Beach house holiday rentals in Leucate

The cottage offered by Jocelyn had everything we needed in terms of both equipment and location. Not overlooked, the beach is a 3-minute walk away and a natural and wild environment. Jocelyn and his wife are particularly friendly, welcoming and charming hosts. We recommend it 100%.

Pleasant stay, practical apartment and ideally located for kiting. Clear and very responsive communication from Myriam and Benoit. A big plus is the possibility of rinsing the equipment on the terrace.

This is the second time we have stayed in the village of sands, but if the first time was pleasant, this second experience was downright exceptional. The villa is beautiful, decorated with great taste, the play of light through the bay windows was very well thought out. It is a haven of peace just a stone's throw from the beach. Our host was very proactive and flexible about our arrival and departure times, which allowed us to make the most of this stay. A big thank you to her for this warm welcome.

Great accommodation! We were able to come with our dogs, it was really great. In addition, the sea is very close, a real plus.

Christine and her husband are great, very kind and attentive. They are very attentive and responsive. The accommodation is very cute, well-equipped (for babies as well). The terrace is very cute and we were able to enjoy it (despite the mosquitoes: thank you to the mosquito repellent lent by Christine): it is shaded and well equipped. Restaurants, beach, bakeries are within walking distance. We had a great time at La Franqui at Christine's. Thank you!

We had a great stay by the beach with a beautiful view (sunrise ++++). Kitchen and terrace sufficiently equipped. Very useful wifi. And very well located if you are looking for tranquility. Close to the port with everything we needed. Market on Sundays and Wednesdays with beautiful and good artisanal products. To go further, you can rent bikes around the corner. And above all, the people are all very nice❤️. Thanks so much!

Accommodation faithful to the listing, ideal for a weekend with friends or family. Everything is in accordance with the photos: clean, well decorated, quiet. The spa and the secluded garden are real assets to fully enjoy the stay. Special mention to the hosts, very kind and accommodating, who facilitated our arrival and made the stay even more enjoyable. We were greeted by Anna, Sylvaine's mother, who was able to put us at ease and give us many indications on the area and the possibilities of activities and catering. The listing was spotless and as described. Sylvaine and Anna were available, responsive to the organization and attentive even after our arrival. I recommend it!

A stay full of charm in a unique place that brings calm and proximity. Nothing is missing for a very pleasant stay... even the weather was nice for a month of January. We highly recommend it and will be happy to go back.

The stay went very well. We came for our daughter's wedding, which was a 4-day reception. The location given by the site is not reliable and we were a little far to go back and forth to the Guinguette du Golf... the house is very functional. I highly recommend it!

Such a great place to stay in Colliour. The sea views are stunning and the location is so close to all the shops and restaurant’s. The accommodation has all you need and hosts were very helpful and friendly. We will definitely come back :)

Great week-long stay at Pierre's apartment. Well arranged, well-equipped, in very good condition and nothing to say about cleanliness. Beach, shops and restaurants within walking distance. And what doesn't spoil anything, contact with Pierre is pleasant and responsive.

We had a very good time at Stephane's place. Communication with Adelaine was very fast and uncomplicated. The house is very well equipped and in a prime location.

The Villa Sizoli was beautifully well equipped with high quality. Thierry and Anna had thought of everything. Baby Lily had a gorgeous high chair, bath and cot with loads of space to crawl in the open plan. Coffee machine was just one of the luxurious touches. Two ensuite rooms and an extra toilet were great. Bed and bedding lovely. Outside space and the windows allowed us to fully appreciate the beautiful mountains and vineyards surrounding this peaceful place.
