!

Some information for future visitors: I would definitely not recommend to travel by train to the appartment. It is up the hill and the roads are steep, but easily manageable with low speeds with our car. The entry is the one with the gate. Stefano was a great host. He welcomed us in person and showed us everything important. It was an amazing visit! The photos are realistic, everything was as depicted.

This was a very quiet and comfortable place in a beautiful setting. We shared the entire location with the hosts and a second accommodation. Enough privacy. Great pool that was big enough for the kids. We had a very spacious house with a private outdoor table. The kitchen was very well equipped. We cooked several times at home. In the village at 10 minutes there is a supermarket with all you need. The place is rather isolated, you need a car to get around. Gabriela suggested to leave the car in Castel Bolognese, at 30 minutes by car, park it for free and travel by train to Ravenna or Bologna. That is just 30-40 minutes and saves you the hassle with parking or Zona Limitada restrictions in the Italian cities. We did not go to Firenze that is about 1.5-2 hours by car. Conclusion: great rural hide out with all luxury and privacy. We have seen many cyclists on the mountain roads. Supposedly therefore a good location also for cyclists or motorcycle enthusiasts to enjoy this region.

We stayed as a family in Andrea's beautiful place to stay - a couple with baby, a couple without a child and a grandparent couple, so 6 adults. We had more than enough space and were received very warmly. Apartment, garden and pool were great and we were able to relax well. We particularly enjoyed the oversized table where we always ate. The view is amazing and everything was absolutely clean and well maintained. We experienced Andrea and Alina as very warm and accommodating. We would come back.

A very nice apartment in a very quiet area with great views of the small town and nature. The rooms were all very clean and was equipped with everything you need. There is a train station very close, but it is recommended to go to the city next door, as the trains also arrive on time. The hosts were also very friendly and helpful.

I had a long stay at scarlet's place. it has everything you need. the supermarket ist about 10min walk. the surrounding is quiet and peaceful. you are also close to green fields for a hike, if you are sportive. The listing is further a way from Forli city center. There is a bus line about 5-10 min walk away which brings you right to the city. it is pretty reliable and comes about every 15-20 min, so even if you are not there with your own car, it's absolutely fine. Scarlet does have 4 dogs. They are small and really well-behaved. There is the occasional barking at other dogs, as dogs do, but they are small cuties. So even if you are not a dog person, it'll be fine. All in all, I can definitely recommend this place. Scarlet is always responsive and quickly attends to your needs.

We really love this house and the master is so friendly to talk. The house has a big yard and swimming pool, the whole apartment clean as new house. We really enjoy the time here.
