An excellent stay! The accommodation looks brand new, is extremely clean and well maintained like the whole campsite and its facilities. The staff is lovely. It is a quiet and human-sized campsite. We must keep this size and this DNA that will attract a clientele fleeing the large complexes.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Very nice and spacious mobile home with plenty of storage. The master bedroom (bed 160-190) has a wardrobe with closet and drawer, a mirror, 2 bedside tables, storage above the bed and a mini private bathroom (toilet + small sink + small shelf). The children's room has 2 beds of 90 that are not stacked. It's a shame that the quality of the mattresses doesn't match the standard of the mobile home. Its dining and living areas are pleasant, with a faux fireplace, better quality TV than in most of the usual mobile homes and reversible air conditioning. The living room has a large bay window overlooking the terrace with no neighbors opposite. The little extra is the isolated garden lounge behind the terrace, a haven of tranquility.
