Beautifully furnished chalet with wonderful views. The apartment is spacious, superbly equipped and in an absolutely quiet location. The perfect place for a wonderful relaxing vacation. In addition, the host is friendly, helpful and always responsive. We will definitely come back.

I was there with my partner and we found it incredibly beautifully decorated. There was even the possibility to purchase drinks for a very small amount by self-service. We were very pleasantly surprised by the bathroom - very clean, good size and practically furnished. The kitchen was small, but efficiently equipped and you could find a toaster in addition to a coffee machine and kettle, as well as a communal microwave right in the hallway - and otherwise we were very satisfied with the available kitchen utensils. Likewise, the refrigerator, with a small freezer compartment, was a good size and, like the rest, was very clean on arrival. Thanks to the inviting balcony, we could enjoy every meal outside, because the balcony is so well covered that even rain does not bother. Communication with Jana was via messages or in person - she was always very helpful and extremely friendly and was easy to reach with questions.

Great apartment with wonderful mountain views. We were happy to use the sauna and steam room in the basement. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. A coffee maker would have been great. Otherwise, we have nothing to complain about.

The apartment is home from home in an outstanding location. Enjoying breakfast on the balcony taking in the views of the mountains is a must. We were let into the apartment by Anni, Lisa’s Mum, who explained everything and was very helpful. We were delayed arriving so late checking in and this was not a problem. We would highly recommend the property.

We felt very comfortable in Hannes and Martina's accommodation. The check-in went smoothly, we received all the necessary information in advance. The apartment itself was very nicely furnished and really had everything you need. The kitchen was equipped with everything. We even got extra vinegar and oil. We also received many tips for the surrounding area. The accommodation is a few minutes' walk from the center and the train station. A parking space for the car was also right in front of the door. We would definitely stay there again.

Very nice and roomy apartment suitable for longer stays. Shops and restaurants are within walking distance of the apartment (about 15 to 20 minutes walking). Also the garden is available for the guests and it's a great place to wind down and enjoy the sun after a long day of activities. The hosts are very friendly and always quick to respond. 10/10 would recommend to everyone.

We had a wonderful stay! The apartment itself is beautiful, the location is perfect to get into nature and the city and the apartment was also very very clean. We were particularly pleased with the good facilities in the kitchen and the terrace overlooking the mountains. Renate is extremely friendly and accommodating and we were able to enjoy our weekend wonderfully. We couldn't have done better - thank you very much!

Our stay at the apartment was great. The apartment was really clean and beautifully decorated. Communication with the host was quick and he was very friendly. Bettina is a kind and sincere lady who makes sure her guests are comfortably settled in. The amenities and provisions she provided exceeded our expectations like breakfast provisions, baking paper, butter, milk,etc. We are really thankful for that. The apartment is tastefully furnished and we love the balcony and terrace and the environment. Luckily, there was no construction works over the weekend when we were there. The only thing that I want to highlight is that the height of the toilet door from bedroom may be too low for some.

We had a great week in Stephanie's apartment. As a young family with a baby under one year old, we felt completely comfortable from the very first moment. Stephanie was super friendly, always approachable and very communicative – you can tell that she cares about the well-being of her guests. The apartment corresponded 100% to the description – and the pictures absolutely keep what they promise. It is one of the most beautiful apartments we have ever been to: stylishly furnished, very clean and with a magnificent mountain panorama from every window. The location is also ideal – central enough to reach everything on foot: supermarkets for weekly shopping, cable cars and hiking trails start nearby, and in the evening there are many nice restaurants in the area that invite you to linger. We can fully recommend the accommodation – even for families with small children – and are already thinking about coming back next year.

The rental was amazing, spacious, well-equipped, quiet and the view is amazing whether from the accommodation or from the spa. Daniela is a really very welcoming and kind person. It was a real pleasure to stay at Daniela's and I will return without any problems.

Franz and Astrid are very kind and accommodating hosts. We were warmly welcomed and everything was well explained (apartment, pool and sauna). We have received many good tips for activities in the region. In the pine bedroom, you could sleep very well. There were four of us with our two dogs, who also felt very comfortable. The farm is located in a quiet area that invites you to relax. Definitely highly recommended ❤️👍

This is a perfect apartment near Innsbruck with everything you need to have a wonderful time with family and friends. Convenient location (you need a car), beautiful scenery, perfectly clean and prepared for comfort. We were 4 and enjoyed very much the stay!

Christine and Josef are very warm and reliable hosts. They were always there with advice. Good tips and literature for companies! Our 8-year-old daughter was allowed to pet the rabbits and take a look in the barn. The new apartment was provided with loving details.

Great chalet, great lake views. The only drawback of the first floor apartment is the footpath and if you should be lazy on the couch and do not want to be examined by hikers, you have to close the curtains. Otherwise very well located as a hiking starting point. The view from the hot tub leaves nothing to be desired and in the sauna you can relax comfortably.

We felt very comfortable in the apartment. Everything we needed was really there, from towels to the initial equipment for breakfast. Unfortunately, our time in Telfs was quite unpleasant. But after a rainy hike, the sauna and the pool were particularly good.

We had a wonderful two-night stay and wished we could stay longer! The host was nice and quick to respond. The apartment was super clean, cozy, and had an amazing rustic design that made it feel warm and special. It had everything we needed, and the location was perfect. We felt right at home and would love to stay there again!
