This house is wonderful. I don't think the photos do it justice. It's actually much better. It is beautiful, it is tastefully decorated with great attention to detail and everything is designed with the needs of the guests in mind. Everything in the house makes you remember the sea. It's equipped with everything you need in every aspect, especially in the kitchen. The porch is impressive, it's an oasis to relax, read for a while, have conversations or make dinners. For me, it's the best part of the house. In addition, Stefano and Luigi are super friendly, they were always helpful to us, they gave us suggestions for places and restaurants to go to, and they showed initiative. Super happy with them and the house. I would definitely stay here again. 100% recommended.

It was an absolute pleasure to spend a month in their beautiful villa. They are lovely and very helpful hosts. We will definitely come back.

We loved the property. Sophia was a perfect host. When we forgot our home keys, she made sure we collect them without a problem. If we can we want to come back with our friends to enjoy this beautiful farm house during summer. It would be perfect for 3-4 families as a base.

A stunning appartment with everything you need for a short stay. The little treats that were left for us was a lovely surprise. The appartment is in a peaceful location and made a great place to explore the coastline and enjoy the beaches in the area. Cesare was a great host - very responsive - and we appreciated his call to check that we were happy with the appartment and he provided lots of suggestions for things to do in the area. We felt totally at home in the appartment and particularly enjoyed coming home after a day out to enjoy the views from the terrace.

Really nice apartment with spectacular sea views. Large well equipped terraces., very comfortable beds and a great bathroom. Short walk to bars and restaurants, super clean, super friendly - would happily stay again!

Marinella is a really kind host, responsive in her communications and available to give advice. The little house had everything you needed, we stayed comfortably for 11 days. Once the gate is closed, the privacy of the view is total, a great advantage considering the fantastic outdoor shower. The air conditioner in the bedroom is perfect, kept at the mime of power becomes quiet and allows you to sleep peacefully. We wanted to disconnect, but it should be noted that inside the phone signal is almost absent and out, especially during the hours when the beaches fill up and the cells are very busy. Marinella gave us some wifi that worked well from the table outside. :) For the rest there is little to say, the location so close to the beach is priceless, you can go to the sea, go home for lunch or stay in the pine forest in front, all with a 3-minute walk. Highly recommended!

We stayed here for 5 nights after a change in travel plans. Ideally located about 10 mins from the station and in a quiet part of the historic city. We used the roof terrace every day when it wasn’t too hot/in the morning shade. Great communication, and accommodating when we had to change our arrival day and arrive later. Comfortable bed and lovely wet room. Hot water took a few minutes to come through but otherwise a nice shower. Lecce is the perfect place to explore the surrounding areas; we used the local bus service twice, to Porto Cesareo and Otranto and it was around €12 return for 2 of us. Get tickets from the machine in the train station and the bus stop is nearby. We really enjoyed our stay

The house is at the border of Castro on the litorale, surrounded by olive trees. It is very private and spacious. The view is amazing. The sea and restaurants are within walking distance. The house has everything and is extremely spacious, we really liked it. Ornella and her husband are very kind and very helpful, they even picked us up from the supermarket. We would definetly recommend it!

giuliana's apartment has been written a lot. That's why I just want to add a few things that can help you decide if this is the right apartment. Basically it is a nice apartment, especially the outdoor area with pool and trees is wonderful. Communication with Giuliana was also excellent. Things to note: - The apartment is relatively shaded, in summer an advantage, rather too dark in October, as the terrace is also in the shade. - For two people, the apartment is optimal, four people are rather inconvenient. The guest couch may be fine for children, for adults and not recommended for several days, especially because the couch is a walk-through room. - It is also a pity that there is only one bistro table within the apartment and not a normal one, which is due to the size of the apartment and also works for 4 people. It's not really cozy, though.

Luigi’s house was surrounded by a beautiful landscape with many fruit and olive trees. The location is great! Just a few minutes' drive from the supermarket, town and beaches, yet in a quiet location. In one week we only met two walkers and the farmer. The terrace provides plenty of shade thanks to its bamboo roof. Luigi's other houses are situated and built in such a way that you can still enjoy plenty of privacy without noticing your neighbors. A highlight was the garden shower, which also has hot water if you decide to take a shower under the stars in the evening. We also enjoyed using the barbecue to try the local fish. Communication with Luigi was great. He gave us lots of tips and information about the surrounding area, restaurants and beaches. He is a very nice and helpful host. We recommend Luigi’s accommodation!

We were charmed by this little corner of heaven. Comfortable bed, immaculate space, functional for cooking and perfect for relaxing outside. We appreciated the availability of the bikes since the village is very close. Andrea gave us excellent suggestions for restaurants.

The apartment is immaculately clean, very spacious and very well appointed. Bed linen and mattresses are great, like in an expensive hotel . All kitchen appliances worked. Thank you so much. We were very pleased.

Wonderful stay in the heart of Nardò The building is centrally located in the city center of Nardò - shopping and everything you need for your daily needs can be found in the immediate vicinity. The apartment itself is located in the attic and is very well maintained and clean. The spacious roof terrace is particularly impressive, where you can enjoy the sunset in the evening. We were warmly received by Benedetta and her dear daughter and immediately felt welcome. Benedetta is a fantastic host – always available, helpful and full of good recommendations for excursions, restaurants and beaches in the area. The location of the accommodation is ideal for quickly reaching the fantastic beaches of Salento and the sights of the region. We can recommend the B&B without reservation and are already looking forward to our next stay🇮🇹❤️

Fantastic. The apartment is clean and modern and host Stefania is very friendly and helpful. She is willing to answer all your questions and give extra information about the city. For us as users of the public transport the location is perfect. The train station is a fifteen minute walk. Within ten minutes you are in center of Lecce where you can view the beautiful city and enjoy all the delicious food that the region has to offer. The apartment itself is large with a separate bedroom and spacious areas to eat and sit comfortably. There is a small kitchen and a corner with a coffee maker, a kettle and a toaster. We were very curious about the private pool but it exceeded all our expectations! It's nice to cool off on hot day but it is even big enough for swimming a few small laps. The terrace is spacious, really private and has morning sun. The region has a lot to offer and we certainly didn't get bored in a week. So there is a good chance that we will return to this apartment!

We have been travelling to Italy for years - and this is one of the greatest apartments we have ever stayed in. Unlike in many other flats, everything in Ulrike’s place is exceptional: the design which is vintage yet timeless, spotless standard of hygiene and little things that make you feel welcomed. Ulrike prepared small welcome and goodbye gifts and was ready to answer all of our questions. The view from the apartment is wonderful and gives you an opportunity to rest from the sun. The flat is located in the very heart of Nardo: the town is lively and wonderful, yet the apartment is very quiet. It is also sunny and spacious, we will definitely return! ❤
