Holiday rentals with beach access in Leucate

Aurélien is a host who is super caring towards his guests. Always attentive and reachable when needed, it is very enjoyable to stay with him. The accommodation is a little gem completely redone recently, everything is impeccable. It's a real pleasure to stay in such a cozy home with such a welcoming owner. The place was stunning, great decor.. The area is super cute and relaxing. Everything is nearby. The beach is a nice, sandy gradual entry. Bring beach towels.

The accommodation was great. I have never stayed in such a well-equipped holiday flat. We really had everything we needed. The view was fantastic. In general, the flat was very tastefully furnished. We felt very comfortable and would have liked to stay longer.

For the second week of Easter holidays, we had chosen to go to the sea (out of summer season) to enjoy the first beautiful days and above all to please our 5 and 10 year old daughters. I chose the village of Leucate, authentic and pretty Mediterranean village. I was looking for a home with two bedrooms at least in the heart of the village and Annie's place was a no-brainer. The apartment at the secure entrance is conveniently located in the village square. The apartment was very clean upon arrival. We see that this is an apartment that is carefully maintained. It is comfortable, tastefully decorated and spacious for a couple with two children. What I particularly appreciated: the spacious bathroom, the very comfortable sofa equipped with two USB ports and the pretty credence in the kitchen. In summary, we were fully satisfied with all the services offered. If the opportunity presents itself again, we'll be back with pleasure. Denis.

We had a pleasant weekend at Sylvain's, his apartment very well arranged and equipped allowed us to be at home. The little plus the balcony, open to the sunrise sea it was beautiful and necessarily very nice to have breakfast there. The residence is quiet and clean, the apartment has a numbered parking space that allows you to put the car down and enjoy while strolling. The port is a 10 minute walk, the restaurants are numerous as well as the small shops. Also important in detail, the beach is 10 meters walk accessible thanks to a rug for people with limited mobility or strollers. It's clean and has a really close hut to enjoy a drink or ice cream . We really enjoyed our stay at Delphine’s place. The apartment was great for 2 people and a child. The fans were helpful with the heat and there even was an additional fan which we could have used but didn’t need to. The view on the Port Locate was amazing :) Everything was as described and we had an amazing time at the beach :) Thank you :)

Everything was perfect. The place is super functional . There's nothing missing. The location is great. The proximity to the waves is awesome. The views are breathtaking. The cleanliness of the accommodation was perfect; a big thank you to Pascal for his kindness but also for the skill and seriousness of the maintenance teams. In April 2025, we spent an exceptional family week. The hardest part is to leave because we miss everything.

Our stay was memorable in large part thanks to Claudie's accommodation. It's a quiet place close to the beach. All amenities are within walking distance and the sea view from the alarm clock is sumptuous. Thank you very much, we highly recommend this accommodation.

An excellent stay in this beautiful house!   We were won over by the splendid (and panoramic) sea view as well as the exceptional setting that this house offers, faithful to the photos of the listing. The location of this place in La Franqui is ideal and we were able to do everything on foot (access to the beach and many walks from this location). The house is very pleasant from the outside (wooded and shaded garden in places, several well-appointed and equipped terraces, with comfortable furniture). It also has an impeccable interior, clean, bright, practical, with warm and neat decoration in all rooms and super well equipped especially in the kitchen (good equipment, storage, lots of dishes and household products available...). Like us, you will not miss anything during your stay and you may be sorry, when the time comes, to leave this haven of peace.

Very well received by Julien's mother who is adorable. Well-equipped apartment, everything you need is there, even the washing machine. Very well located, close to the beach, shops and restaurants where you can go on foot. Secure parking, it's great. Julien gave us info on the places to visit to discover the region, the restaurants... And a small welcome gift was waiting for us, very appreciable! We would recommend it without hesitation.
