Accommodation completely in line with the description. Ultra quiet cottage located at the end of a cul-de-sac. The rooms are large and the bedding is perfect The kitchen is well equipped. Everything is planned, even the board games... And Brice is very easy to reach so everything is perfect for a good stay.

A superb, warm, welcoming house, ideally located, we had a great time! Gérard and Marie Anne are listening, it's great! We'll come back to do kite surfing 😍

Our stay was memorable in large part thanks to Claudie's accommodation. It's a quiet place close to the beach. All amenities are within walking distance and the sea view from the alarm clock is sumptuous. Thank you very much, we highly recommend this accommodation.

Hello Alain- a wonderful holiday in Barcaras has come to an end. As you can see from the rating, everything was great. Marie welcomed us very nicely and looked after us. Thanks to Marie. Since everything was in order in your house, I was very happy to replace the cups so that everything is in order.:-)For us 2 with dog, the house was suitable. Unusual for us Germans, the small bed - but that is in the description. The interior is all top as described. The stairs are very steep, so you should be fit. The location - wow, just great. THE view of the sea and the tranquility. But it was also preseason and nothing was happening. Brioche our dog also gives a thumbs up and heart as a rating. Alain you have found and created a little paradise. Thank you so much for letting us stay with you.

The sea view is really superb and the accommodation is very welcoming with a bright and pleasant stay. Sébastien our host was very nice. Keep in mind that the room is quite small and is on the 4th floor without an elevator. The neighborhood at the back of the building is dynamic with many bars and the unobstructed festive noises can disturb the most sensitive. The experience is positive for us. small villa well equipped for 4 people with a magnificent view and a short walk from the sea. we went out of season and we enjoyed the calm of the surroundings. we recommend this accommodation.

Great apartment with a breathtaking view. We were able to admire the sunrise (5:30 a.m. ^^) with the view of the sea from the sofa. Super well-equipped with a parking space in the residence. Really not disappointed and I'll come back if I pass through the area!

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

The place is exactly as described in the pictures and very tastefully decorated. You immediately feel comfortable. Isabell is a great hostess and responded very quickly to all inquiries. The house is highly recommended, always happy to come back.

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

We had a pleasant weekend at Sylvain's, his apartment very well arranged and equipped allowed us to be at home. The little plus the balcony, open to the sunrise sea it was beautiful and necessarily very nice to have breakfast there. The residence is quiet and clean, the apartment has a numbered parking space that allows you to put the car down and enjoy while strolling. The port is a 10 minute walk, the restaurants are numerous as well as the small shops. Also important in detail, the beach is 10 meters walk accessible thanks to a rug for people with limited mobility or strollers. It's clean and has a really close hut to enjoy a drink or ice cream .
