We really enjoyed our stay at Cuckoo Barn. Roz was very welcoming and the cottage was lovely and comfortable, very clean and had all the necessities we needed. The view and location were great with a lovely walk very close by. Especially liked the log burner and the very comfy bed. We hope to return and highly recommend.

We had a fabulous stay at Sara’s place and felt right at home from the minute we arrived. It was a great location for short distance driving to Knockhatch Adventure Park and also to get into Hastings for the day. The attention to detail in The Stables was just lovely - everything has been carefully thought about and parking right outside too. The beds were super comfy and we wish we could’ve have stayed longer. Sara and Simon were great hosts - we couldn’t recommend highly enough!!

So lovely was The Piggery we didn’t want to leave! In a beautiful rural setting this cute cottage had everything we needed for a week’s holiday exploring East Sussex, we were so comfortable and our little dog loved the garden.

Nestled in the South Downs, a few miles north of Brighton, in a quintessential English village, We found The Granary, here to spend some time with our adult children and grandchildren. The house is absolutely gorgeous, the kitchen is huge and well equipped, but the star is the lounge, high ceilings with oak beams. But the house is only part of the story, stroll around the beautiful, extensive grounds you will feel like lord and lady of the manor!

Just had a wonderful, peaceful stay at The Barn. The Barn was bigger than we expected and we were very comfortable with 2 sofas and an 8 seater dining table. I loved being able to sit at the kitchen bar and watch my partner cook for us! I also really loved being able to sit in the garden and at the huge patio window watching the birds. The lighting was fully adjustable so perfect to meet everyone's needs. The shower was ample and option of different types of water power so perfect for both myself and my partner. Communication and information was perfect with instructions in writing and pictures! Very well appointed and we didn't need to ask for anything as it was all provided or thought of! Very impressive. Thank you so much for an easy, relaxing stay. Just wonderful.

The place is absolutely wonderful. It has all the amenities you wish for. A great outdoor space to have breakfast, lunch or dinner during the summertime. We felt right at home at this peaceful rural retreat. And Hillary is easy to communicate with.

We had the most wonderful stay at Lotties! Everything was perfect and we hope to return in the future. The beds were a great size and extremely comfortable, super showers , everything you could need in the kitchen. Everything was top notch and the setting incredibly peaceful. Really beautiful spot, gorgeously decorated and in a wonderful setting - loved having the sheep and cows right outside the windows! Charlotte was so helpful even providing a high chair that we needed and sending some recommendations. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking in and the beds were super comfy with lovely linens. The perfect spot to explore from.

We had a wonderful stay & were made to feel welcome & comfortable. Bread, milk, granola & marmalade were lovely touches. Lovely furnishes, kitchen & bathroom. Our 2 dogs were very welcome aswell, stunning walks as soon as you open the stable style door, fantastic scenery & farm land. We visited the Rose & Crown twice for yummy food with excellent service & dog friendly. For us this was the perfect stay, thank you xx

What a stunning property it is! We spent a great time here. It is easy to find when you follow the instructions. Thanks Eddie for the welcome gift, it made us feel like we’re home. The communication is great, Eddie replies the message promptly, even in the evening when we got issue with the toilet. We appreciate what Eddie has done! Highly recommend the Coach House to others travellers.

We loved our stay in this unusual property set in such a beautiful location. Gordon and Marya were great hosts. Very friendly and responsive if we needed something but respected our privacy at the same time. It was easy to find and was exactly what was described in the listing. Our dog felt at home and settled quickly and loved the beach walks and discovering the South Downs. Thank you for making us feel so at home.

My family and I had a delightful stay. Joanna was the warmest host and we loved our long weekend in the beautiful barn conversion, complete with log burner fire, comfortable amenities and all set in very beautiful rural surroundings. Loved our stay at the cottage ! we all thought it was better and bigger than the photos make out, it was well kitted out with all we needed to cook, and Amanda left some lovely fresh eggs from her chickens! would stay again!

Delightful place to stay - hidden in a beautiful valley with lots of lovely tracks and footpaths to explore. Great building - lovely to spend time in and a nice patio area to enjoy the outside for meals. BBQ also available.

Clean, cozy, comfortable! The Cow Shed is a delight, tucked away down a country lane and surrounded by nature. We enjoyed waking up to the birds and light streaming in each morning (although there were of course curtains, should you wish to sleep in!), and in the afternoon watching the cows mill about the field. The house is well fitted out with essentials and we found everything we needed for cooking, ironing, and the like. It is a short drive into Tunbridge Wells town centre. Caroline is also a lovely host and responded quickly to any questions that we had. We would happily stay here again!

Janet’s place was great. Really comfortable and had everything you could need. It was very well designed and thought out, perfectly clean and really cosy. I would not hesitate to stay again if in the area and would recommend it to anyone. Thanks for a brilliant stay.

Pretty, cosy cottage in a small nest of converted, wood-clad farm buildings off the beaten track in deepest Sussex. Compact-but-cute bedrooms, attractive living area with sofas and well-equipped kitchen, small gardens front and rear. Local pubs a short drive away. Communication was excellent and speedy. We loved our stay at The Old Dairy, located in a picturesque part of the Surry Hills. Gill is a warm and helpful host and the accommodation was clean and comfortable. Lots to do in the area, beautiful walking trails, ideal for families. Would stay here again!

Fantastic place to stay and we’d definitely stay here again. Very clean and well stocked with amenities. The barn is on a farm which itself is lovely. Sheep and horses very friendly, as was Andrew :-).

Just stayed here with my elderly mother. She really enjoyed it, everything ran smoothly and Susan was pleasant when we had a brief chat. We didn’t need any assistance with anything as all was clear and as expected.

Laura was so friendly and we loved staying in her Airbnb. The property was surrounded by beatific greenery, it was the perfect getaway from London’s city bustle. The room was super cosy with luxurious finishes. I highly recommend this place and would stay here again! :)
