Beach house holiday rentals in Lewes

We had a wonderful stay at Abubakar’s place. It was relaxing but had the right amount of opportunities for entertainment. The natural setting was beautiful - we walked to the beach and viewed migrating horseshoe crabs and the accompanying shorebirds. (The insects were in full force this time of year, so we did cover up well. )The screened in porch was a perfect place for enjoying the sights and sounds. We took advantage of the ping pong tables,bicycles and big screen tv. The local pickleball courts are within biking distance and we enjoyed a few games. Great host and property. We hope to return!

Deborah’s place was exactly as described! Very clean and she answered my questions quickly. It is very peaceful and private, which is exactly what we were looking for.

We had a lovely time at this bayfront home! The views from the balconies were amazing. The house was very very clean and had everything we needed. Host answered our questions and had helpful communications. We hope to visit again soon!

Well equipped house within very short walking distance to quite, private beach. Great amenities -- including bikes, kayak and paddle board. Private beach was gorgeous and very dog friendly, water was calm and shallow. Short driving distance to Lewes for great food, including terrific crabs.

Beautiful spot! Great location, close to all the happenings of Ocean City, but peaceful and quiet at the house…perfect set up. Great neighborhood. The house is beautiful, all the beds very comfortable. The back deck is gorgeous, thoroughly enjoyed that space and taking the kayaks out on the canal! It’s worth bringing your own linens and towels, we packed everything into a large tote and it worked out perfectly. Very responsive and friendly host! We had a great time here and plan to return. Highly recommend!

Fantastic beach getaway. The home was clean and comfortable with extra room even bigger than the pictures. The views were spectacular and the deck actually is accessible from so many places. The directions for keyless entry were clear, but when I wasn’t understanding them the hosts responded immediately and we got in within moments. Comfortable beds and plenty of things in the kitchen - can opener, coffee maker and wine opener as well as things like cutting board and baking sheets. Fridge is huge and there’s tons of ice. Definitely would recommend.

We loved our time. The house and views are incredible. Big bedrooms with lots of space. Unfortunate first morning with lots of construction noise going on early through most of the day, but thankfully no work was done over the weekend. Janna was incredibly responsive and got the ice machine working for us fast. All in all a beautiful property for a long weekend with family. Thanks again Janna.

We decided last minute to travel over Memorial Day weekend. We were fortunate to find Katie's place open for a few days. She is a very responsive host. Home was very clean and as listed. We were able to bring our dog and found her property to be very dog friendly. Peaceful location just a short walk to the bay. Perfect for small family with pet. Close to all Cape May has to offer.

A wonderful stay. The residence and outdoor area are exactly as shown and both were clean and comfortable. Having access to an outdoor fridge was an added bonus! Great location just blocks from the bay (the sunsets were spectacular!). Quick access to shops and restaurants was a plus. Hosts were great to work with and quickly responded to any inquiries - even checked back to confirm we were all set!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay in Mike’s home in Lewes. From the moment we booked, Mike went above and beyond with clear and thoughtful instructions, and his recommendations for local amenities and town highlights were incredibly helpful. The house itself was spotless, cozy, and truly felt like a home away from home. I’ve honestly never slept better—everything about the space made us feel instantly comfortable and relaxed. Mike also stocked the house with so many thoughtful touches that made our stay even easier: cleaning supplies, basic cooking essentials like oils and spices, plenty of paper products, and even Pyrex storage containers. These were meaningful extras that made a big difference. I cannot wait to stay here again—it was a perfect getaway in every sense!

Dave’s place was nothing short of phenomenal. I’ve stayed at many an Airbnb and have never had such a pristine experience along with a host that was bending over backwards. I don’t think I waited more than 10 minutes for a response from Dave when I had a question. The location is at the top of cape may with beautiful scenery in the front and total privacy in the back. I can’t encourage people enough to stay here! It was perfect.

Lynn and Brian’s house was amazing. It was perfect for our large group! The house had everything we needed and more. The hot tub and outdoor area were a huge plus! The house was very clean and they supplied us with sheets and towels which was a huge help. Brian was very responsive and super easy to communicate with. Couldn’t have asked for a better house or hosts!

We have stayed here many times & wouldn't consider any place else. The home is very well furnished. The kitchen is very well supplied. It is minutes from Lewes, Rehoboth Beach, and Delaware State Parks and provides a very large swimming pool + hot tub. And you can't beat it for privacy which is very important to our large family. I'd give then place more stars if they were available.

Linda was so friendly and responsive to all my questions. Her place is absolutely beautiful, clean, close to the beach and shopping outlets. It felt like home away from home. She thought about every need for her guests, even having bike available! This was my first time booking an Airbnb and the experience will absolutely make me a returning customer.

Danielle’s place was just awesome. From the minute we walked in we felt right at home. Very spacious, bright and just lovely overall! The kitchen had everything that you could dream of. Whenever we thought, oh we need this and that, it was right there. The sunroom is a dream to enjoy your morning coffee or afternoon drink. The bedrooms upstairs are spacious, very comfortable and the bathrooms had all amenities that you needed. We didn’t really use the backyard due to the weather but I am convinced that you will have a great time outdoors if the temperatures are right!! We will definitely try to come back!! Thank you!!!

This place was amazing! The decor was wonderful, so cool and eclectic! My aunt, cousin, and I stayed for 3 nights and were happy and comfortable, it was a fun girls trip. The kitchen was stocked with everything you could need and very clean. Bathrooms were super cool and both had walk in showers. The location was great, only a few minutes from downtown Cape May. My cousin enjoyed staying in the backyard bedroom, its was very cute an comfy. We also enjoyed the firepit in the evenings. Teresa had a great guidebook, and we took her up on several of her suggestions. Cape May is a fun town and the beautiful Victorian homes are not to be missed. I suggest the Historic trolley tour. All in all, this was a wonderful stay and would 100% stay again!

Our family had a great stay here for our weekend. Would definitely look to stay here in the future!

Had a great experience at the house. Recently renovated and a good amount of space for our family. The view looking out over the river was very nice. The outdoor space seemed well appointed but with the weather we weren't able to use it much. They also had child sized plasticware for us to use which was appreciated. Furniture was all comfortable. Host was very responsive and helpful with good recommendations. We're already thinking about coming back next year!

Perfect in every way for our family. Incredible views of Delaware Bay and easy beach access for our annual bird watching trip. Dupont Nature Center 2 minutes away. Karen is a great host and responded quickly to all communication. Great kitchen. Will definitely return next year.

Upon entering Brenda's delightful cottage we were greeted by the warmth, coziness, and spotless interior of a wonderful beach house! The rooms were exactly as advertised, and the fenced in backyard was perfect for our golden doodle to romp. What an added luxury the Salt Shack is! We did not use it, but I'm sure in warmer weather the enclosed space and covered patio would be thoroughly enjoyed. Brenda thought of all details as far as incidentals and amenities in the cottage from the treats on the dining room table (which our grandsons enjoyed, thank you), to the towels, linens, and toiletries. Everything was well marked and easy to find. The notebook was also appreciated. We had a wonderful family celebratory weekend in Lewes, and Brenda's charming cottage was definitely the icing on the cake!! We would absolutely return.

My family and I stayed for 5 days and 4 nights. It was gorgeous property, with everything that we needed and more. The hosts instructions were very thorough and answered questions that I didn’t even know I had yet! They were proactive with their communication and touched base before we left for vacation and wished us safe travels. The views were breathtaking. The property was bright, clean and organized. We felt right at home. My only regret is that we weren’t able to stay longer.

Nice house in a clean and beautiful area. I recommend this property for whoever is interested in staying in Rehoboth.

Moms weekend with our daughters was awesome. The house was clean and comfortable. Really thoughtful touches such as a first aid kit, and over the counter meds. I have never seen that in any AirBNB. Outlet shopping and nice restaurants were close. An all around good time had by all.🍸

We stayed at Cindy’s townhouse this weekend and had an amazing time. It was raining and cold all weekend so we couldn’t really enjoy most of what Lewes has to offer and spent most of the weekend indoors. This was the perfect home for a cozy weekend indoors! The house was spotless, smelled fresh, and more spacious than the pictures gave credit. There are two living rooms (one upstairs and down), stocked with books and games for kids (which ours fully utilized!) The home is brand new, with great high quality features. The bedding felt luxurious from the pillows, sheets to comforters. Kitchen was fully stocked too. No complaints! Everyone in our party was impressed and would definitely rent here again!
