Appartement idéalement placé à côté de tous les commerces, de la gare et des cinq terres. Mirco est super sympa il sera toujours disponible pour vous et l appartement est idéal pour un couple il y a tout ce qu’il faut. Petit plus pour la petite cour intérieur au calme. À recommander sans hésiter.

Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und gepflegt. Jedes Schlafzimmer verfügte über ein eigenes Badezimmer und eine Klimaanlage. Die Küche war gut ausgestattet und eignete sich zum Kochen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grossartige Infinity-Pool mit einer atemberaubender Aussicht. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist sehr ruhig und idyllisch. Der Strand und der Bahnhof sind etwa 15 Minuten entfernt, allerdings ist der Weg dorthin steil und mit vielen Treppenstufen verbunden. Die Zufahrt zum Airbnb erfolgt über einen schmalen Weg, der mit dem Auto erreichbar ist, jedoch nicht für tiefgelegte Fahrzeuge geeignet ist. Alles in allem waren wir sehr zufrieden und hatten unvergessliche Ferien. Wir können die Unterkunft nur weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Questa è la terza volta che siamo da Maria Cristina e Elisa. Sempre perfetto! Questa volta eravamo in 5 ma siamo venuti anche in coppia, soli con il cane, etc. è proprio un Oasis di relax, con buone viste e privacy. Vorremo venire al meno una volta al mese! La casa al interno è bella, ha tutti i dettagli per farla diventare una casa propria.

Accueil très pro et explications claires, et en français ! Maison très au calme; tout est bien pensé. Très réactive dès qu'elle reçoit un message. Très bonne adresse. Vélos à disposition avec cadenas. Proche de la gare à vélo.

Magnifique logement dans un endroit splendide ! Une hôte attentionnée et d'une très grande gentillesse ! La literie est super confortable et le logement est comme sur les photos. Le petit déjeuner est génial ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés !

Wow! One of the most wonderful Airbnb I had the pleasure to stay in all my travels around the world. The view on the ocean from the terrace was stunning. We spent hours there just looking at the sea. Everything in the house is tastefully organized. Lola was so friendly and welcoming, she is a really nice host. I’m hoping to return and spend more time to explore the area.

Le logement de Cinzia est conforme à la description, il ne manque vraiment rien ! La vue est top et les extérieurs aussi (même si la pluie ne nous a pas permis d'en profiter). Pour nous l'accès en voiture a été un peu difficile au début, mais une fois le coup de main pris ça a été plus facile. (la chemin est adapté et en très bon état) Le village de Bonassola est plein de charme, et les alentours vraiment magnifiques. L'accès au 5 terres est très pratique et facile avec le train. La communication avec Cinzia a toujours été facile et rapide et a su s'adapter à nous. Nous conseillons ce logement !

Alessia et Carlo sont des hôtes comme nous aimerions en voir de partout : disponibilité, réactivité, gentillesse, accueil, et serviabilité sont au rendez-vous. Ils sont d'excellent conseils et d'une patience incroyable pour quiconque ne maitrise pas l'italien. La maison est idéalement située à 10 minutes en voiture de La Spézia et Alessia vous donnera tous les bons tuyaux pour se stationner gratuitement près de la gare. Non loin du golf des poètes et de Portovenere, le village de Ricco del Golfo est au calme et avec des commerces de proximités très agréables (pasticeria, cafeteria, restaurant très bon marché) . Quand à la maison, elle est spacieuse, très pratique, bien équipée comme annoncée et propreté irréprochable. Nous avons aimé la proximité immédiate pour les cinque terre, le golf des poètes mais aussi la proximité avec la Toscane car nous avons en effet pu, depuis la maison partir sur la Toscane et visiter Florence Sienne et Pise. As others have said—all of the reviews are spot on! A unique setting in the countryside about 30 minutes drive to Parma on mountain roads, beautiful historic building and grounds (with tastefully updated bathrooms to go with the historic charm, plus even a clothes washer and dryer you can access, a rarity in Italy), and a consummate host in Maria Teresa. Using her knowledge and connections to get personalized tours of smaller local parmigiano and prosciutto factories was a real highlight, and we especially enjoyed the nearby Torrechiara castle as well. The kids loved her animals too. 10/10 stay!

We absolutely loved our stay! The apartment was so cosy, stylish, and full of character—it really felt like a home away from home. The location was perfect: just a short walk to the centre and the train station, which made getting around super easy. We especially appreciated all the helpful info provided about things to do in the area. We walked to Portofino one day (such a beautiful experience!) and took the train to Monterosso for a fantastic day trip. Both were highlights of our time here. Everything about the place made our trip extra special—we’d definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub. Die Unterkunft war wunderschön und es hat bei der Ankunft bereits ein Verpflegungspaket erwartet. Der Pool und der schöne Garten waren perfekt zum entspannen. Die Unterkunft war gut ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet und dekoriert. Luca und Maria waren tolle Gastgeber die immer erreichbar waren und uns auch viele Tipps für Ausflüge gegeben haben. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

the house was really nice, located on a quiet hillside with no neighbors around, so you had a lot of privacy. It had three clean and beautiful bedrooms, and the house stayed cool during hot weather, which was really refreshing. We even had a friendly cat as a neighbor, and the host, Elisa, was super responsive and helpful. Everything in the kitchen was well-equipped, so cooking was easy and convenient.

Un oasis de paix dans les hauteurs de La Spezia, à seulement 10 minutes de marche de la gare et des Cinque Terre. Le garage privé a été très apprécié. Giorgia était très attentionnée et a bien répondu à toutes nos questions pour rendre votre voyage agréable

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit in der Unterkunft! Die Wohnung war sauber, gemütlich und genauso wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Die Lage war super. Es ruhig, aber dennoch zentral. Der Check-in lief reibungslos, und der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich, gut erreichbar und hilfsbereit bei Fragen. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Vielen Dank für die schöne Zeit!

Location stupenda, isolata dal paese e con vista mare unica. Silenzioso e tranquillo, bello arrivarci dopo una breve camminata ed ammirare il paesaggio.

Everything was absolutely perfect – 10 out of 10! The villa was spotless, cozy, and fully equipped with everything we could possibly need. It was even better than we expected. The host was exceptionally friendly, helpful, and made us feel truly welcome from the very first moment. We couldn’t have asked for a better stay. Highly recommended to anyone looking for a peaceful and comfortable getaway!

This apartment is so beautiful and made us long to live in Levanto permanently. It was so easy to walk to but also close to the train so we could go to other towns. We would recommend Levanto over the other Cinque Terre towns as it was not nearly as touristy but still had many similar restaurants and experiences. Kristi was so nice to us and helped us with check in. Thank you!

We had a fabulous stay at Carolina's flat. She was a tremendous communicator and provided recommendations on things to do and where to eat. The location is central and easily accessible to the Metro and major train stations, making it convenient for traveling up and down the coast. The rooftop provides the best views of Genoa!

Très bel endroit tranquille ! Federica nous a donné quelques petites suggestions hors touristiques. Nous étions à proximité du train afin de visiter les Cinque Terre. Centro convivial, où l’on a dégusté la meilleure pizza au monde à « la picea » et belle découverte côté bar de « Sapori caffè E Cucina ».

Wir hatten 6 tolle Tage in der Unterkunft. Wir reisten als Familie mit 2 Erwachsenen Kindern. Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral in einen schön renovierten Haus mit 4 anderen Wohnungen. Aber man ist sehr seperat. Die Wohnung ist sehr hell, hat ein großes Badezimmer, 2 Schlafzimmer und einen schönen Essbereich mit Küche. Alles war sauber und schön eingerichtet. Die Dachterrasse ist wunderschön! Die Küche ist gut ausgestattet und Supermarkt, Bäcker und Restaurants sind in 3 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Ebenso der Strand! Das Gepäck muss zur Wohnung getragen werden. Wir hatten einen Parkplatz dazu gebucht. Das war sehr hilfreich. Wir haben die ganzen Tage das Auto nicht genutzt und die Gegend zu Fuß und mit dem Zug erkundet. Wir waren begeistert und empfehlen diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall- wenn man kein Problem mir ein paar Treppen hat 😉

2nd time I have stayed here and hope to come back again. Great host who sorted private parking for us. The apartment is in the most perfect location in the heart of the old town yet being on 1st floor private and quiet. We really enjoyed our stay.

L’esperienza alla Torre è stata perfetta! Lola è un’host cordiale e sempre disponibile e ci ha fatti sentire a casa. L’appartamento è impeccabile e unico e al suo interno contiene tutto ciò di cui si può avere bisogno. Si trova in una posizione fantastica a pochi passi dal centro e dal mare, sul quale si affaccia con una splendida vista. Consigliamo a chiunque questo alloggio!

We love this place so much, very beautiful 200 years house with cozy interior, garden and stunning view. Escape from city, picked lemons and vegetables from the garden, cooked meals, we enjoyed living in the place so much. The host was so nice and helpful he recommended lots of good restaurants nearby and beautiful spots to see, would love to comeback again.

Luisella er en utrolig hyggelig vert, pålitelig, hjelpsom og svarte alltid raskt. Hun var også veldig imøtekommende når vi på grunn av streik ved Malpensa-flyplassen måtte dra en dag tidligere enn planlagt. Vi opplevde det veldig autentisk italiensk i Bocadasse, med små fortausrestauranter, isbarer, restauranter og focacciariaer, som omkranser en liten strand der man kan bade gratis, og hvor det er liv og bading til alle døgnets tider. Leiligheten ligger rett ved stranda og er utstyrt med alt du har behov for. Fra Bocadasse er det 3-4 kilometer inn til sentrum/gamlebyen i Genova og det meste av veien kan man gå en strandpromenade. Flere matvarebutikker like i nærheten. En god vert og et nydelig stykke Italia som bare må oppleves!
